"Eat already?" ask doctor Karen in a soft tone like nothing happened.

"Not yet." David answered briefly.

"Eat the sick." Doctor Karen said in a still soft tone.

"You, I was a bribe I was just about to eat" said David.

"Ok." replied Karen's doctor with a happy smile at David's change.

'Hopefully his attitude like this continues.' Dr. Karen continues inwardly and expectantly.

David feeds doctor Karen painstakingly so as not to feel her porridge run out without rest. After the doctor Karen ate, David took a plate that already contained rice and took a side dish on the other plate. David ate the food that had been cold until it ran out because David ate accompanied by his wife.

In the same place just a different room where after the death of doctor Sandra, Federick out looking for doctor Sandra. But unfortunately when meeting and want to talk to doctor Sandra there is a patient makes Federick wait.

After a long wait Federick wanted to invite him to talk back but again - again there was a call from the nurse where there were 2 men who were shot so that doctor Sandra and doctor Alesandra went into the operating room.

After the surgery, they both came out of the operating room, Dr. Sandra and Alesandra walked into their respective rooms. Federick went straight into Sandra's doctor's office without knocking on the door.

Federick saw Sandra's doctor looking at her at a glance then went on to check the patient's data regardless of her presence.

"Sandra, I want to talk to you" Federick said, sitting opposite Sandra, who was confined to a desk.

"What do you want to talk about?" ask doctor Sandra in a cold tone without looking at Federick's face.

"Why have you changed?" federick asked surprised by the change in the face of Sandra's doctor who arrived - arrived.

"Tell yourself why I'm changing." Reply doctor Sandra with a cynical tone.

Doctor Sandra was very upset with Federick's words and when Federick wanted to talk arrived - the door of Sandra's room was knocked 3 times after getting an answer then opened the door.

"Sorry doc, four men were hit by bullets" the nurse reported.

"Prepare the operating room, doctor Alesandra hasn't come home yet?" ask Sandra's doctor in a different soft tone when talking to Federick.

"So she wanted to go home but it wasn't because she was helping one of them" the nurse replied.

"Ok." answered Sandra's doctor briefly while wearing special surgical clothing.

The nurse left the two of them but glanced at Federick, who was staring at Doctor Sandra.

'The man is very handsome, if I were to be his lover how happy my heart is.' said the nurse in her heart.

"I want to go, find a better woman than me" Sandra said in a cold voice.

While talking doctor Sandra walked away from Federick himself without looking at him. But Federick's right hand pulled Sandra's hand from leaving. Doctor Sandra's body hit the chest of Federick's field then Federick hugged doctor Sandra from behind.

"Why is your attitude cold to me?" federick asked in a soft tone without any feelings of guilt.

"Did Young Master Federick forget what he said back in my friend Karen's room?" ask Dr. Sandra while holding back her tears from coming out.

"I didn't forget and I still remember. What is my fault if I say that? Then why are you calling me Young Master Federick instead of honey?" ask Federick while thinking.

Federick's sense of empathy has been lost since he experienced the formation so that what he said was considered ordinary without knowing that his words hurt the heart of the deepest doctor Sandra.

"Let's forget Me, let's just say we don't know each other. Again find another woman, sorry I have to go." said Dr. Sandra in a cold tone.

While talking doctor Sandra removed Federick's hand from his embrace then left Federick alone in his room.

"What forget? No. gabe... No. gabe... What is mine will forever be mine." Federick said with a grin.

Federick walked out of Sandra's doctor's office and went home because there was work waiting for him.

Now Federick had arrived at the mansion and met the butler where he stood facing each other.

"Where's the waiter?" federick asked in a cold tone.

"There's in Young Master's warehouse." Answer the Chief Servant.

Federick stepped straight into the barn until Federick saw the waiter tied up in a chair with both legs and hands. The servant's body was plain without a thread with a face very frightened, random hair - random and did not stop crying.

"Young Master Federick help me ..... Hicks ... Hicks ... Hiks ...?" said the waiter while sobbing.

"Who did it?" federick asked without regard to the girl's situation and answered the girl's words.

"Pardon us Young Master, when the Chief Servant handed this servant over to us to be taken to the warehouse. This servant tried to break away and did not want to be tied up. He said he told Federick's Young Master to go into Federick's Young Master's room." Answer one of his bodyguards with a trembling body.

"Then?" ask Federick again.

"We were forced to drag him down but the servant rebelled and accidentally had his clothes torn off by one of us and exposed his two twin mountains that were still covered. It made our little brother tense." Answer one of the bodyguards with the body still trembling.

"We tried to hold him back but this servant rebelled constantly because we were annoyed that we were doing it together - the same for the servant to be quiet" continued the other bodyguard who also shook.

"Right now I'm sorry but next time I won't forgive. Remember if I told you to take it to my private room take it directly to this warehouse and do not touch enough to tie it." Federick said in a cold tone.

"Well Young Master Federick." they answered in unison.

Federick walked to the lab adjacent to the warehouse and then began making medicine for Karen's doctor's cure. After half an hour of the medicine, Federick stored it in a special medicine storage cabinet.

Then Federick took two bottles from the cabinet of the only special toxic drug and then took some syringes to be used as experimental material.

Federick walked leisurely towards the warehouse where the waiter was sitting very limp from serving four men until the four men were satisfied.

Federick put two bottles and two injections on the table then took one bottle and one injection. The injection was put in a bottle to take its contents after the injection contained the concoction medicine, Federick walked up to the waiter.

"These injections contain poison and if you get pregnant from one of my bodyguards, you will often bleed and if you give birth you will die." federick explained to the waiter in a relaxed tone.

"You're crazy, you. you're a psycopath" said the waiter in a soft tone.

"It's true that you're smart too" Federick said in a relaxed tone.

Federick injected her into the girl's arm with no sense of empathy at all. For the sake of abundant money he was willing to do anything so that he could do the deed that could have died tormented by poisonous herbs made. Federick is always testing people or animals to determine the effects of the drug.

Federick waited for his reaction for half an hour. Half an hour later Federick took a new shot to get the waiter's blood.

"I took your blood for me to check" Federick said in a relaxed tone as he injected it into the servant's arm for blood.

After finishing Federick walked back to the lab to check the servant's blood regardless of the maid's dire circumstances.

"It turns out Madame Karen's poison was the same poison in the servant's body was different. It's fiercer to have Miss Karen. Looks like I need to make the same poison as someone who poisons food and drink and then I can promote it to people who used to buy my poison" Federick said.

Federick started making the same poison after 15 minutes Federick managed to make it. Federick injected poison into the servant's arm and not how long it took the servant to bleed out of his nose and mouth. Federick casually re-injects to take the servant's blood.

"Give this girl medicine so she doesn't die soon. I don't care how this medicine should be taken." Said Frederick while giving a grain of medicine to one of his bodyguards.

The bodyguard received the drug from Federick and then Federick walked into the lab that no one else could enter. Federick began to examine it and after a while Federick began to make his medicinal herbs.

Federick took a new injection with the potion he made to inject into the waiter. Federick saw the girl close her eyes and blood from her nose and mouth did not stop coming out. Federick gave a shot back and waited for the results for an hour.

"Let go of the ties to his two hands and feet and lay him on the floor" Federick said in a cold tone.

"Well Young Master." replied them in unison.

'If you don't remember the high salary, I don't want to work in a horrible place like this.' said the bodyguards in unison.

'Hopefully the Miss who came at that time could change the nature of Young Master.' Said the Chief Servant inwardly while looking at what Federick was doing without any feelings of empathy towards the servant.
