Chapter 62

"Alexa!" Josh was chasing the steps of Alexa who had hunted him. He stopped the elevator which was almost closed. Alexa looked at Josh sadly with tears in her eyes.

Josh approaches not daring to do anything but let Alexa cry. Wanting once he clutched the frail body that sobbed bitterly made Josh's heart throb pain.

Is it true what he did? Separating two lovers who love each other? Josh's mind went silent.

When the elevator stopped at the bottom of their destination, Josh closed again even though there were people coming in. Alexa crouched down because she felt no longer strong standing up feeling her body weak. Josh immediately grabbed Alexa's body reflex.

"Alexa." Call Josh staring at Alexa's sad. For some reason, the view around Alexa turned dark and she could not remember anything. Just Josh's alarmed call made Alexa feel a little calm.

"Josh." Call Helena when you see Josh daydreaming.

"Eh.. yeah?" Josh answered his daydream.

"Thank you for everything. I will finish all my work that was already on my charge before I officially resign." It was clearly Helena that Josh was in.

"Sorry." Lirih Josh who is embraced by Helena as well.

The ringing sound of the phone distracts Josh on his phone. Sound of alarm to remind himself to visit someone. A big smile on his lips, he immediately moved out of his room after taking off his doctor's coat because lunchtime had arrived. He had a lunch appointment with someone.

It was not until fifteen minutes he reached his apartment which is now inhabited by Alexa herself. After a cry last night Alexa who almost fainted makes Josh want to not take Alexa to his apartment. She couldn't have taken Alexa to her sister's apartment after deciding to marry her and seeing her brother's wrath last night. Since last night he was determined to fight for Alexa as well as his future son who is in the womb Alexa despite having to be hostile to his brother.

The sound of her apartment door opening after she entered the passcode of the apartment door. Josh enthusiastically walks into the apartment and gets Alexa busy in her kitchen.

"Good day." Sapa Josh made Alexa who was busy cooking turned to look at Josh who smiled when he saw her.

"Good day." Answer Alexa nervously. Although he was with John a lot and now with Josh somehow he felt awkward even though they had the same face. But very clear when he found out that the man was his former sister-in-law.

"What are you cooking?" Josh asked after coming out of the bathroom washing his hands.

"Ah sorry, I forced you to eat your cooking. I don't know what your favorite food is. I'm just making meat stews. If you mind..."

"i like. I'll love whatever you cook." Cut Josh who is able to guess what the continuation of the Alexa sentence is.

"Ah, thank goodness." Answer Alexa wrong behavior noticed Josh seintens it.

"No. You shouldn't force yourself to cook for yourself. You're not well." Josh's regret that this morning allowed him to use his kitchen when he only realized from his stupor last night.

"No. I'm glad you let me use your kitchen. I have wanted my own cooking for a long time. John hasn't been..." Alexa fell silent because she had subconsciously compared the twin sisters.

"Sorry." Saying Alexa again makes Josh smile because Alexa tries to keep his heart.

"No problem. I know how much you have a relationship with your sister. I should've known it wasn't that easy to forget." Josh answered trying to stretch his heart.

"Thank you. I'll try again." Answer Alexa continued her cooking that just poured it in a serving plate. Josh immediately approaches the reflex helping Alexa to present the dish to the dining table.

"Let's eat!" Ask Alexa to switch the conversation, she sat in the dining chair followed by Josh. Alexa tries to serve Josh despite being a little nervous and awkward.

"Let me help you." Bargain Josh.

"No. I-I'll do it." Reject Alexa quickly even though still nervous.

"Thank you." Josh noticed every detail Alexa did with a smile constantly expanding on her lips.

"We'll go first." Anggita said that afternoon as Helena drove her to the airport.

"Be careful brother! I'll catch up after I finish my work. I have submitted a letter of resignation and will be approved after I have completed the responsibilities that I have been handling." Said Helena who was taken by Anggita.

"Mommy." Call the little girl Helena staring sadly at the mommy.

"Hi princess mommy." Sapa Helena squatted to equal her height with Celine.

"We're going to split up again mom?" Celine asked sadly.

"Sorry princess. It won't be long. Mommy will be right after you. Now the princess comes with the mother first huh?" Said Helena with a forced smile.

"Mommy promise?" Celine asked as she stretched out her little finger to tie the promise.

"Promise." Helena replied to her little princess's finger.

"I'm gonna miss mommy." Lirih Celine while draping her arms around Helena's neck, who was replied by Helena, stared sadly.

"Mommy's a princess." Lirih Helena in her daughter's arms.

The sound of the microphone of the plane call carried by Anggita called out to make Helena inevitably have to end the embrace of the child's mother. After embracing Juan and Celine alternately Helena waved her hand to her brother and Juan and Celine to get on the plane as it was about to depart.

A single tear fell on Helena's cheek, which she rubbed immediately because she did not want to make her daughter anxious.
