Federick returns to the lab room to find an antidote for Karen's doctor.

"If Madame Karen is pregnant then the poison from that person and the poison I made join in then the poison in Madame Karen's body will grow stronger and can kill the fetus and Lady Karen. I can only make medicine to extend his lifespan to another 2 or 3 years." Federick.

"Where does Madam Karen once a week must routinely consume the drugs I give. Within 3 years I still have time to find the antidote." Connect Federick.

Federick looked at his servant who was looking at him with a sharp look.

Federick begins concocting more dangerous toxic ingredients from the poison in the body of doctor Karen without knowing that doctor Karen no longer no poison in her body.

After almost an hour Federick managed to make a new poison then Federick approached the waiter who to two legs and to his two hands fastened tightly which fused with his bed.

"Freely you move because both your hands and feet will turn red, just accept your death" Federick said with his innocent face.

Federick injected into the servant's arm, after Federick had finished storing back the injection device and the bottle containing the poison already in someone's message.

"In a few hours you will die and then a bodyguard will throw you into a hole that looks like a well and is very deep without knowing the basics" Federick said in a relaxed tone.

Federick sat down leisurely watching the servant with a still innocent body without a thread and full of bruises both his body and his mouth.

"I was astonished to see your innocent body without a thread but why was my little brother not influential at all? But why close to Sandra my little sister immediately tense and want to feel it when still wearing full clothes" said Federick staring at the waiter with his innocent face.

The maid simply turned her face away, her body had already started shivering from not using a piece of clothing.

'May Young Master feel what I feel now.' said the servant inwardly.

"Oh you're cold? Take it easy because I'm the nicest man in the world so I love blankets." Federick said with his innocent face while smiling but his smile was very scary.

Federick took the blanket and the waiter's body was covered and not how long it began to spasm - a seizure of the drug sign began to react for 5 minutes then the waiter breathed his last.

"Finally dead too" Federick said in a relaxed tone while letting go of the two arms and legs of the servant.

Federick casually took the servant's blood and put it in a bottle for examination. After finishing Federick carrying the body like holding a sack of rice and carried out while calling the bodyguard to be thrown into the ravine.

"Dispose this body to the well!" federick orders while giving the servant's body.

The bodyguard also brought the corpse of the waiter to be thrown into a hole like a well that is very deep and does not know the basis. The well is where Federick disposes of the bodies to remove traces of the results of his experiments.

Federick walked into his room to take a shower because his body was so sticky and tired. Finished bathing and dressed Federick took his phone to see the incoming message.

"Sandra why don't you call me?" federick asked with a confused face.

Federick contacted Sandra because Federick missed her voice so much. The first, second, third and fourth droughts are not lifted when the number is active.

A curious Federick tried to contact Sandra's doctor again but repeatedly tried Sandra's doctor did not lift it instead Federick's number was blocked by Sandra's doctor.

Federick's tired body made him relax and not how long Federick had been asleep.

The Hospital

Doctor Sandra who was very disappointed with Federick for his words immediately received a task from the hospital leadership to help people deepening in the village xxxx with 4 doctors and 5 nurses to eliminate his feelings that were being wounded.

"Why did you take it? is it because of that guy?" ask doctor Alesandra who can guess the story.

Doctor Alesandra actually wanted to punish the three handsome men David, Federick and Michael but he could not do it because they are the main characters.

"Thank you for your prayers, greetings to Karen because tomorrow morning - early in the morning I'm going to the airport" said Sandra.

"You call donk." said Dr. Alesandra.

"If I call the lazy man will know my departure" said doctor Sandra said.

"Actually, the man was in the waiting room for treatment and they seemed friendly" said Alesandra.

"That's why I don't want to contact Karen especially Karen will be sick again" said Sandra's doctor reasoned who was reluctant to meet with Federick.

"Betul is also sich that there will be more thoughts and easy to get sick" said Dr. Alesandra.

"I'm ready to go home first to prepare everything" said doctor Sandra hugged while cipika cipiki.

"Ok, hearts on the road. Tomorrow morning I'll take you to the airport at 7 am, right?" ask doctor Alesandra.

"Yup. Ok I'll go home first." said Dr. Sandra.

"Bye." replied Dr. Alesandra.

