Two days before the incident.

Alexa drives Evan back to his family's mansion. There was no important conversation between the two. Alexa was still thinking about a few things. Including John who had not contacted him in recent days at all. Though usually he will always contact as busy as he is. Sometimes just sending a busy message whatever he is.

But it has been more than three days now the phone is quiet. Only a few spam notifications and groups were not responded to. John always asked about her condition and her pregnancy. Sweet words that are often spoken through calls and messages make Alexa smile happily by herself when reading it. But now there are no words, either messages or cell phone calls.

Even Alexa messages and calls never get a response. The message that has been piled up in her chat room with her future husband there is no answer or response whatsoever. Even his phone is off, making Alexa a little frustrated despite trying to rule him out that John might be busy.

Alexa herself doesn't know about the fight between the twins. He also does not want to think negatively. Didn't John promise to accept and love the fetus in his stomach. Those are the words that make Alexa always think positive.

But because some days there was no news from John made Alexa desperate to contact John's assistant, Evan. But not a satisfactory answer but an answer as if the machine operator only. Nausea and vomiting occur again making food nutritional intake can not enter the body properly. In addition to the hormonal factors of pregnancy is also due to stress about his mind.

Until when driver John picked her up to give the news that it was the day of fitting a wedding dress for her wedding to make Alexa a little excited. She thought she would meet John later at the boutique where their dresses were ordered. But again Alexa must be willing to be disappointed again. John is busy and he doesn't come to do wedding dress fittings with Alexa.

Although Alexa tried to encourage her heart not to be angry because of the busyness of the prospective husband. But the tension in his stomach shows that Alexa is not okay. But he tried to keep quiet and showed no reaction to his stomach to anyone including Evan, John's assistant.

"Miss is okay?" Evan asked when Alexa was about to get into the car that was opened by Evan's door.

"It's okay." Answer Alexa briefly changed her grimacing facial expression with a forced smile.

Evan did not dare to ask more even though he actually realized the pale face of the young master's wife-to-be. But seeing the indifferent reaction shown by Alexa made Evan realize that in fact the young master's woman was holding back anger feeling ignored by her young master. But what power is a subordinate, only able to follow what his superiors say. Even if he knows what really happened.

"Is there anything that the lady needs?" Evan asked before the car drove.

"No. Just go home!" Answer Alexa coldly without staring at the face Evan chose to stare out the car glass window.

"Well miss." Evan politely replied with a heavy sigh. The driver immediately drove his car according to the code from Evan.

Josh looked at Helena who had just come to work. The two were forced to meet that morning because Helena was forced not to return yesterday. Josh did not dare to ask further. He only agreed when Helena asked him to meet to discuss further surgery on the patient he operated on yesterday.

Josh began to explain the problems related to the operation handled by them yesterday clearly and thoroughly. He also showed his next action in his opinion. And he started asking Helena what she thought of her opinion.

But when Josh's eyes looked up after reading the files they discussed. Not that Helena was listening to the file but Josh was staring at Helena's face staring at the file in silence. It was as if his mind was staring somewhere.

"Helen!" Call Josh to decide to end the discussion.

But there was no response from Helena. He still kept silent.

"Doctor Helena!" The call for the third time Josh did not make Helena immediately react made Josh sigh long stretched out his hand to pat Helena on the shoulder.

"Doctor Helena!"

"Gee!" Helena's touch looked surprised as she felt her shoulder being gently patted by Josh.

"It looks like you're tired. Next time we'll talk about this." Josh immediately cleaned his soft table when he managed to break Helena's daydream.

"Ah, sorry. I-it's. sorry." Replied Helena weakly lowered her head while wiping her tears that suddenly dripped down her cheeks avoiding the gaze of Josh who was looking at her fixedly. He just wished Josh didn't notice his tears.

"If you feel unable, I can replace it with another doctor. Maybe you want to take a break." Josh's advice is not to ask further. It was not his friendliness to interfere, let alone personal matters.

"I can doc." Reject Helena firmly stared at Josh confidently. Josh looked back at Helena who was staring at him, the two looked at each other, Josh himself tried to enter into the state of Helena's eyes that looked puffy even though not too obvious but he immediately decided his gaze.

"You sure?" Helena nodded confidently.

"I'm sure doc. Sorry, maybe I'm a little tired." Helena answered with guilt and regret.

"Would we continue now?" Answer Josh.

"certain. I'll order coffee. You want to too?" Ask Helena to grab her phone.

"No, thank you. Mine's still enough." Josh replies showing the coffee cup that is on his right side.

"Ah, sure." Helena replied, as usual. Josh just smiled wryly.

When Helena was busy ordering coffee for him through her mobile phone. Josh's phone rang making Josh reach for it immediately with a new number. Josh frowned but he immediately raised it as if there was a bad feeling when he saw the caller's ID.

"Yes?" Answer Josh.

"..."

"What's? Good. I'll be there soon! Where're you?" Said Josh suddenly stood up to make Helena was surprised and stood up as well while whispering 'what' but not responded to Josh who had run to his desk take off his doctor's suit, he said, the car keys are also his wallet.

But immediately put back the car keys and his wallet and immediately ran outside his study without regard to Helena who gawked to see Josh as golden as it was. Josh immediately threw away his original doctor suit while running.
