Chapter 7

John drowned in the waiting room of the ER. The news of the lover's pregnancy that he never touched because of maintaining his honor made John shock instead of playing. Disappointed, sad and angry now filled his mind. But he was confused as to who he had to spill his anger on. And who is the man who dares to touch his beloved. He doesn't believe his girlfriend will betray their love.

"Sir." Call Evan seeing his master look frustrated.

Hair disheveled, clothes are not neat, and his face looks tangled making the level of good looks of an Alensio still wins a lot even though he is not fine.

"What did you get?" John asked seriously.

"No video was found at the time." Evan replied regretfully.

"You've made sure of that? Can't that tape just be erased?" John asked annoyed.

"Sorry sir, I will investigate more thoroughly." Evan lowered his head politely.

"Find the nurse who can wait for him tonight!" Tell John to leave the chair without seeing his girlfriend who has been transferred to the VVIP treatment room.

"Yes?" Evan asked confusedly.

"I won't repeat again." John immediately left the hospital regardless of his assistant who was still staring at him in confusion.

Evan himself was confused by the attitude of his superiors. He knew very well what his master was doing to his lover. And now when the lover fainted and was still unconscious from his stupor, his master chose not to meet him and even handed him over to a nurse to take care of him.

"Sometimes I'm confused by the rich man's mind." Guman Evan immediately went to see a doctor to hire a nurse who was willing to take care of his master's lover.

"You just got home?" Reprimanded Josh when he saw the brother enter the mansion with a tangled appearance. Josh did not dare to guess what happened, he only thought that his brother was taking care of a job that was several days busy and often overtime.

"Hm." John replied excitedly, he went straight to the kitchen to grab a cold water drink. He needed to cool his brain to stay sane after hearing the astonishing shock.

Josh just looked at the older brother who was seen staring blankly towards the front after gulping down his cold water. Josh chose to leave the kitchen after finishing making his coffee to accompany his overtime. Tomorrow morning he will perform a ring-mounting operation in the heart of his VVIP patient.

"Rest! Don't be so tired!" Josh's advice is to leave the kitchen with his coffee. John just nodded still in the same position staring blankly in front of him.

"What did you get?" Jo asked that morning as Rian walked into his study at the mansion.

"Non Alexa.." Rian looked doubtful. Jo was speechless to hear from his trusted assistant.

"Huff... What do you think of John?" Ask Jo.

"Young master John last night chose to dodge." Answer Rian.

"I should have known this would happen." Guman Jo made Rian speechless without answering anything.

"Do I have to unpack all of Rian?" Jo asked staring at his assistant intensely.

"I followed the orders of the great lord." Rian sounded professional.

"Including accidentally deleting the cctv footage at that hotel?" Asked Jo again turned his chair of greatness staring at the glass window behind him that highlighted directly the rose garden planted by his late wife during his life. Jo seemed to sigh heavily, he did not want the two brothers to be hostile just because of a woman. But..

"My wife will be disappointed to see this happen, right?" Jo said again made Rian bow his head not daring to comment on the complaints of his great master.

"But I have to tell you the truth, right?" Said Jo doubtfully.

"Tell me what should I do Rian?" Asked Jo again feeling his mind dead end.

"Master?"

"They will definitely be at odds after this, my wife will definitely be disappointed there. I'm.i'm.."

"Master?"

"We'll just wait for what young master John will do, even Mr. Josh doesn't know about Miss Alexa's pregnancy yet." Rian's suggestion could not bear to see his master despair.

"But sooner or later he will hear it, let alone he is admitted to the hospital where he works. If you look at his personality, I know he'll fight to account for what he's done." Said Jo.

"Remember your illness sir, don't think too much. You just have to be the mediator between the two young masters." Rian's suggestion could not bear to see his master look weak while holding his chest that looked in pain after he finally tried to sigh controlling his breathing.

"You just got home?" Jo asks a surprise Josh who just entered that morning through the family room that Jo was there.

"Good morning dad." Greet Josh politely.

"Sit down!" Tell Jo with her chin code. Josh can't resist Daddy's word.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" Jo's question made Josh flinch in shock.

"Josh hasn't thought in that direction dad." Josh tried to calm down.

"When are you going to think that way?" Jo's question made Josh fall silent again.

"Josh hasn't intended to have a relationship with someone dad." Josh again reasoned.

"Even your sister has intended to propose to her lover."

Josh's heart rate sounded tight, more pounding than usual. He was silent and answered nothing.

"Aren't you going to catch up with your sister?" Ask Jo again.

"Let your sister get married first." Josh was still trying to calm down.

"Josh!" Calling Jo makes Josh flutter, as if he was caught making a mistake turning to look at Daddy.

"Yes dad?" Josh looked at Daddy.

"You know Daddy hates lies, right?" Josh was speechless staring at Jo's face intensely.

"Dad?"

"Daddy just doesn't want you guys fighting. Daddy just wants you guys to get along. You understand what dad means?" Josh was silent, for some reason he felt a great disappointment but he tried to control it, choosing to take his eyes off.

"Josh knows dad." Josh's answer made Jo a little relieved. He also let out a long sigh of relief.

"Rest!" Said Jo, who was only called Josh, he left the middle room to enter his room on the second floor not far from John's room.

Alexa opened her eyes slowly staring at the ceiling of the all-white room.

"Miss is dead?" Asked the nurse who was looking after him was kindly smiling gently.

"I-this... Where's sus?" Ask Alexa weakly.

"You're hospitalized. I'm the nurse your husband asked you to look after you last night." Obviously the nurse was still with her friendly smile.

"Su-suami... What do you mean by sister?" Alexa asked confused.

"Yes, because your husband has a job that cannot be left behind. Your husband asked me to take care of you. Moreover, your content looks weak just entering the early trimester of pregnancy." The nurse's explanation took Alexa into shock. He was still digesting all the words of the nurse.

Getting pregnant? Husband? A job? Inner Alexa astonished.

"Haha...." Alexa laughed bitterly which was stared strangely by the nurse who was guarding it.

"Miss is okay?" Ask the nurse still trying to keep her friendliness despite hearing Alexa laugh looks strange.

"Explain what happened to me sus! Explain again, what the doctor said!" Pinta Alexa with a tone of despair.

"You are four weeks pregnant, because your pregnancy is weak and this is just entering the first trimester, you should be treated at least until your first infusion runs out because you look exhausted from work. So the doctor suggested for overnight treatment. And since your husband is busy taking care of work, he asked me to wait for you here." The nurse's explanation made Alexa's shoulders weak again and her body was back on the bed.

Last night's incident had already produced seeds in his stomach. One night's mistake made her pregnant and it was first noticed by her lover who in fact was not the father of the one she contained. Then, what if he heard who the father of the baby in the womb later.

"I hate. I hate it. You shouldn't be here. Go..go!" Alexa exclaimed while beating her stomach did not accept. The nurse was shocked to hold Alexa's hand while shouting for help.