Doctor Sandra and doctor Alesandra came out of the kitchen room where they had finished cooking. Doctor Alesandra and doctor Sandra accidentally cook for her best friend doctors Karen and David considering that there are people deliberately put poison into the food of David but in the meal by the doctor Karen.

Doctor Sandra left the hospital to prepare the items she would bring tomorrow morning while Alesandra walked towards the treatment room where Karen's doctor was still lying in bed.

Karen's Doctor's Nursing Room

"Eat already?" ask Dr. Karen in a soft tone.

"Not yet" David answered briefly.

"Why haven't you eaten yet?" ask Dr. Karen.

"Not hungry." Answer David.

Suddenly the door of the treatment room opened wide by the nurse then doctor Alesandra entered the treatment room while pushing a trolley containing two foods and two glasses of minerals.

"The food was cold so I changed the new one." Doctor Alesandra.

"I just ate." Doctor Karen.

"No - what, usually a quick porridge laper." Doctor Alesandra.

"Thank you, I've taken nicotine." Doctor Karen.

"Of friends there is no term ngerepotin." Doctor Alesandra smiled.

"Good meal and rest." Dr. Alesandra turned her body around and walked away leaving them both.

"Again thanks." Doctor Karen.

Doctor Alesandra just nodded her head while her right thumb was raised upwards whereas David only watched them chatter without making any sound.

"What do you want?" david asked who saw Karen's doctor trying to get up.

"You take the bowl." Answer doctor Karen.

"Are you hungry again?" David asked while lowering Doctor Karen's body to lie on the bed.

"No, I want to feed Young Master David because Young Master David hasn't eaten yet." Answer doctor Karen.

"I'm not hungry yet and I don't want to be fed" David said in a stern tone.

"Do I cook for Mr David?" Ask Karen's doctor.

Doctor Karen thinks that David won't eat because of the cook doctor Alesandra.

"Well after this and so on I won't eat if Young Master doesn't eat" said Karen's doctor in an annoyed tone.

"KAREN!?" David nodded with a loud voice.

"Why force me to eat? No one ever cares whether I've eaten or not." David said as he stared intently at Doctor Karen as if he wanted to kill her.

"Because Mr. David is my husband that's why I asked my husband to eat" said the doctor Karen did not want to lose staring intently at her husband without any fear.

"I've been nice to you because I've been sick, but this is your reply? Do you want me to punish again huh!!!" snapped David.

"Please punish me but before I'm punished, I beg my husband to eat first." Please Karen while looking at her husband with sadness.

"Why do you care to tell me to eat? Why do you care to save me when my enemies want to kill me? Do you have a rotten plan to pretend to me to keep stabbing me in the back just like your parents." asked David streak in a high tone.

"Because I love you so much and I don't want my husband to get sick if he eats late. Should a wife not look after her husband?" ask Dr. Karen in a soft tone.

"I've been tormenting you a lot, so there's no way that you could love me. To me love is a lie I don't believe in what love is." David said in a stern tone.

"How can my husband believe that I love you?" ask Dr. Karen with a sad face.

David picks up a vial of poison given by Federick lying on the table to be shown to Karen's doctor.

"In this bottle there is a very dangerous poison if drunk then his heart will slow beating and his body will feel tremendous pain plus the breath feels very tight." David said with a grin.

"As a result, fresh blood will come out of the nose and mouth. Would you drink it if you loved me?" david didn't believe what Karen's doctor said.

"I don't think everyone will want to do that because that's why I don't believe what love is." David continued, looking at Karen's doctor with a sharp look.

"Open the bottle and give it to me, I'll drink it" said Karen, pointing her hand at David.

David unscrewed the bottle and gave it to Karen's doctor. Doctor Karen immediately accepted it and then immediately drank it without asking much questions.

"Now my husband trusts?" asked Doctor Karen while looking at David with a sad look.

David is shocked when Karen's doctor does what he asks.

"Why did you drink it?" asked David curiously.

"Because I love you so much" said Karen, smiling.

Slowly doctor Karen felt her body in excruciating pain and her heartbeat beat very slowly and her breathing began to feel tight exactly as David had said. David knew that Karen's doctor felt her body ache.

"How does your body hurt, right? The chest feels tight as if it cannot breathe. You regret not taking the medicine because your body is tormented like this" David said in a cynical tone.

