"If you meet with Lady Karen, would you still want to torture her?" asked Michael curiously.

"Maybe it could be or may not be" David replied in a relaxed tone.

"If Lady Karen is pregnant how is she? Will you torture him?" asked Michael who was still curious about David's attitude.

"It's impossible for my wife to get pregnant because we only did it that night, so it's impossible to get pregnant" David said in a relaxed tone.

"But if Lady Karen is pregnant what would you neglect?" asked Michael curiously.

"I'll get a DNA test if He turns out to be my son then I'll take him and continue torturing him back but if it's not my son then I'll torture him with the child he contains" david said in a still relaxed tone without having the slightest feeling of pity.

"Do you remember what you said to Federick?" ask Michael.

"Federick did say what?" david answered the question with a question.

"If Lady Karen is pregnant then she is bleeding due to side effects of the drug that was given at that time and could result in death for Mrs Karen. What will you do?" ask Michael.

"If it turns out to be my biological child then I will keep it and let my wife die maybe it has become his karma because his parents have killed my parents and I'm sure his parents will be sad and devastated over the death of their beloved daughter. But if it wasn't then I'd kill the baby" David said without any sense of empathy.

"Why would you look for Lady Karen if you only wanted her death?" michael asked with a confused face.

"Because I'm not satisfied to torture her" David replied in a relaxed tone.

Michael just breathed in roughly and not how long Michael's phone rang. Michael took his cell phone on the table and saw who was contacting him. After knowing Michael shifted the green button.

Michael listened to the information while looking at his boss. After less than 5 minutes Michael turned off his phone unilaterally then stared at David.

"Sir, Miss Karen is in town xxxx, are we catching up there?" ask Michael.

"We're after my wife." Answer David.

They also left the hotel to go to the city xxxx by car. Two hours later, David and Michael reached the city of xxxx.

"Sir, Miss Karen is staying in that simple house" Michael said, showing a very simple house and the door was closed.

"You rent a hotel close by and pick me up tomorrow morning" David said as he got out of his car.

"Okay sir." replied Michael as he restated his vehicle.

David walked towards the simple house. David's hand was directed to the door about to knock on the door to coincide with a middle-aged woman opening the door.

"Who's the man looking for?" Ask the middle-aged woman.

"I want to meet my wife who's staying at this house." David replied in a cold tone.

"Sorry Young Master, four hours ago there were two girls staying in this house but two hours later the two girls went towards the beach on a boat." The middle-aged woman explained.

David stared at the middle-aged woman and there was no lie in his eyes making David pull out his phone to send a message to Michael.

"Oh yes, one of the girls left a letter for a man if anyone was looking for him." Said the middle-aged woman while giving the paper to David.

"May I go inside?" David asked, receiving the letter.

"Please Young Master." Answer the middle-aged woman.

The middle-aged woman opened the door wide to let David inside. David looked around the room and saw his wife's clothes folded neatly on the table by the bed.

"The girl changed her clothes to her friend's and then put her clothes on the table." Said the middle-aged woman.

David just nodded his head then took the clothes belonging to Doctor Karen. The scent of lavender flowers favorite doctor Karen still smelled in the clothes owned by doctor Karen made David breathe it.

'I miss him a lot.' David said in his heart.

It was not long before Michael came and walked towards David who was sitting on the side of the bed.

"He's gone." David said standing up.

Michael just nods his head then David and Michael go from the place to the hotel for a rest while in a different place where the doctor Alesandra, the, doctor Karen and doctor Sandra gather in a minimalist house belonging to a middle-aged woman.

"Karen." Call doctor Alesandra who has seen doctor Karen just silence.

"Yes" replied Dr. Karen briefly.

"Do you remember your husband?" Ask doctor Alesandra who saw the eyes of doctor Karen glazed - glass.

Doctor Karen nodded her head making doctor Alesandra exhale slowly while recalling two hours before she was in a secluded house occupied by a middle-aged woman.

Two Hours Earlier

"We need to get out of here." Doctor Alesandra said while taking out two clothes stells.

"Why?" Ask doctor Karen curiously.

"Your husband and Michael's brother will be here so we better get out of here" replied Alesandra's doctor while giving a stell of clothing to Karen's doctor.

