The Untold Story
Desolation(asa)

- B's PoV--

*2003: Jakarta - One Week Later*

That night, still vividly imprinted in this memory, the rain fell so heavily. A phenomenon that certainly gives a strange impression, considering that summer should still have a longer time to enjoy the contest.

At that time, I was standing on a balcony outside my room. I was directing my gaze to the place where hundreds of Mommy's favorite red roses were neatly lined up there.

That night was so empty. So silent.

There was no one, except me and some of the workers who remained in our house. Even Mommy and Daddy are having their own show.

"Well..." I took my breath heavy.

I still didn't get off that balcony. The balcony is always where a lonely Bellatrix sees her favorite stars.

Usually, I can even still count how much small light is up there. At that time, the sky of Jakarta still looks clearer than now, until even a dark night never feels gripping.

I really like stars. I even tattooed the stars on my chest, as if I was not willing, if they left this often lonely me. For example, like today. When the rain clouds had closed my access to see dozens of small lights up there.

Yes, Bellatrix Atmaja, a lonely star girl. Tonight, he should be able to satisfy himself by simply putting his hands on his chest while closing his eyes, to replace the pleasure of staring at the stars under the dark sky, up there.

Believe it, not believe it, such a way turned out to be a little successful in treating my strong desire to live the presence of the star. In fact, I felt as if my heart had warmed up a little, like a light shining far away.

Rain fell on the earth's land that night. Along with him, coincidentally, I also heard a song that had just been released playing from my room radio speaker.

🎡🎢🎡🎢

Wash away the thoughts inside

That keep my mind away from you

No more love and no more pride

Thought are all I have to do

The song, the song I first heard, instantly made me realize. The time of my marriage to that lewd devil is only two days away.

In a matter of hours, my status will change. In a matter of hours, I'll lose everything.

Tests...

One tear fell down my cheek. It did not stop there, apparently, the tears were even reluctant to drip alone. In the next second, I could feel that other tears were following his friend.

🎡🎢🎡🎢

Ooh... Remember when it rained

I felt the ground and look up high

And called your name

Oohhs... Remember when it rained

In the darkness I remember

To be honest, what was most sad to me right now was not my marriage to her. What tormented me the most was the feeling of losing someone so precious.

I love other people. If only I could shout that.

A man I adore and adore. A man who had been able to make me love the rain, the moment the memories left before meeting him were only the gripping roar of lightning.

A man with a soft heart and attitude. The man who was able to calm me down during the lightning and lightning seemed so close to me that afternoon.

The man who had stolen my attention by dancing alone under the speck of rain in the glare of thunder rays on it. The man who was ultimately able to make me look up and say his name every time the rain came to earth.

🎡🎢🎡🎢

Tears of hope rundown my skin

Tears for you that will not dry

They magnify the one within

And let the outside slowly day

After a week of trying to continue to strengthen my heart, I finally gave up and now cry again. I really can't handle all this.

Every day, ever since that incident, I've had trouble breathing. Counting every second of time that passed without being able to do anything felt so suffocating.

I had to take off the man I loved, the man who valued me, and then be forced to exchange the precious one and replace him with a man without a heart.

Tell me! What's more stifling than that? Didn't all that just cause a bitter taste in the recesses of the heart? A bitter taste that will make me slowly.... Die...

🎡🎢🎡🎢

Remember when it rained

I felt the ground and look up high

And called your name

Remember when it rained

In the water I remember

If only the rain could shout a name that stuck in my heart. If the rain were able to erase the imprint of the heartless man. If only everything were that easy. If everything happened the way I wanted....

I was so frustrated with my life. That pervert devil is completely insane.

After leaving me at the rooftop, he apparently went straight to my parents to negotiate. He wanted to speed up our wedding date.

Whether true or not, from the rumors I heard, he said the reason for speeding up our marriage to Mommy and Daddy was because he was afraid of being a khilaf.

He even confidently stated that I was like a magnet pulling on him. Pulling the man's side.

Just imagine! How did the old man express himself when he got such a statement? They will certainly respond to a speech of honesty and innocence wrapped in a sweet mouth that is given a brand of 'good intentions' according to their version, which is actually for me it is a pleasure.

And the side effect of that confession right now is that I have to hold my heart back at all times, because apparently Mommy made that a new bully for me. Mommy feels proud that her daughter is able to 'pull' the wild side of her future son-in-law.

Really.... disgusting!!

If others heard this, perhaps they would laugh at this story. To think that this is a joke. But not at all for me!!

I'm wounded. I'm really hurt. I even regretted why I was so lulled in her kiss at the time.

Aditya Wardhana, that man is really the incarnation of the devil. He's so evil. He even dared to harass me in front of my own parents. What was even more sad, though, was that my parents didn't notice it.

I feel worthless. I feel played. He's winning. Aditya Wardhana has won. While me? I'm losing.

I lost and it will end pitifully soon. When he took his due, when he realized he was the first for me, he would belittle me even more, laughing at my stupidity and my lies.

Suppose there was another way to stop all this. Suppose there is a way that can make it hit.

🎡🎢🎡🎢

Running down's...

Running down's...

Running down's...

Running down's...

Running down's...

Running down's...

Suppose that.....

Indra...

Yes, Indra. He can help me. I'm gonna turn myself in to him. It's the only way.

I'll make Indra have me tonight. Wasn't that demon-hearted human just trying to prove what I said in the rooftop back then?

Aditya Wardhana will get the answer to his curiosity. I couldn't wait to see his face on our first night, because I wouldn't turn him down.

Aditya, he'll probably have me for the rest of my life. However, I would make him feel pain whenever he remembered that he was not the first to touch me in his entire life.

Yes, this is the best! I, Bellatrix Atmaja have made up my mind. A decision born in my desperation to face a Prajadiwangsa Aditya Banyu Wardhana.

Happy reading!

Btw, the song written above is a song popularized by Josh Groban. The song is called Remember When It Rained. Friends can read while listening to the song to better live this story.

As I have also written in the comments column in the previous chapter, in order to create a fictitious story that remains logical, I decided to change the setting of this story year from 1995 to 2003. Hope your friends are not disturbed.

Thanks and don't forget to keep supporting this story!
