Four bodyguards combed every corner of Xi Xia's room all the way to the bathhouse, while Xi Xia crouched on the floor picking up her jewelry and returning everything to the box while making sure of what was missing.

But again Xi Xia did not find anything missing!

What exactly is going on? thought surprised.

First of all an intruder enters his room without touching the drawers or places that allow storing valuables, then the intruder entered his room again and managed to unload his jewelry box without taking any of the jewelry.

What exactly is he looking for?

And how could intruders come and go without a single guard noticing it. Even his shadow bodyguards were supposed to be on guard on the balcony of his room.

What was their work all this time? Xi Xia was upset.

On the rooftop of his estate those shadow bodyguards were still fighting against Shin Wu's bodyguards in a silence that no one who had no spiritual ability could hear.

AAAAAAT!

Yuze floated a straight kick that made his body look like a sword that was darting.

SLASHY!

One of Xi Xia's shadow guards repelled Yuze's kick with a twisting kick, while the other shadow guard darted from the other direction by raising his elbow to Yuze's nape.

Yuze dodged with a bow as he swept a twisting kick below that was eyeing the second leg of Xi Xia's bodyguard.

The two bodyguards soared avoiding the sweep of the kick, then stretched out their legs and tried to land it in Yuze's shoulder niche on his left-right.

Yuze spontaneously stretched out both hands on his sides, dispelling their feet with his palms.

SLASHY!

The two guards crashed in two opposite directions, but did not fall.

A second later, the two had already darted back to attack Yuze. The rhythm of the attack begins to rise.

Yuze just jumped to and fro bouncing his body to dodge every attack while trying to send a signal to the two bodyguards that he did not intend to attack them nor Xi Xia.

But attack after attack left Yuze with no choice but to counterattack while the lunge from them grew fiercer.

Yuze had no intention of injuring any of them, so as one of them prepared to pull the weapon, Yuze immediately grabbed the bodyguard and choked his neck while whispering, "I'm the commander-in-chief's bodyguard!" he tells.

Then the bodyguard raised his hand hinting at his partner to stop.

His comrade stopped but still drew his sword and pointed it at Yuze's neck.

Yuze took out a special plaque of a secret agent tucked in his belt, and showed it to them.

"What are you doing in Miss's room?" hiss the female shadow guard who pointed the sword. His eyes were splashed with a suspicious look. Still won't lower his sword.

Yuze let out a short sigh and released his grip, then whispered to them telling what he had seen in Xi Xia's room from across the yard. "I didn't come to attack Miss, just checking the situation of her room. Something's wrong with the room, miss. Why don't you try and check on me and attack me instead?"

The two guards exchanged looks.

Then the female bodyguard sheathed back her sword and immediately jumped down from the roof, then landed on the balcony of Xi Xia's room window.

And at once a patrol guard greeted the shadow bodyguard with his sword.

The shadow guard tried to dodge by flexing his body backwards.

But the patrol guard jumped onto the window balcony and swung his sword again.

The shadow guard twisted his body in a sloping position on the edge of the balcony. Just a little lost balance, he's gonna slide down.

Xi Xia flabbergasted and jumped off the floor.

The rattling sounds and clanging noisily inevitably ended up attracting the attention of the other bodyguards who were patrolling the side grounds.

Wretch! thought the shadow bodyguard Xi Xia.

Three bodyguards had already landed on the balcony of the window and attacked him here and there.

The shadow guard screeched as he raised both his hands on the side of his head, revealing the secret agent's special plaque to the patrol guards. The position of his body was still flickering backwards, almost strayed, while the soles of his feet only slightly got a foothold.

The patrol guard groaned and lowered his sword.

"What's going on?" Xi Xia hissed at them as he walked across the room and looked towards the window past the shoulder of a bodyguard.

"Shadow guard only," replied the patrol guard whispering back.

The shadow guard jumped into the room and landed on the floor without a sound, then crouched down in front of Xi Xia with both hands linked in front of his face. "Please forgive the lack of servants, Miss!" whispered.

"Ah—already, already!" Xi Xia shook his hands, driving all the bodyguards out of his room. "Everything's fine. No valuables are missing. I'm going back to sleep now."

The bodyguards bowed in unison and hurriedly left Xi Xia's room.

"Strictly keep watch from now on and don't tell anyone that any more intruders have entered my room!" Xi Xia advised those who were automatically responded with a bow.

Simultaneously the guards from the grounds burst into the room.

Xi Xia raised his hand hinting at the bodyguards to stop. Then sticking the tip of her index finger on her lips signaled them to calm down.

The guards stopped in unison and bowed. Then turned around and rushed out with the other bodyguards who had already been in Xi Xia's room. Try as quietly as possible so as not to be noisy.

The shadow guard Xi Xia slipped out through the window and returned to the roof, joining his comrade and Yuze as well.

"There's another intruder" the bodyguard told his colleague in a whisper. "But Miss said no valuables were missing!"

"That's weird!" muttered his partner as well as Yuze simultaneously.

"We're on the balcony all the time" his colleague sizzled. "But we didn't see any intruders."

"Maybe I should keep watch in the room" suggested the female bodyguard who had been checking Xi Xia's room. "I suspect the intruder is still hiding in a corner in Miss's room."

"I have to go back," Yuze said interrupting them while bowing slightly respectfully to the soldiers.

"Thank you," said the two bodyguards of Xi Xia as he bowed respectfully to the same soldier.

Xi Xia circled a glance once more through the tail of his eyes with an anxious look, then returned to his bed and placed the little cat on the side of his pillow. "Don't go anywhere" he told the cat, patting his neck gently. Then arrange the pillow to make the cat feel comfortable.

It was at that moment that Xi Xia found something under his pillow. A black cloth bag was tied to a gold rope with a shiny wooden plaque that read: Long live!

Whatisthis? xi Xia was surprised. Then take the bag and open it. His eyes spontaneously widened.

The pouch turned out to contain her birth mother's legacy necklace.

Who put it under my pillow?

Shin Wu's brother?

A small roll of hemp paper tucked in the bag contained a message: Thank you for the grace of Miss. To be honest, this old man doesn't deserve it. I believe this necklace is very valuable. Happy birthday, Miss Lim.

"Huh?" Xi Xia shrieked stifled while smothering his mouth with one hand.

The intruder. Xi Xia realized. Not thieves!