"Replace the clothes you wear so we can get out of here." Call Alesandra's doctor while changing clothes.

Without asking too many doctors Karen changed her clothes and then they went from the place to the beach where they took a boat to see doctor Sandra who was across the island.

The real story :

Doctor Alesandra is already reading the contents of the novel story in which David can find Karen's doctor but David's nature does not change where David does as below.

"Honey." called Karen's doctor with a very surprised face while trying to close the door tightly.

But David pushed the door with all his might until Karen's doctor retreated backwards because her strength lost far from David.

Then David entered the house and closed the door. David stared intently at the doctor Karen as well as the doctor Karen stared intently at her husband.

"Why lookin' for me?" ask Dr. Karen in a cold tone.

David quietly just pulled the hand of Doctor Karen and walked towards the doctor Karen's room then pushed doctor Karen's body into the bed making the doctor Karen sleep on her back.

David forcibly pulled Karen's doctor's clothes until her body was plain without a thread. David looked at the smooth body of his wife especially David who just felt the pleasure of doing husband and wife relationship made David want it back.

David took off one by one his clothes until plain without a thread then David climbed up the body of doctor Karen and kissed her violently.

Initially, Karen's doctor rejected her but eventually resigned because David's energy was stronger than her. David also put his imported carrots into the privacy area of doctor Karen.

"sickness.. I beg you to slow down." Please doctor Karen hold back the pain in her privacy area because David did not warm up first.

"I don't care" said David, shaking his hips repeatedly.

Doctor Karen could only shed her tears while clutching the sheets to divert the pain in her privacy.

Doctor Karen let her husband do whatever he wants to over her because he has resigned what will happen. After exiting the lava David felt satisfied then David pulled his magic spear and then rolled his body towards the side of Doctor Karen.

Doctor Karen turned her back to David's body while covering her mouth so as not to make a sound when she cried.

David rested only 20 minutes after that David pulled the body of doctor Karen to the back and then back up the innocent body of doctor Karen and back her body put together.

"Your body feels good." whispered David as he shook his hips repeatedly until the lava came back out.

Doctor Karen just kept quiet and closed her eyes to endure the pain of her heart and also to endure the pain in her privacy at the same time.

Three more times David stopped and pulled his magic spear and rolled his body to the side. David lay down next to Karen's doctor while hugging her from behind as Karen's doctor turned her back.

Not long before they fell asleep and unknowingly doctor Karen turned her back and hugged David and her head leaned against the chest of her husband's field in search of warmth.

Until the night changed in the morning the sound of birds chirping each other. David slowly opened his eyes and saw that his wife was fast asleep and her head was leaning against him.

"I've started to like you but on the other hand I haven't been able to forgive your parents. I want to torture you to death but when you get hurt I'm so afraid of losing you. I'm confused by myself should I continue my grudge against your parents by venting on you?" Ask David in a soft tone.

David releases Karen's doctor's embrace and gets off the bed and picks up her clothes scattered on the floor and goes into the bathroom to clean up her sticky body.

Doctor Karen opened her eyes when her husband closed the bathroom door. Her tears came back out and stared softly at the bathroom. Doctor Karen got up from her bed and took a towel to cover her innocent body while carrying her clothes and sat on the bed waiting for her husband to come out of the bathroom.

The bathroom door opened, and Karen's doctor saw David rub his wet hair with his wife's small towel. Doctor Karen who saw David had gone straight into the bathroom without caring about David.

Finished bathing and dressed doctor Karen came out of the bathroom and then combed her hair regardless of her husband's presence.

"Prepare today we go home to the city of xxxx" David said as he stood by draping his hand to his chest.

" I want to stay here home alone" said Karen, still brushing her long hair.

"No, you have to come with me home" David said in a cold tone.

Doctor Karen turned her body and stood staring intently at her husband.

"Why should I come with you?" ask Dr. Karen.

"Because I'm still not content to torture you." David answered without feeling guilty.

"I'm not sure honey will torture me" said Karen's doctor, dismissively dismissing David.

David who saw the face of doctor Karen who underestimated him made David slap the right cheek of doctor Karen until the corner of her lips bleed makes the body of doctor Karen backwards.

