At ten o'clock in the night, Josh stared at the watch on his wrist. Time passed so quickly, while the case experienced by the hospital he led had not experienced a meaningful change. The hospital's legal team that was handed over to her uncle is still looking for evidence that can alleviate allegations from the patient's guardian.

He knows he and his wife need time to approach but if he rarely comes home like this when he will approach. Josh stepped confidently out of the hospital. Tired face, sunken eyes lack of sleep and rest and wrinkled clothes even though he also provides clothes in his study still makes Josh's messy appearance still charming. The taxi stopped in front of his penthouse. But Josh was still sleeping behind the passenger seat of the taxi he was riding. He had told the taxi driver to wake him up if he had reached his penthouse because of the drowsiness that afflicted him.

"Sir..!" Call the taxi driver a third time but Josh seemed too sleepy to hear the taxi driver's call.

"Master!" Call the taxi driver again but again Josh did not budge. The taxi driver decides to shake Josh's body to wake him up.

"Master! The master! We've arrived." The taxi driver's speech makes Josh jerk up from his sleep. He was so sleepy that he fell asleep unconsciously. Josh tried to collect his life that had not recovered properly.

"Thank you." Josh answered after realizing where he was while staring around at a familiar place.

"No problem sir." The taxi driver replied that he was friendly, especially when he received a loan exceeding the taxi fare.

"Take the change, thank you again." Josh replied kindly despite remaining flat-faced.

"Thank you again sir, the more lucky you are." The taxi driver replied enthusiastically with a sparkling smile. Because the money given by Josh more than ten long-distance passengers makes him very grateful and lucky to get passengers like Josh. He intended to go straight home and not take any more passengers.

But when Josh intercepted the taxi, the taxi driver inevitably stopped in front of Josh to intercept him. What luck he didn't expect.

Josh smiled faintly as he was about to get into the elevator leading to his penthouse. He could not wait to meet his wife who would welcome him. But when he glanced back at his watch he felt guilty for making his wife not get the attention of him.

"Sorry." Guman Josh himself.

He promised himself that he would pay more attention to his wife and future children if the case at the hospital was completed.

But the voices in the kitchen undo his intention to head for his room on the second floor of his penthouse. Hearing the faint sounds in the kitchen that look dark makes Josh curious and choose to see who is there. A thief was unlikely because his penthouse was in a safe place with a strict escort from the building's in charge.

Both maids are impossible to steal. Josh knew his maid well. Felt that he had worked before in his parents' mansion. So also with the middle-aged maid who has been following her family since her late mommy was still alive. So he trusted his maid more to accompany his wife in the penthouse.

"Do you need anything?" Josh's voice sounded goosebumps behind Alexa's body making himself surprised.

"Josh!" Alexa gasped in shock to see her husband who suddenly appeared behind her body making Alexa creeps.

"Why not turn on the lights?" Josh asked gently smilingly looking at his wife who had been three days left in his penthouse.

"I'm hungry." Answer Alexa stammered feeling nervous seeing Josh already gone to turn on the kitchen lights.

"No. Don't bother them! They're sleeping, I don't want to disturb them." Prevent Alexa from quickly pulling the arm of her husband who was about to go to the maid room. The pleading gaze given by Alexa made Josh melt who initially wanted to be angry at his two maids who abandoned his wife to starvation at night.

"It's their duty to serve you at all times." Josh sternly looked at his wife who was still showing a face full of pleading makes Josh again pretend to be angry because he saw the face of his wife who looks adorable in his eyes.

"I-I've had a lot of dinner. But somehow I suddenly felt hungry again. And the maid said she had prepared food for me if I-I feel hungry at night." Alexa replied stammered down her face feeling guilty and nervous to be stared at in such a way by her husband, a husband who had not seen for three days and suddenly came home and surprised her in the kitchen.

"You're often hungry at night?" Josh felt guilty. Alexa just nodded still did not dare to raise her face.

"That happened a few days ago. Maybe because I'm pregnant so I'm hungry easily." Josh's face immediately felt guilty to hear the reason for his wife's pregnancy which was momentarily forgotten that his wife was currently pregnant and at times could feel hunger and it had happened already a few days ago.

And stupidly he did not know that because there were too many problems that he had lately. Although at first he pretended to be angry at his maid but now he also felt guilty and stupid because he felt he failed to be a good husband for his future children and his wife.

"Sorry. I don't know. Sorry." Josh lirih said he lowered his face feeling guilty.

"No. I know you're busy." Alexa looked up at the voice of her husband's guilt.

"I promised to pay attention to you. Sorry." Lirih Josh looked at Alexa with a guilty face making Alexa even more guilty and unpleasant.

"Nope-no. Don't be like that! I can do it myself. After all aunt maid has prepared a snack for me at night." Alexa immediately headed to the fridge again to pick up the tart and pudding according to her request to aunt maid.

"I asked them to prepare this afternoon. So I won't trouble them when I wake up and feel hungry." Alexa answered with a smile.

Josh was speechless to see his wife trying to cheer him up and smiling to show that he was doing well in front of him. And try to make himself feel no guilt.

"I'll be home every day. Sorry." Josh again approached his wife and unknowingly clutched the body of his wife who missed him a few days. Even he had forgotten about the approach they talked about a while ago. For now Josh just wants to ease his guilt on his wife and his future son.

Alexa's body stiffened in her husband's arms. She did not refuse or return her husband's embrace. But somehow he felt comfortable and his stomach was also comfortable also feel good.
