I gave John the right drink, but why does he look okay? Inner Camila.

After Alexa left I tried to seduce her too but there was no reaction to her. Back Camila is impregnating.

"You're still a long time?" Alexa exclaimed from outside the toilet room after washing hands in the sink saw the toilet cubicle used by her best friend was still closed.

"Yes a minute." Camila was surprised.

Alexa glanced at her watch, it had been less than five minutes of lunch time over. Alexa raised the call in her phone.

"Yes?" Answer Alexa.

Alexa coded her best friend out the toilet together after seeing her wash her hands still with her phone in her ear.

"Who?" Camila asked after seeing Alexa close her call.

"Assistant boss."

"Oh." Answer Camila.

They returned to their respective workspaces after the break was over. Alexa headed for the twentieth floor and Camila on the tenth. They split up in the elevator.

The elevator doors were wide open and Alexa came out as she was living alone in the elevator. Alexa immediately went to her desk to check the email that was entered that was notified by the assistant CEO.

"How are you?" The voice of someone he knew in the distance made Alexa inevitably look up.

"He's fine." Answer the other voice.

"He asked for help sending this?" Ask the man Alexa recognizes as her CEO.

It was not John who suddenly came out of his room that surprised him but someone who was with John. Someone with a face similar to John's. And Alexa can guess it as John's twin brother. Alexa was also introduced. And they are too...

"Alexa, are you back for lunch?" John asked along with that Josh turned to look at Alexa with a flat face. Alexa stared at the two. His tongue is too soft to speak. He never thought he would be reunited with the man who had taken away his honor even though it was all because of his own actions.

"Alexa!" Call John again to see his girlfriend back in shock.

"Ah, yes sir."

"You okay?" John touches Alexa's soft shoulder but the overreaction of rejection makes John also surprised to see his lover's reaction.

"I'm. I'm fine." Alexa lowered her head feeling guilty looking at John. He also tries to avoid Josh's gaze, feeling fear if the man tells his twin brother everything.

"alright. You must be tired." John replied trying to melt the awkward atmosphere.

"How are you, sir?" Sapa Alexa looked at Josh though finally back down politely.

"Good news." Josh replied coldly. Somehow it made Alexa feel empty in her chest receiving Josh's cold response.

Ah, so maybe better? Alexa laughed bitterly in silence.

Alexa looked at the twin brother walking towards the elevator with a pushy look.

They look familiar and respect each other and appreciate. What would happen if John knew what happened to us? Will they be that warm again? Inner Alexa raged feeling guilty and felt uneasy in the corner of her little heart.

"You sure you're okay? Why are you overreacting?" John asked after making sure his twin brother left.

"I'm sorry, I was daydreaming." Alexa looked guilty at John.

"You tired? You need a leave of absence? Vacation maybe?" John's Advice.

"No thank you. Maybe not a little overtime helps." Alexa replied smilingly making John laugh with her lover's joke.

It's been almost a month since the incident that night. Alexa slightly forgot that day by busying herself with her work. Although still often overtime because of the amount of work it actually makes Alexa feel grateful. Because his girlfriend spends more time outside the office because she meets several clients. So the time for the two of them was really almost non-existent.

Although John still gives his attention through gifts as well as small attention through messages to remind the meal, it makes Alexa feel her chest warm up get that little attention. But the guilt also continues to overwhelm him.

"You got time tonight?" Fill in John's message that afternoon that Alexa read.

"If my work is done there may be." Answer Alexa messages.

"How about dinner?" Fill out John's message. Alexa was silent, she seemed to be weighing it up. Staring at the table in front of him were just a few more files.

"All right." Answer Alexa messages.

"I'll pick you up at seven in the night. Get ready! What a beautiful dress!" Fill out John's message.

"Is there a special event tonight?" Answer Alexa messages.

"It's a surprise." Alexa took a long breath. I don't know what surprise his girlfriend gave him.

Alexa did not return to her mansion. After the incident that night Alexa chose to rent an apartment near the office. Besides not wanting to deal with her mother and stepbrother she also avoided interacting more with them. And fortunately his father allowed him on the grounds away from the mansion.

She began to prepare to find a dress that was appropriate for her dinner later with her lover after a long busy with their respective work. Although working in the same place only blocked the wall, they are busy themselves with their respective work. And John often goes out of office to take care of projects and also meets with business associates.

Suddenly Alexa felt nausea in her stomach. But he tried not to ignore it. He was ready and about to leave. He tried to smell the eucalyptus oil which made him a little relieved.

The sound of the apartment bell rang made Alexa reach for her bag to leave immediately. He could guess who his guest was.

"Good night John." Alexa smiled back at her lover who was immediately stunned by her appearance.

"You're so pretty baby." Praise John for making Alexa's cheeks flushed in embarrassment.

"We're leaving now?"

"certain." Alexa grabbed her boyfriend's fingers to be held together to make Alexa again feel embarrassed.

Not until one hour they reached the dining area that had been reserved by John. Alexa looks smiling happily staring at the romantic atmosphere of the restaurant that makes Alexa feel her chest bulging because happy.

"From princess!" Welcome John to open the car door for Alexa while extending her fingers like the princess. Alexa smiles shyly treated like a princess. He smiled with embarrassment while receiving John's hand.

"Thank you." Alexa's words made John frown at the sweat as big as corn seeds on his lover's forehead and somehow his face looks pale making John anxious.

"You're pale, baby, are you okay?" Ask John worriedly.

"Let's go. I..."

Alexa's body that was about to fall was immediately caught spontaneously by John who looked at her anxiously with a worried look.

"ALEXA!" John exclaimed and Alexa's eyes darkened.