Doctor Karen knows that her husband's temperament is high at this time makes Doctor Karen want to provoke David's anger to kill her because she was very tired with her husband's attitude.

"I don't want to go home, if honey wants to go home, go home alone" said Karen doctor in an annoyed tone.

David slapped the left cheek of Doctor Karen while the doctor only smiled while enduring the pain in her cheek especially the corner of her lips spit out fresh blood.

"Never provoke my anger if you don't want this sharp knife to penetrate your smooth white skin." threatened David while taking out his folding knife behind his trouser pocket.

Doctor Karen did not answer just walking slowly towards her husband after the doctor close Karen hugged her husband made her husband very surprised.

The knife stabbed in the stomach of doctor Karen and doctor Karen just smiled while enduring the pain in her stomach until fresh blood came out of her stomach.

'Do as you please honey if it can make you satisfied.' whispered doctor Karen as her hand grasped the hand of David holding a knife and pressed it inside.

Fresh blood comes out of Doctor Karen's stomach and it's unbeknownst to David that it makes Doctor Karen's mouth bleed fresh. David doesn't know about it because Karen's doctor hugs her very tightly.

"Maybe with my death can make honey satisfied and honey's grudge on my parents can be lost. Take care of yourself honey may honey always be happy." said doctor Karen in a soft tone while closing her eyes withstanding the pain is very intense.

Slowly the doctor Karen let go of her embrace and fell down but David's hand held her back. David pushes Karen's body slowly so David can see Karen's doctor. But his eyes were perfectly rounded because David saw Doctor Karen's mouth spitting out fresh blood.

"What do you mean?" David asked in a cold tone.

Doctor Karen slowly opened her eyes and looked at her husband's face with a smile but doctor Karen tried to smile.

"I'm tired of honey, I want to sleep" said doctor Karen trying to always smile and in a soft tone.

After saying the last sentence the doctor Karen closed her eyes and did not take long the doctor Karen unconscious.

"Hey get up. get up.." said David while shaking - shake into the shoulders of the doctor Karen by using two hands David.

David felt his clothes wet plus the smell of blood smelled by him making David's eyes directed to the stomach of doctor Karen who was wet because of fresh blood that did not stop coming out.

David immediately held the doctor Karen bridal style and opened the door of his room to get out as Michael out of the car door.

"We're going to the hospital" David said with a panicked face.

"Okay sir." Michael replied as he opened the car door to get out and turn his body then opened the car door for David to sit in the back seat of the driver and then closed it again. Michael turned his body back and opened the car door and sat in the driver's seat then closed the car door again.

David drove the car at high speed to get to the nearest hospital. Up to 20 minutes of travel they have arrived at the hospital. David immediately opened his car door and exited while holding a doctor Karen ala bridal style.

"Suster.. sister!!! " cried David.

The sisters bring a gurney and David lowers the body of Doctor Karen who has started to cool. Two sisters push the gurney towards the ER room.

"Sorry Young Master got here" said the nurse kindly.

David just shut up and saw the gurney where Karen's doctor was lying in the push towards the ugd room until it went inside to coincide with Michael's arrival.

"Master why don't you just let Miss Karen die" asked Michael.

"What do you mean Michael!" snapped David.

"Isn't Lady Karen hurt by Young Master David?" ask Michael.

"No, he hugged me when I held the knife." David answered without feeling any guilt.

"What exactly happened?" asked Michael curiously.

David also told everything without anything covered about the events of today while the events of last night David did not tell him while Michael just kept silent without commenting.

"Young Master looks like Madam Karen is so tired that's why Madam Karen is doing that. Did you keep torturing Lady Karen?" asked Michael curiously.

"Maybe it might not" answered David ambiguously.

"One day if Madame Karen is gone because she is not strong enough to withstand the torture of the Young Master, never the young master regretted it" said Michael resignedly because it was difficult to change the nature of David.

"He must live at all costs. Michael got me my change of clothes" said David, switching the conversation while waiting for Karen's doctor in the ER room.

"Your Young Master" replied Michael.

That's why Alesandra's doctor took Karen's doctor away from the place so that David did not do the deed that made Karen doctor back into the hospital.