"I'll never regret it because I love you so much. I hope Honey trusts me that I've always loved you. I'm sorry and may honey be happy with the woman she loves." said Karen, smiling and looking at her husband's handsome face for the last time.

No matter how long the doctor Karen slowly closed her eyes until fresh blood began to come out of the nose and mouth doctor Karen made David take out his antidote and injected it into the body of doctor Karen before it was too late.

"I want to torture you and want to kill you but I can't. I love you very much too, but on the other hand my grudge against your family makes me want to torture you" David said softly while holding the hand of Karen's doctor.

Tired David fell asleep while his head rested in the hands of Doctor Karen in the chair by the bed.

Not feeling the day changed in the morning, doctor Karen slowly opened her eyes and felt her right hand feel heavy and numb making doctor Karen turn her face.

The handsome face of her husband who was sleeping very soundly made doctors Karen did not have the heart to wake him. Doctor Karen smiled looking at her husband's face.

'I know, honey will definitely give me the antidote because I know honey is starting to love me. I just need patience in the face of honey attitude that sometimes can not control emotions. I'm sure someday honey will forgive my parents and we'll live happily. I love my husband.' says doctor Karen in heart.

Slowly David opened his eyes it made the doctor Karen immediately close his eyes so that David did not know that Doctor Karen had just looked at the handsome face of David.

David saw that Karen's doctor was still faithfully closing her eyes. David stroked his wife's face from her eyes, nose, cheeks and lastly doctor Karen's lips.

"I don't know if I'm so comfortable with you and my nightmares that usually come every day don't come when I sleep with you" David said.

David kisses the lips of doctor Karen who has become his candlestick and a short kiss makes David want again. Doctor Karen immediately draped both hands and returned a kiss David made David release the hand of doctor Karen while staring intently at doctor Karen.

"You're pretending to close your eyes?" david asked in a voice that was upset.

Doctor Karen opened one of her eyes while smiling at David.

"Hehehe ... Kiss again donk. It was good kissing too." Doctor Karen said in a seductive tone.

"No." David replied briefly as he sat back down.

"Yes I want to kiss the doctor if the doctor is a guy" said Karen doctor while getting out of bed.

"Please, if you both want me to sew your mouth" David said in a threatening tone.

"Refrance ... How dear my dear husband." Doctor Karen teased her husband.

"Karen!!" david shouted in annoyance.

"Sttc ... This is the hospital don't scream." said Karen, pointing her index finger at her mouth.

"You're this." David's words were cut short by the arrival of a doctor and a nurse.

The doctor began to check on Karen's doctor after she finished checking the doctor smiled.

"Are there any complaints, Doctor Karen?" ask the doctor in a polite manner.

"There is no doctor. When can I go home?" ask Dr. Karen who doesn't feel right in the hospital.

"This one can go home because the condition is getting better" replied the doctor.

"Really Doc? Thank goodness I was happy to hear it." said doctor Karen smiling happily finally able to go home.

"Because today the infusion was revoked ya." said the doctor.

"Okay doc." replied Dr. Karen.

The nurse removed the intravenous needle in the arm of Dr. Karen. After the doctor and the nurse left, they both left.

"Oh yeah from now on don't call me Young Master David." asked David.

"Keep me calling what? Honey or Honey or Yang or My Husband?" ask Dr. Karen with a smile.

"Whatever." answered David.

In David's heart, the deepest of himself was very happy to be seduced by Karen's doctor but he did not want to say that to Karen's doctor.

"Honey." call Karen's doctor.

David who heard Karen's doctor calling her honey made David stare intently at Karen's doctor making Karen's doctor confused.

"Kok I call honey, honey looks at me? He said don't call you again?" Ask doctor Karen with a pouting face.

"Oh you called me, Kirain called someone else" David said with a smile.

Doctor Karen just patted her forehead then smiled sweetly looking at the handsome face of her smiling husband.

"Now and beyond I will call you honey. Can I?" ask Dr. Karen expectantly.

"Whatever, now we go home" David said in a cold tone.

"Good honey." replied Dr. Karen.

"If you can call me anything, but if you keep calling me Young Master David and another one, don't be happy because I don't love you yet." david said with a firm tone.

"Well." replied the doctor Karen with a brief heart that had been happy now turned sad again and David knew about it.

David still has not fully forgiven the two parents of doctor Karen, which is why David fortifies himself not to love doctor Karen.
