"Master, many of our men have turned to the enemy and exposed our secrets" Michael said.

"Hahaha, now you two stay ready to accept your death" said one man.

David and Michael looked around and realized that they were in the middle of the enemy. This made David look sharply at his men who betrayed him.

"Hallo Mr. David." said a man with a grin.

"You!!!" david shouted with a surprised face.

"Yes, I'm the son of the vice-ceo at Young Master David's company. I will take revenge because Master always yells at me especially Young Master David has killed my father." said the deputy son ceo with a smile.

"Moreover I really want your company." Submit the son of the deputy CEO.

"Your father died for betraying me because it was as worthy of a traitor as your father died." David said in a cold voice.

"You dare betray me!" Snapped David while staring intently at his men.

"Sorry Young Master David. Our boss dares to pay us 4 times as much" said his former men.

"Sir. uh you're not my master anymore so I call you David instead. Haha.. David ... David .... I want to be a ceo not a financial manager anymore" said the son of the deputy ceo with a wicked laugh.

"Chih ... Mafia Grey black regrets that I gave your forgiveness just because uncle was the one who helped me take care of me" David said coldly.

"I love no one because loving a woman will be my weakness and therefore I cannot love your daughter. I want to repay my uncle but not by marrying my uncle's daughter." Keep David.

"I forgave my uncle when I thought of him as my uncle's favor but now there is no forgiveness for my uncle" David said in a cold tone.

Without realizing it, David's pair of eyes stared at David with a sad look. She is Karen's doctor, her heart is so hurt when she hears her husband's words and doesn't feel her tears coming out.

"Chih .... Look at you two alone and see my men so much you must lose. Attack them both!" shouted the middle-aged man.

David and Michael shoot while evading from the shots of their enemies. There was a sound of firing at each other.

Unbeknownst to them, Karen's doctor, Alesandra's doctor, and Sandra's doctor help David and Michael fire on their enemies.

"Stop!!" shouted middle-aged because he saw many of his men who died shot.

All stopped the shot including David, Michael, Karen's doctor, Alesandra's doctor and Sandra's doctor.

"Who are you out!!" shouted the middle-aged man.

David and Michael only realized that many of their enemies died and looked around to find out who had helped them.

"Basins of cowards, shoot the two until ma*i "command the middle-aged man again.

The sound of gunshots was quiet again until it was not felt that David had used 2 pistols and 2 pistols again while Michael had used 4 pistols making him unable to use a gun. David immediately gave his gun which happened to be close to him.

The sound of gunfire returned to each other until it did not feel David and Michael had run out of bullets.

Suddenly David and Michael were shot where David was shot in the chest while Michael was shot in the shoulder. Doctor Karen and her two friends who saw it forced to shoot in the forehead of the enemies David and Michael.

David and Michael keep fighting because David and Michael can defend themselves. Some of the Grey black Mafia's men are already dead because David and Michael immediately pulled the hands of the Grey black Mafia's men and then twisted their necks making them die on the spot. But because a lot of blood came out making their bodies start to limp.

"Hahaha, you're going to die soon, the six of you torture them to death and the others search for the dark shooter!" the middle-aged man's orders.

Doctor Alesandra who heard about it gave the code to her two best friends doctor Karen and doctor Sandra. Both of them understand the code given by his best friend. They just nodded their heads in understanding.

Doctor Alesandra was forced to come out to help her husband who was still missing in black clothes and wearing a mask while carrying two left and right weapons and a backpack full of pistols.

"Oh finally that one came out too, shoot him" said the middle-aged man.

Doctor Alesandra throws her bag at David and Michael with her left hand while her right hand shoots at the 6 men who attacked David and Michael blindly.

Doctor Alesandra shot and kicked towards them while shooting with her weak body gurgling, swerving around her body to avoid the kicks and shots of her enemies.

David and Michael open the contents of the bag thrown by Alesandra's doctor and see inside it many weapons. With the condition still weak they take weapons and shoot the enemies until not how long mafia members from outside the city come to their aid.

Not long after Michael and David felt his head dizzy because a lot of blood came out. They heard the 3 voices of the women's conversation and one of the women was like a familiar woman's voice in her ear because the woman was screaming and soon David and Michael were unconscious.

" Ok." answered them in unison.

Doctor Alesandra and doctor Sandra with weak body gleam attack, dodge and shoot the enemies who attack them while approaching David and Michael.

