Absolute Double Power

Absolute Double Power
Verse-27

"Xi Xia, you shouldn't be here!" Shin Wu warned with a sharp whisper. "And don't ever call me Brother in a public place!"

"The man is innocent!" Xi Xia insisted. "Mr Commander!" he added while scolding.

"Are you trying to defend Yuoji's people?" Shin Wu growled in Xi Xia's ears.

"They are also Yuoji," Xi Xia whispered back as she glanced at the coachmen, then glared at her brother.

"Ah—" Shin Wu pulled her face away and rubbed her partially tied hair at the top of the head. "A lot of people saw someone had attacked them" he said.

"I saw it too!" sergeant Xi Xia. "And I dare to vouch, they do deserve it. especially him!" Xi Xia pointed to the coachman.

The crowd of people supported Xi Xia's words with many mutters of "yes" and "right, right."

Shin Wu looked around uneasily.

"The man they accused once saved us from a robbery. He did not try to steal this stupid horse.it was ridiculous action and he understood it! How could someone be willing to steal such a poor and pitiful beast? He did it just to save the horse from this man's cruelty."

"My cruelty?" snapped the coachman. "He is the one who wants to kill us! Old man is dangerous! He should be in jail!"

"Substantially stupid," suddenly Consort Yuwen appeared to interrupt them. The woman knew that she was standing in the crowd, raising her nose while she lay face-to-face. "If the man wants you dead, you're dead. You should be grateful he let you live."

"Mother?" Shin Wu instantly paled, becoming increasingly misbehaved. "What exactly are you doing here?" in a stifled whisper.

"The man has already offered to buy the horse from him," Consort Yuwen said as he glanced at the coachman. "But stubbornly he rejected his offer."

"Hhhh!" The coachman exclaimed triumphantly. "So you admit that bastard took my horse?"

Shin Wu finally turned his head towards the coachman, casting a sharp glare.

"The thief is still a thief!" The coachman added.

Shin Wu looked at his mother again.

Concubine Yuwen stammered, afraid she had just said the wrong thing.

The coachman glanced cunningly from Concubine Yuwen towards Shin Wu. "So, you accept this demand right, Lord Commander?"

"Sure," replied Shin Wu flatly.

Xi Xia turned to him angrily, but seeing the two men walking away to chase after their prisoners, he tried to keep thinking legally. "Wait!"

The two men turned to her with questioning looks.

Xi Xia won't let them do that to his savior, imprison him-hanging him? That's totally crazy! This is totally unfair. The man was not a horse thief, but even though the judge acquitted him of this false accusation, still, the arrest would be a stain in the eyes of the public and could destroy the good name of the man for all eternity.

Xi Xia would not let this petty giant ruin the good name of his savior.

"What more do you want?" the coachman grumbled, waiting for Xi Xia to speak.

"Before you take this matter any further," he replied, "Can I speak privately with... You, Master?"

The coachman nodded and the two of them stepped aside to negotiate.

Shin Wu and Concubine Yuwen watched them at a safe distance.

The horseman was an unusually tall man and in addition, he also smelled, but Xi Xia kept staring straight into his eyes, "What can I give you to make you stop all this silliness?"

"Silly-nilly?" the coachman groaned impatiently. "I have the right to do this!" said insist. "Stole is still stealing, like I said!"

"Be sensible!" sergeant Xi Xia. "You know your treatment of the horse is not right. You're doing this out of spite, because he beat you up in front of a crowd."

The coachman was extremely sickening, yet Xi Xia's hope finally appeared to hear his words. "Good," he said with a satisfied smile. "In that case, you'll be compensated! I'll pay you right now and we can forget all these unpleasant events. How much for your horse?" xi Xia said tenaciously. "And don't be too expensive because the horse is already dying. It's!" Xi Xia reached into his sleeves and took out the remaining money from his small money pocket.

The coachman stared at the few pieces of silver that were in Xi Xia's open palm and began to laugh slowly. "Is that just as much a price for the freedom of your benevolent savior, Miss?"

Xi Xia looked at the coachman in surprise when he saw him fold both his hands on his chest.

This bastard Yuoji is really arrogant, he thought irritatedly.

Xi Xia looked back at the money he had. "This is all I have."

The coachman narrowed his eyes, "What about the necklace you're wearing?"

Xi Xia blinked and gulped. Then he lifted up his nose, "All right," he said. Then she took the will off her neck.

Shin Wu and Consort Yuwen stiffened together. They all knew it was Xi Xia's beloved necklace, the only legacy of her late birth mother.

And among all that, someone-a mysterious young man in a dark robe with a headscarf, smiling faintly watched the entire progress of the hidden place amidst the crowd without anyone noticing.

Yeah! Sure was!

Who else?

Zhu Hua - Zu.

The Golden Hair…

The Mi Sai Ya…

The inevitable absolute law owner!

The lawsuit was eventually dropped.

It was no coincidence that the Great God was there.

After all, it was Xianqiwu day!

Xi Xia was still numb when their horse carriage turned to the corner of the Great Spirit God Temple shortly afterwards.

Xi Xia did not believe he had given his late birth mother's inheritance necklace to save an unknown person who did not even come from his people.

But at least that way worked.

The coachman had left satisfied and his savior had been released, not knowing what he had done.

Xi Xia did not mind if the foreign man never found out.

By watching his savior leave from a distance as he guided the injured horse, Xi Xia could feel a deeper satisfaction than he had ever felt before, that he had helped someone who had saved something more precious he had—more than the inheritance necklace itself.

His life!

The stranger saved his life. He deserves to be saved.

Meanwhile…

A moment after Xi Xia and Consort Yuwen had passed, Lim Shin Wu secretly sent a code order to his shadow guards to clear the horseman, Lim Shin Wu, which in an instant could already be understood by the loyal shadow bodyguards watching him from a hidden place.

In front of the public-especially the Emperor's territory, Shin Wu could have been thoughtful. But deep inside him, a wild beast conquered Governor Luoji still asked for Yuoji's blood.
