"Miss, miss... What are you doing?" The nurse blocked both hands of Alexa who tried to hurt her womb. The nurse held back as much as she could while shouting for help at anyone who might hear her screams around Alexa's treatment room.

"What happened sister?" Asked a male nurse who happened to pass by to hear the hysterical scream Alexa also included nurses who were guarding her who panicked.

After the male nurse blocked her because the female nurse power could be removed easily by Alexa, the female nurse pressed the doctor's call button.

Not until fifteen minutes the doctor came and gave a safe sedative injection for the patient's womb. Until the hysterical Alexa instantly calmed down.

"How did this happen, Sus?" The doctor looked at the nurse who looked terrified.

"I'm sorry doc, I'm just explaining about her condition being pregnant. Lali suddenly she screamed hysterically while beating her stomach." The nurse's story made the doctor breathe a long sigh.

"I'll call his guardian to tell him. The nurse stays here waiting for the patient if she wakes up." Said the doctor who was taken by the female nurse earlier.

The doctor came out of the treatment room followed by the male nurse who helped earlier to continue his pending work.

The nurses who had passed by and heard the hysterical screams began to talk and tell his fellow nurses. And the news immediately rushed to the corner of the hospital even though no one knew who the patient was. They only heard the news that there was a female patient who was a victim of sexual abuse who was now pregnant but she did not receive it when tested positive for pregnancy by a doctor.

Josh who was already in his study also heard the appearance of nurses who were as if it were a normal thing to gossip about. Josh called one of his staff, but there was no answer from his desk phone.

Josh went out of the room looking around looking for someone he might be able to ask questions about the rumors he heard. But it seems that there are not many nurses or doctors who pass by in front of his room. Even everyone is afraid even if it is just passing by. Because the chief director of the hospital was very cold and fierce.

"Yes doc?" Answer the man across from Josh's phone.

"What's going on?" Ask Josh directly who answered the grimness on the forehead of the telephone receiver. The care doctor took care of the patient yesterday as well this morning.

"Why are so many nurses gossiping?" Said Josh.

"Ah.. that's doc.. There's a hysterical patient who wants to kill the baby in the womb." The doctor replied doubtfully.

"What?" Josh was surprised.

"You sent the file to my email. Now!" Josh cried, not to be denied, even his phone was immediately closed without hearing the answer from the recipient of the call.

"Ba.k doc."

"The director will definitely get angry after this." The doctor immediately ran into his room, not wanting the director to wait long.

Not until five minutes, Josh had received an email sent about a patient who was being rumored. He immediately opened the data and medical records of the patient.

"Where is he going?"

"What happened to the patient who went viral?"

"Once again, maybe he feels responsible because he's the chief managing director of this hospital."

"Not." The nurses who were gossiping earlier immediately turned to the direction of the voice.

"Who are you?" Asked one of the nurses looking at the woman in formal dress an office worker approached the three nurses who were gossiping earlier.

"You want to know, what you want to know?" Joked the woman with a thin grin on her lips.

"What's wrong?"

"The woman seemed to be the victim of sexual harassment by her boss at her place of work." The whisper of the woman made the three nurses were gawking to find out the truth.

"So?" The woman with her grin began to provoke again.

"But, since the woman wasn't just with her boss doing it so. she was hysterical because of whose baby she was carrying." The woman's whispers made the three nurses shudder in horror and disgust at the patient.

"What are you doing here?" Calling the doctor in charge of Alexa.

"Doctor... Rizal's.." The three nurses left the place after giving polite greetings to doctor Rizal.

"Excuse me.. Who do you dare to say that reality is not necessarily true?" Asked Doctor Rizal looking at the woman before him was annoyed.

He feels responsible for covering up about his patient's medical record history. But now the woman before him who dressed in a mini-office like a lack of materials was spreading things that were not necessarily true. Moreover, he is wawanti by the patient's guardian if this does not spread. Because the patient's guardian is the director's twin brother. Only he knows the truth, because after all he is still a distant cousin of the Alensio family.

"Sorry doctor, if I deliver news of facts." The woman replied sure.

"How can you be so sure about the news. You are nobody." Doctor Rizal answered, getting annoyed, looking at the woman coldly.

"I don't have to introduce myself to those of you who aren't important to me." The woman replied that she had just left doctor Rizal who was still irritated.

"What the hell is he, no manners at all." Umpat dr. Rizal.

"Josh?"

"What's going on?" Josh asked, still silent.

"I'm supposed to ask you Josh?"

Josh again gasped in shock at the words of his older brother who looked at him full of intimidation.

"Yes?"

"You're a doctor, what to do with him?"

Josh was a little relieved, he let out a long sigh, he thought that the incident that night his brother found out.

"I just read her medical records. And he's..." John nodded without waiting for his brother's words to end.

"I never touched Josh. I looked after her like a late mommy message." John's words made Josh's guilt even greater.

"And now I'm looking for where the real father of the baby is in the womb." John sounded desperate.

"W-what?"

"But everything is nil. It's like the perp had planned everything and erased their tracks." John again makes Josh cringe.

"What would you do if you knew it? Is brother going to let him go?" Josh asked with a heart that was racing because of his guilt.

"Let's know, on the one hand I still love her. On the one hand, I couldn't separate him from his real father. What am I supposed to do, Josh?" John asked, looking at his brother with desperate eyes.

Josh just fell silent and looked back at his brother who was looking at him softly.

"I love Josh, I love him so much. Am I guilty of being responsible for a baby that's not my biological child?" John's words again made Josh speechless because his tongue felt faint to hear his complaints.

"What would you do to that man?" Josh asked with his chest pounding for a bit of fear.

"If they want to be happy together, I want Josh." John is not excited. Looks desperate.

"Sister... "

"Yes?"

"Actually..."

"Ukhs..." Alexa's voice woke up from her sleep made the two brothers surprised, simultaneously approaching simultaneously.