Doctor Alesandra and doctor Karen opened her backpack and took the doctor's equipment to retrieve the bullets lodged in the bodies of David and Michael, 2 bags of infusion and 2 bags of blood that had been prepared.

Doctor Sandra shoots the criminals with David's men and not how long they win.

"Please keep watch and protect us, we'll treat your boss." asked Dr. Sandra.

Without waiting for the doctor's answer Sandra walked up to her friend to see him. Sandra sees Karen treating David while Alesandra treats Michael.

Doctor Alesandra and doctor Karen began surgery to take a bullet lodged in his body but previously a bag of blood that they had prepared had been plugged into the right arm each to the two men while his left hand is an infusion hose. After a long time they finished their work.

"We're going to the hospital." Doctor Karen said to David's men.

"Well miss." answered them in unison.

"I go with them and put my bag on. You two get on the bike we go to the hospital." Doctor Karen.

"Okay, be careful." they replied in unison while cleaning up the operating equipment that had been used then put in a backpack and put on his shoulders.

"You are also careful" said Karen doctor while taking a bag containing bullets and given to doctor Sandra.

They take David to David's car and lie behind the driver and Michael in Michael's car.

Doctor Karen used her thigh as David's head pad.

Karen stroked David's face while briefly kissing David's lips but had previously removed his mask.

"Come conscious. I love you so much and I also know that Master does not love me but hates me. I'm sorry, I Love You." - Dr. Karen, and no matter how long her tears flowed back on David's handsome face.

"Karen, I love you so much and also hate you so much" said David softly who still faithfully closed his eyes.

Doctor Karen was very happy and very sad at the same time when she heard her husband's words.

"Miss why wear a mask together to two friends miss?" ask David's men.

"Because we help others without anyone knowing who we really are" Karen explained.

David's men just nodded their heads in understanding.

Not how long ago Alesandra and doctor Sandra had arrived at the hospital first because they used a motor sport.

Doctor Alesandra and doctor Sandra went into their own private room and put her bag on the table and then took a bath so that the smell of blood was lost so that David's men no one suspected.

After finishing bathing and changing new clothes and wearing doctor suits they came out of his room to the ugd room.

Doctor Alesandra and doctor Sandra began preparing tools to treat David and Michael if they had come.

Not long after Karen's doctor and David's men have arrived at the hospital and immediately put into ugd.

Doctor Karen walks into the private room of doctor Sandra to take a bath while borrowing the clothes of doctor Sandra.

Now Karen's doctor has changed clothes and sits waiting for her husband in the ugd room with her husband's men. Not how long ago doctor Alesandra came out with her tired body.

"How is my husband and his assistant?" ask Dr. Karen while blinking her eyes.

"They survived because the bullet was taken and will soon be taken to the treatment room." Reply doctor Alesandra who understands the blink of her best friend's eyes.

"Thank you doc." replied Dr. Karen.

"OKs. Excuse me first because there are patients that I have to check" said doctor Alesandra using formal language.

Doctor Karen nodded her head and doctor Alesandra left them. Not long after David and Michael out of the room ugd pushed by using a gurney by 4 nurses followed by doctor Sandra.

Doctor Karen waited for her husband in the treatment room while doctor Sandra and doctor Alesandra went to her private room to clean up because it had operated on David and Michael.

Now they wear T-shirts that display their body shape and black trousers. Only difference Alesandra doctor wear a doctor suit because she will check the condition of David and Michael while her best friend doctor Sandra wear a black jacket in line with her pants because today she is off.

"I'm going home first, right?" doctor Sandra's pamit.

"Ok livers2." replied Karen doctor and Alesandra doctor in unison.

Doctor Sandra just pointed her right thumb towards her two best friends then left them both.

Doctor Sandra riding a motor sport with moderate speed arrived at a quiet road because the atmosphere had begun at night. Accidentally saw a man who was in the gang of 6 thugs.

Doctor Sandra whose body was tired did not have the heart to see the man in the crack was forced to stop his motor sport. Then Dr. Sandra helped the man.

Doctor Sandra's help means so much that they are all battered.

"You??" call the man and doctor Sandra along with a surprised face.

Yes the man was someone who wore a doctor's suit when they met at the hospital. Where the doctor injects the drug into the dr. Karen's infusion tube. Then Sandra's doctor scolded her for wanting to harm Karen's doctor.

Doctor Sandra and the doctor stared at each other and smiled sinisterly but accidentally saw the eagle eye of doctor Sandra saw one of the men wake up carrying a folding knife and prepared to stab at the doctor from the back.
