Michael saw that Alesandra's doctor had finished checking the patient, making Michael approach Alesandra's doctor.

"You're still here? Who's sick?" ask doctor Alesandra pura - pura do not know.

"Mrs Karen is sick." Answer Michael.

"Is my best friend sick?" asked doctor Alesandra pura - pura surprised and pura - pura shouted.

'What are you doing yelling close to Michael? Didn't Miss know?"

'It was intentional to reduce my emotions towards my husband.' Doctor Alesandra answered in the heart through telepathy.

"Gts .... It's noisy! Don't yell." said Michael, smothering Alesandra's mouth.

Doctor Alesandra just nodded her head in agreement and then Michael let go of his hand.

"Has my best friend been ill from being tortured by Mr David?" ask doctor Alesandra pura - pura do not know.

"Yes that's how." Answer Michael.

Suddenly Alesandra's doctor remembered something to make Alesandra's doctor immediately pull Michael's hand made Michael surprised.

"Follow Me. There's something I want to say and it's very important." said Dr. Alesandra while still pulling Michael's hand.

Michael also resignedly followed the steps of Alesandra doctor to get to the car park.

"Sister Michael please drive my car we eat at xxxx restaurant later I tell you." said doctor Alesandra while handing over the car keys to Michael.

"Alright" Michael answered briefly.

Michael was sitting in the driver's seat while Alesandra's doctor was sitting next to the driver heading to the xxxx restaurant at the request of Alesandra's doctor.

It was only 10 minutes before they arrived at a restaurant. They enter the restaurant and sit in the VVIP room facing each other and only limited by the table.

"Sister Michael would order what?" ask Alesandra's doctor while picking up the menu book.

"Anything, are we better off talking about a new meal?" ask Michael who doesn't like to procrastinate.

"No, I'm so hungry and honestly my stomach's been hurting for a minute." Answer doctor Alesandra.

"Alright." replied Michael who did not have the doctor Alesandra starved.

Doctor Alesandra waved her hand at the waiter, after which Alesandra ordered food and drinks.

"Have you been with David for a long time?" ask doctor Alesandra pura - pura do not know.

"Sometimes I'm confused about you." Said Michael who did not answer Alesandra's doctor's question.

"Why?" ask doctor Alesandra.

"Sometimes call David's brother, sometimes calling him Master and sometimes calling him David. Even though Young Master David asked you and your best friend to call him Brother David" said Michael.

"Like - like what we call rather than wrongly calling with the name of another person" said doctor Alesandra in a indifferent tone.

"You're a doctor but not like a doctor, you're so upset" Michael said.

"Special brother David and brother Michael but for others not" said doctor Alesandra in a relaxed tone.

Michael stared intently at Alesandra's doctor but Alesandra was not afraid at all. Where Alesandra doctor responded with a sharp look towards Michael while bringing his face closer to Michael's face and leaving only 3 cm while his lips barely touched.

"You think I'm afraid of a sharp gaze ..hmmppht." said doctor Alesandra cut off for getting a sudden kiss from Michael.

Doctor Alesandra pushed with all her might and kept her face away from Michael's face. Michael could hold his body to prevent it from falling.

"You.." said Dr. Alesandra in an annoyed tone and her index finger was pointed at Michael's chest.

"Your lips are sweet." said Michael, licking his lips.

"My first kiss you took" said doctor Alesandra, staring intently at Michael.

"I'm also my first kiss. Want me to give it back?" michael asked with a smile.

"In a dream, it is better to talk now than to wait for food is not da.." said doctor Alesandra cut off because a waiter delivering food that has been ordered by doctor Alesandra.

"As you say we ate first just talked." michael said in a relaxed tone though actually from earlier his heart beat fast since Alesandra doctor held his hand and in addition to their first kiss made Michael's heart faster.

Doctor Alesandra was silent just eating without concern for Michael. They ate without anyone talking just the sound of a spoon being heard. Fifteen minutes later they finished eating and drinking.

"I don't have to mince words, I just want to ask if my best friend Karen is pregnant now?" ask doctor Alesandra.

"Not his best friend when he does not know" said Michael with a cynical smile at the doctor Alesandra.

Doctor Alesandra exhaled slowly then held Michael's right hand with both hands.

"Sister Michael, frankly I'm very busy because there's no substitute for my best friend. My best friend Dr. Sandra actually came home a month ago but until now there has been no news. Whereas I called my best friend Karen her cell phone was never active either and I want to go to her house is always quiet." Speak doctor Alesandra while pura - pura massage her forehead that is not dizzy.

"Today I beg you, Brother Michael, is my best friend Karen pregnant or not?" Alesandra asked the doctor while looking into Michael's eyes.

Michael who saw the doctor Alesandra like a person who was desperate finally did not have the heart.

"Yes right. Now Miss Karen is pregnant and almost miscarried this morning." Answer Michael.

"Why can?" ask doctor Alesandra with a face pura - pura surprised.

"When breakfast comes, the, I accidentally brought up Young Master David's past and made Young Master David instantly angry and pushed Lady Karen to a fall and bleed while Young Master David and Lady Karen had a good breakfast it's fine." Michael answered explaining what happened in brief.

"Why does Michael remember David's past?" ask doctor Alesandra.

"Because I saw them happy and I said: But I'm happy because Young Master David now loves Lady Karen and forgets her grudge." Answer Michael.

"I didn't expect my words to boomerang for Miss Karen because that's why Miss Karen went to the hospital." Michael continued down and regretted his words with reddened eyes holding back the tightness of seeing Karen grimacing in pain and then unconscious.

"Oh yes. I remind you and also tell your best friend, never tell Young Master David's past because it could endanger Miss Karen's life." Michael asked.

"Will I remember." said Doctor Alesandra with a sad face.

'Without you telling me, I've known times too.' Dr. Alesandra in the heart.

"Why is your sad face?" michael asked with a confused face.

Doctor Alesandra exhaled slowly then looked into Michael's eyes.

"So Michael knows Federick's brother?" ask Alesandra's doctor without answering Michael's question.

"He knows, he's my best friend. Why why anyway? Do you like it?" asked Michael with a different face and it seemed that Michael was jealous.

"No. Brother Michael, may I hold you?" ask Alesandra's doctor while walking towards Michael and sitting next to Michael.

"What's wrong?" michael asked with pleasure.

Michael's heart skipped a beat as Alesandra's doctor sat very close like this.
