Concubine Yuwen rang a silver bell beside her.
In one short order, two maidservants thronged towards the large hall to answer his call.
"Can you tell my son to come greet the women here? They can't hold their lazy ass for a whole day."
The two maids bowed while the girls exchanged glances with wide eyes hearing the choice, Consort Yuwen said.
Xi Xia muffled his cough with a fist clutching a white handkerchief.
"All right! We'll meet him in a moment" Consort Yuwen cheerfully said.
But soon the two servants returned and one of them said, "The Commander-in-Chief's personal servant said His Majesty the Governor sent the Commander-in-Chief for an investigation since yesterday night and the Commander-in-Chief has not returned until now."
The entire room muttered hearing the reports of the two maids.
Is that why Shin Wu didn't pick us up last night? think some people.
"What investigation has kept my son from coming home?" concubine Yuwen asked with a battered face.
"If you don't hear wrong, it's related to the Yuoji tribe's prophecy" replied the other servant.
"Pregnancy?" Concubine Yuwen and the other concubines screeched together.
"About the Mi Sai Ya," replied the waiter. "Someone foretold to be the next king" he added.
"The governor trusted him?" Consort Yuwen widened her eyes.
"We're not sure" replied the waiter.
"Find out more about this Mi Sai Ya," Consort Yuwen ordered.
The two maids bowed once more, then walked back towards the door and hurried to leave Consort Yuwen's estate.
Xi Xia and his sisters exchanged looks. The silver bell sound of Consort Yuwen jerked them. Two other servants rushed into the hall and bowed in front of his throne.
"Get us some food and drink" Consort Yuwen ordered to his servant, then turned to his guests. "Tea, bingcheng, Bao bao? Something harder?"

Kaida Village…
Screaming screams of commoners blared as voices rattled in noise as scores of Luoji soldiers broke down doors and ransacked their small huts.
"You must have more!" hardikan blaringly boomed between the commotion.
"No more, sir! We swear nothing is hidden!" wail a man with a suffocating and trembling voice.
The cries of the women and children made Shin Wu's head flutter. "Shut the mouth of those fucking j a l n g!" he shouted at his men.
In the next instant, four women shrieked and drooped in the spears of the soldiers.
Several other women smothered the mouths of their children and stemmed their cries.
"Go back to work!" hardik Shin Wu to those who had finished handing over their respective tribute.
Two soldiers kicked a man's ass while shouting the same command, "Go back to work!"
A number of other men packed up their accumulated possessions and arranged them on top of Luoji's army freight train, while two soldiers were already preparing on the two horses that would pull the carriage.
As soon as all the belongings had been raised into the carriage, the two soldiers simultaneously sighed their horses while the other soldiers started whipping all the men to return to their fields.
Shin Wu smiled with satisfaction as he looked around, scrutinizing every corner of the village with a sharp looking gaze.
Where is that bastard Kaida hiding? thought.
Did that bastard really come from here?
Why didn't you show up to save his village?
"Search every cabin and see if there's still a cowardly bastard hiding in his crappy room!" shin Wu's orders to his men.
Four soldiers took their horses around the village, broke down every door of the house and searched its contents.
Not for half an hour did they come back and report, "Not a single one!"
It was at that moment that a mysterious dark-robed young man with a face hidden under his hood, appeared on the path blocking the entourage of the Luoji soldiers. The villagers huddled behind the young man with bowed faces.
Shin Wu stopped his horse and raised one hand hinting at the troops behind him to stop. His eyes glittered, staring at the young man and the returning villagers.
"So you're the foretold savior of the world?" snorting Shin Wu while bowed looking at the mysterious young man in front of his horse.
The man did not answer.
"What's the mysterious pretent?" scorn Shin Wu while screeching. "I've seen your face!" said.
The young man smiled faintly and raised a side of his hand, "More than he has ever seen," he said. Then he lowered his head cover. "You know me pretty well!"
Shin Wu blinked and gasped.
The young man turned out to be different from the young man last night.
The young man in front of him was now a golden-haired.
"Open Zu!" Shin Wu shrieked in a soft whisper. "You—"
"Still alive?" Hua Zu cut off Shin Wu's words with a smile.
Shin Wu gulped and stuttered. And you are incredibly handsome, he said inwardly. Stung by feelings of envy.
"Remind me to thank you, but not now!" hua Zu said among her thin smile that seemed to always be sprawled at the corner of her thin lips. Then looked back, still smiling, "Go back to your cottage and rest!" he said to the residents.
The soldiers drew their swords.
Shin Wu raised his hand again.
The soldiers were instantly silent.
Hua Zu again smiled, he straightened his body, looked forward and linked his hands again behind his body, then stepped slowly into the square.
The residents followed him.
Shin Wu turned his horse and followed behind Hua Zu.
The soldiers simultaneously sided and exchanged glances, then watched Hua Zu and their commander in confusion.
The golden-haired young man bowed over one of the corpses of the woman that had been rolled up on the square, then touched the top of his head and instantly, the woman moved and opened her eyes.
The residents were screaming and holding their breath.
Shin Wu and his soldiers gasped.
Hua Zu pulled the woman's hands together and helped her stand up.
The residents were stunned with astonished expressions.
Shin Wu blinked and gulped. The shadow of their childhood flashed across his head.
"What about animals? Can you also bring a dead animal back to life?"
"I don't know. I haven't tried it."
Immediately Hua Zu raised his face and turned to Shin Wu with a smile.
Shin Wu blinked once again, pulling the tip of his tongue past his lips. Swallow with difficulty.
The hysterically shrieking women greeted the woman who rose from her death joyfully.
"He really is Mi Sai Ya!" the woman who got up.
The soldiers were still unmoved, stuttering between confusion and gasps.
Hua Zu linked back his hands behind his body and called out the names of the three women who were still lying around. "May-Yin, Shuwan, Shanming, get up!"
And at that moment the dead women also gasped and woke up.
"He knows them!" screech some people.
The soldiers flinched while the residents simultaneously kneeled towards Hua Zu.
"The ilojim!"
