In the immortality and helplessness, Hua Zu tried to move his fingers, channeling spiritual energy combined with a bit of telekinesis to pull his sword lying far from where it had fallen.
They are also Shashou but neither from Kaida nor Kuangre, Hua Zu said in his heart. So there's been another Shashou all this time?
And I never knew!
I'm really inexperienced! Hua Zu realized.
After exerting all of his remaining strength, he finally managed to pull out his sword, sighed up his body and jumped into the middle of the battle where his father had been surrounded.
And in an instant the cold sting on the hilt of his sword spread throughout his body through the palm and miraculously recovered his energy.
This sword is awesome! praise in the heart.
YOAAARRRR!
Hua Zu floated his sword in a twisting motion in the air and half of his attackers were slammed.
Other Shashou ninja spontaneously roam together in greater numbers with increased attack rhythms.
THE GLAAAAAARRRR!!
A huge explosion occurred when Hua Zu and Jieru were throwing their respective weapons simultaneously.
Hua Zu and Jieru landed together with their backs, fortifying each other without bothering to communicate. This had happened in the past when the same group attacked their home.
Shashou's number increases every time it is subverted. If the five subverted the other ten came in an instant, if the ten were subverted, the other twenty appeared out of nowhere, as if they were doubling down after being slaughtered.
Or is that the reality?
Did they double up? Hua Zu wondered in his heart.
"They can't die!"
Hua Zu heard his father warn.
Can't die?
"They're not human!" his father said again as he tossed his body and twisted back in the air while throwing his dagger toward the line of ninjas that lined the balconies.
Hua Zu dropped himself down in a perfect spit motion, then swept his sword at his side towards the back.
YOAAARRRR!
The lightning at the tip of his sword grabbed the attackers and threw them against the walls.
It was at that moment that Hua Zu saw them rise again and split apart.
So they're really doubling up? hua Zu thought surprised.
What are they really?
The three senior disciples of Jieru jumped into the middle of the siege helping them.
"Find the mastermind!" Jieru.
The puppeteer? hua Zu thought he didn't understand. What does dalang mean? He looked around while his body moved agilely to and fro, soaring, and soaring, swooping and bouncing back and forth like a raven going on a rampage in the middle of the halo created from each screech of his sword.
Jieru's students gathered around each other as a large number of ninja troops surrounded them.
Hua Zu jumped against the wall and set his foot to catapult his body into the middle of the siege, but something caught his attention outside the siege.
A copper-haired man, silent only with both hands crossed behind his body, bowed watching the battle from above the fortress wall.
Hua Zu squinted his eyes to sharpen his vision, while twisting the direction of his movements. He again jumped backwards, set his foot against the wall again and jumped towards the man with a salto motion in the air, then swooped towards the copper-haired brunette man perched.
GRAAAKKK!
A strand of iron chains suddenly whipped in the clouds and snared Hua Zu's ankles, then threw him in the opposite direction to where the copper-haired brunette man was.
BRUISES!
Hua Zu fell in a corner of the garden to hit a flower pot to crumble.
I think he's the mastermind that Dad meant! thought Hua Zu. He jumped to his feet and at the same time two Shashou lunged towards him from the balcony.
The two Shashou managed to dodge nimbly.
Meanwhile, Jieru slashed along the edge of the balcony, pushing a row of ninjas with spiritual energy from his palm as he dashed swiftly half-flying, like he was sweeping away the dust in the corner of a wall.
A SREEEEET!
The Shashou line was dragged and fell in an instant.
GRAAAAC!
The strands of iron chains whipped through the air and managed to snare Jieru's ankle. And before Jieru could react, the chain threw him into the air and at that height, the other chain whipped from the opposite direction and wrapped around Jieru's body.
"DADDRESS…!!!" a shrill shriek shriek from Hua Zu's mouth.
The three disciples of Jieru gasped and looked up.
"MYUUUUU…!"
Then in an instant, Jieru's body was dragged out of nowhere and simultaneously the entire army disappeared abruptly.
Hua Zu froze with squashed eyes, as if apart from a puzzling illusion.
The three disciples of Jieru were flabbergasted. Their panicked gazes swept around.
Everything's gone!
Even the bodies of their peers.
"What's going on?" screeched them. "Why did it all disappear?"
Hua Zu approached towards them with a limped step. Suddenly lost his strength.
The three disciples of Jieru glared at him. Then one of them lunged towards Hua Zu and pressed him against the wall, locking him while holding a dagger around his neck. "You screwed up and killed our brothers, but then suddenly helped the teacher and called him Father. What exactly are you planning? Are you a demon?"
Hua Zu did not reply, only dumbfounded with a blank look.
"Sister!" one of his friends jumped up to them and restrained the shoulders of his fellow students. "I think I know what's going on. I saw him suddenly throw his sword for a moment before hitting Master and yelling 'Dad' with great regret. I don't think he knew this school belonged to his father."
Hua Zu looked at the child with wide eyes, but said nothing. Just stunned. Still looks confused. It all happened so quickly, so suddenly, so confusing, that he was not ready to face it.
The disciple Jieru who was pointing a dagger at Hua Zu's neck finally retreated and let go.
Hua Zu slumped with a shaken face.
What the hell's going on? thought.
Who are they really?
Where did they take Dad?
The three Jieru disciples also dropped themselves on Hua Zu's side, relaxed his body and leaned against the fortress wall.
One of them sighed and lowered his face cover. Then look at Hua Zu.
Hua Zu still looked struck. Unconscious even though his eyes were open.
The other two students exchanged looks. Their faces were no less confused.
"I think she really is Hua Zu!" said disciple Jieru who was looking at Hua Zu.
The other two looked at him.
"Teacher told me about his only son who escaped when Mrs Zhou was crushed by the Legion."
"The legion?" hua Zu suddenly reacted.
"A betrayed celestial army," explained Jieru's disciple.
Hua Zu fell silent again. His forehead creased back, thinking hard, signaling his consciousness had fully recovered. "What does it mean my mother was crushed?" tanyanya.
"Madam Zhou is a Fallen" replied Jieru's disciple.
Hua Zu tightened his jaw. Fallen? thought bitter.
