*Jakarta, Mansion: 2003, Two Weeks Later*
Youreuuaarrrrr!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!
The sounds of thunder boomed so majestically in the air. They were unpretentious to enliven the dark night, accompanied by the occasional lightning light, while splitting the clouds around it. The lightning and thunder seemed to agree to make the sky like a stage show orchestra boisterous low.
Under the air stage, I ventured to set my foot on the wet ground. Moving my body, swinging it with a million feelings and despair.
I danced with the sound of rain that tirelessly soaked the grass, where I stood. No matter how big my body was at the time. No matter if anyone saw me there.
Right now, I just want to hug my body. Like a leaf that resigned as it exhaled the wind, like a bird that clenched its wings as it spun down, before flapping it again and flying through the horizon, layer by layer.
Two weeks have passed since my first rehearsal with a foreign man who was assigned to be my dance partner. I have to admit, Franky is a professional Tango dancer.
There is no problem with our movement. The man was even always able to improvise to cover my flaws, as Indra always did when I was my dance partner. However, do not ask how the chemistry created between us. I was not happy dancing with her.
I think dancing is not just about a mix of aligned movements. Dancing is really about taste. And I didn't feel anything about being with Franky.
Even if winning is not a target that I attach to the purpose of my practice, but dancing without heart is not the character of a Bellatrix Atmaja. I completely lost myself and my spirit while dancing with that man.
I even repeatedly questioned myself, what would I show Indra later? The man would have been very disappointed to see that I had lost my passion.
That's why I'm dancing tonight. I want to get my tribe back. Find the missing Bellatrix and bring her home.
Unfortunately, how hard I tried to find the existence of the soul, tracing the remnants of the trail that might still be faintly imprinted, I actually found myself immersed in a feeling of disappointment.
How not? I felt a great void inside me. I was so languishing in the silence and silence that I always tried to deny.
And all because of that figure.... The figure who had somehow stood behind the window of a workroom, which was on the second floor of his mansion. The figure that looked at me with a sharp gaze and enjoyed my movements was like a free midnight show. The figure who always trapped me in sneaky games and then made me like a sickle.
But that was yesterday, when naivety dominated my wits. When I didn't fully realize who he was. But tonight, I'm back in my heart. I cannot be deceived by him anymore.
And it even started now. When I dare to meet the look of my eyes with the look of his eyes. I deliberately smashed into his eyes with my sharp gaze.
Even though my body is moving in the opposite direction to where it is, my eyes will continue to stare at it. I want him to know that he won't get me down again. I want to hint at a message that I will never be able to master again.
I continued to contort with my body, hands, and feet while looking at him like a person challenging his opponent. I constantly provoked that figure until he gave up. In the end, he chose to cover the gray mosquito net in front of him, in order to break the cold gaze that I was aiming for him.
Seeing her helpless like that, a smile spontaneously rose on my lips from a feeling of satisfaction. I then carried myself around several times in the rain while stretching out two hands to celebrate this victory.

*Jakarta, Mansion: 2003, The Next Day*
"Auntie.... If I notice, sometimes aunts like to forget to put pepper huh?" I spoke to a cook who was helping the waiters set the dining table and served various menus on it.
"Auntie actually did not forget, Madam," replied the middle-aged woman who had even looked like an elderly due to her dominating white hair.
"Yes, sometimes aunts put pepper. But, sometimes aunts forget about it." I tried to convey my observations on some of the woman's dishes, while taking a few scoops of available dishes and arranging them on my plate.
"Nih, this one is usually cooked with a bit of pepper but it seems like auntie didn't add it," I said, pointing to a beef stir-fry after tasting it a little.
"Auntie is prohibited from giving pepper to the food Mr. Aditya, Madam. Looks like Mr. Allergic. That's why if Mr. Aditya is at home, no cooking will be cooked using pepper" the cook said.
"Oh..." I just respond with a potluck.
Instantly I decided not to renew my conversation with Aunt Koki, as soon as I found Aditya coming down the stairs. The man was also seen directing his steps to approach me who was sitting enjoying food, without waiting for him.
I don't know why, I find that man's way of walking a little strange. Looks like Aditya's leg is injured. But... What care?
"Good morning, B!" Aditya. I glanced at him briefly in return, before returning to enjoying the food on my plate.
A few minutes passed in silence after that first greeting. I continued to enjoy my food regardless of Aditya's existence. Perhaps unable to stand my indifference, the man then tried to get me to speak again to break the silence.
"How have you been doing these two weeks? Are you all right?" Aditya kept luring me talking to his questions.
"Well," I replied briefly without looking at her face.
What kind of a pleasantry question is that? Two weeks, he didn't come home to the mansion without any news and now the man thinks that I'm going to be no good without him? Ridiculous!
I don't care if he just goes home to get clean clothes and goes again after. I also wouldn't care if he was more comfortable sleeping in his apartment than in this mansion. I wouldn't even be curious if he came home with a limping leg right now. You freak!
"Then... How was your training with Franky? Is there progress?" Ask again.
To be honest, I wanted to stuff Aditya's mouth with a piece of chicken thigh that was in front of me so that he would stop talking. The longer it feels the more annoying it is.
"Yes, that's it!" I replied with an increasingly cold tone. Aditya sighed violently. I managed to play back his emotions.
"Yes, B.." The man spoke again. Not snapped either.
Prangg!!
I slammed my spoon until it made a loud noise. My anger is in the mountains. While Aditya, I could see a shock from the way he looked at me.
"Listen to what I'm going to say because I won't repeat it again! All this time, I've never interfered in your affairs and I hope you can keep up the attitude." I raised my voice so that the maids around us who were uncomfortable with the breakfast atmosphere at that time immediately withdrew from their place.
"I have the right to decide who I dance with, what song I want, and what dress I'll wear." My voice was rising without control. I deliberately did not hold back from provoking her hypocrisy that always wanted to look good in front of me.
"Sound B! I didn't mean to....." Aditya had not yet finished his sentence, I had already cut off the man's words again.
"I think I'm full. Excuse me!" I pulled back the chair I was sitting on with my feet until it made an unpleasant squeak. Without hearing any explanation, I then left the man alone in the dining room.

*Jakarta, PT. Narayan adi Kencana: 2003, Two Days After The Dining Room Fight*
Right now, I'm standing inside the PT building. Narayan Adi Kencana's. A magnificent office building, which is equipped with a variety of luxurious and sophisticated facilities at that time.
PT. Narayan Adi Kencana is the proud company of Aditya. The man built this company from scratch and can grow it to be as big as it is now.
"Aditya seems to have good taste too" my inner voice said. How not? This building seems so comfortable, beautiful, and makes it easy for each person to interact with each other.
"Good day, Mother Bellatrix." One of the receptionists greeted me kindly.
Really, I didn't think they would recognize me. Did Aditya put up pictures of me everywhere so they recognized me right away?
"Good day," I replied with a faint smile.
"Well, it turns out that mom is much prettier than her picture" the receptionist chanted again.
So, is it true that he spread my picture to some of his employees? Isn't that.. Overused?
"Can I help you, Mom? I'm sure you'll want to see Father?" The receptionist continued to speak in a friendly manner while preparing to pick up the phone. I suspect he will definitely inform Aditya straight away after this.
"really. But, can you not tell him because I deliberately wanted to surprise him?" I pleaded with the woman with a clear face.
Surprise.... I even felt nauseous hearing my own words.
"Allah Ma! Then I'll ask the security officer to take you to your office. Please wait a minute." The receptionist complied with my request. He immediately contacted security and not Aditya. Good one!!
A few minutes passed. Finally a security officer came to the reception to take me to Aditya's office.
He politely let me follow him. They really treat me well. Maybe because I'm their boss's wife.
Yes, at least the employees here know how to treat humans properly. Unlike the owner of the place, who is childish and likes to ignore the rights of others.
Since our tense conversation in the dining room that time, I no longer saw Aditya's whereabouts inside the mansion. The man may be offended by my words so he keeps his distance again. But then again... I don't give a shit.
If only I didn't like the dance dress that her secretary brought to the mansion one day ago, I wouldn't have stood here and met her. It's nothing, I just want to say thank you after being able to reject the choice that turned out to fit my taste. I intended to tell her about this coincidence and had already decided that I would wear the dress later during the competition.
I certainly have to convey this to Aditya as soon as possible, because I am sure that he has also ordered an outfit for Franky, with a model and color that matches my dress. I was afraid that he would ask someone else to provide us with another outfit, considering that I had already rejected his choice.
"Please Ma! You are still inside." The security guard drove me right in front of the CEO's office, where Aditya was. I nodded my head, smiling, thanking him.
The security officer finally left me. Once I felt strange about the empty floor situation, I then realized that five minutes ago was the beginning of the break. Of course, everyone was having lunch at the moment.
Despite this, Aditya apparently chose to remain in his room. It was possible that someone would deliver food for him so that he could eat it while working indoors.
"In this way, I have to make Bella feel what I feel," I vaguely heard Aditya's voice from behind the door of her office room.
"You've really gone crazy!" I heard another man's voice there.
The soft voice of a familiar woody man in my ear. Yeah, that's Franky's voice.
"I'm crazy for wanting to get her heart. Bella is my wife and I will defend her at all costs" Aditya said.
The silence happened for a few seconds, after Aditya said those words. I also stick my ear to the door of the room, because I do not want to miss the slightest information.
"I hope you can really get rid of that man, Banyu!" Franky replies back to respond to Aditya's remarks.
I widened my eyes when I heard Franky say. Removing? Whatdoes thatmean?
What is Aditya planning? Will he get rid of Indra? Does this mean taking me to this competition? Is this the reason behind his friendly attitude towards me? Is he so hurt and humiliated that he hasn't been able to get me to plan all this?
So, it wasn't really me that he was targeting. Or maybe I'm just his little target. The real target is..... Indras.....
