The sunny morning doctor Karen felt her body feel heavy making doctor Karen forced to open her eyes. Her eyes were perfectly rounded because doctor Karen was asleep hugging a man and her head was leaning against his chest.

It made Doctor Karen slowly raise her head and see her husband still faithfully close her eyes.

'If my husband sleeps like an adorable and very handsome baby. If only there had been a little bit of my husband's feeling to love me I would have been so happy.' Doctor Karen in the heart.

'It's Karen, you don't expect too much because the most important thing is that your husband is always happy even if not with you.' Karen in my heart.

Doctor Karen slowly let go of her embrace but was very surprised because her hand was on the infusion and tried to remember what had happened.

'My hand why on the infusion? I only remember when I was walking to make more porridge - my body seemed boneless and faint - faintly I heard my husband's voice calling me in panic.' Doctor Karen in the heart.

'I don't remember if my husband helped me? Or there's a doctor who comes and sees me fall and hold on to help. It's better I have to get out of bed if not later I'm pushed like before." said doctor Karen in the heart who did not want the events of that time to repeat.

Doctor Karen slowly let go of David's embrace but her embrace grew tighter. Doctor Karen does not despair, doctor Karen tried to release David's embrace but David got tighter because his strength is greater than her. Eventually, Karen gave up and slowly woke her husband up.

"Sorry Young Master David, I can't breathe" said Karen, patting David's chest.

David loosened his arms so that Karen's doctor could breathe again. Doctor Karen tries to let go of David's hand but David still doesn't want to let go.

"Let it be like this I'm still sleepy" David said with a hoarse voice typical of sleeping people and his pair of eyes that are still faithful close his eyes.

"But sorry Young Master David, I want to go to the bathroom so please let go of his embrace." Doctor Karen's hand touching David's arm.

David was forced to let go of his embrace and Karen's doctor slowly got out of bed carrying an infusion bottle. Doctor Karen walked slowly towards the bathroom. After finishing the doctor Karen came out of the bathroom and saw David was looking at himself without blinking but his face was not the slightest expression.

Doctor Karen just kept quiet and walked towards the special bed to wait for the patient but only a few steps David called her.

"Where are you going?" asked David curiously.

"You lie on that bed" said Karen, showing her a special bed waiting for the patient.

"No, make me breakfast!" david's orders.

"Ok." replied Karen.

Doctor Karen pulled the infusion tube because it was impossible for her to cook carrying a bottle and the infusion hose must have been very complicated. David actually did not have the heart and wanted Karen's doctor to rest but her grudge against Karen's doctor's parents made him want to torture her.

Doctor Karen walks out toward the kitchen leaving David alone.

"Why is it that every time I torture her, Karen never complains or protests at all? According to all my requests when she could've fought back, what exactly is Karen planning for me?" David thought to himself.

"Why every time I hug Karen my nightmare is gone and I feel comfortable when Karen hugs me. Have I fallen in love with her? No. gabe... No. gabe... He's the son of a murderer so He's got to torture his parents to feel the pain I used to feel" David said.

David was just like Karen's docteer pulling an infusion hose and getting out of bed. David walked towards the bathroom after finishing David lying back on his bed.

In the same place, there is only a different room where Karen's doctor walks towards the kitchen until she accidentally meets Alesandra.

"You want to cook?" Ask doctor Alesandra pura - pura guess.

"Yes right." Answer doctor Karen.

"I'll be with you." Doctor Alesandra.

The two of them walked towards the kitchen while chatting leisurely until they finally reached the kitchen. Doctor Alesandra asked the chefs to step out of the kitchen for thirty minutes. After They came out the doctor Alesandra took the cooked pot and rice while talking to the doctor Karen.

"You sit down, let me cook it." Doctor Alesandra.

While talking doctor Alesandra put the pot where in the pot there is already water and rice that has been cooked and then turn on the gas stove.

"But ..." Dr. Karen's speech was cut off by Alesandra's doctor.

"You haven't fully healed yet so sit down." Doctor Alesandra said while taking a glass filled with mineral water.

"You drink this medicine." Doctor Alesandra said as she placed the glass and then took the plastic containing a medicine from the pocket of her doctor's suit.

"What medicine is this?" Ask Karen's doctor while accepting and then taking the drug given by Alesandra doctor without any suspicion.

"The medicine heals your wounds and also wards off poison." Answer doctor Alesandra.

"Avert poison?" Ask doctor Karen repeated the words of doctor Alesandra with a confused face.

"A little while a nurse was giving a porridge containing poison to your husband and the poison was very ferocious. But you take it easy that porridge will I replace it with a new one and catch the culprit. So your job is ...." Doctor Alesandra whispered something to Doctor Karen's ear.

Doctor Karen just nodded her head in understanding then doctor Alesandra continued cooking porridge for David while doctor Karen sat while paying attention to what doctor Alesandra did.

"Why do you know what's going on?" Ask doctor Karen curiously.

"As I told you back then that I hacked into this hospital cctv that's why I can know what's going to happen." Doctor Alesandra lied.

'Sorry for a while I can't be honest because I can't possibly say that I'm a woman who can get into the world of novels.' Dr. Alesandra in the heart.

Doctor Karen just nodded her head while doctor Alesandra put the porridge into the bowl as it was ripe. Doctor Alesandra put fried chicken slices following her friends.

"There are two bowls? Is foryou? Or for my husband's assistant?" Ask Karen kepo.

"Hehehe ... To your husband's assistant." replied doctor Alesandra while laughing in amusement.

Doctor Karen just smiled then to the two friends out of the kitchen room headed to the treatment room where David and Michael were being treated.

In the same place it was different room, more precisely in the room where David lay on the bed. Suddenly the door of the treatment room opened making David pura - pura closed his eyes.

A doctor and a nurse opened the door to check David's condition until their faces rounded perfectly but pretended to behave could have been.

"Sorry Young Master David, I want to check on you" the doctor said kindly.

David opened his eyes and just nodded his head while the nurse reattached his infusion needle.

"Sorry Young Master David, why are the needles infused by Young Master David and Madam alike on the loose? Where's Young Madam going?" ask the doctor in a row.

David just kept quiet while thinking to find the right answer to coincide with the arrival of doctor Karen who opened the door while carrying a bowl of porridge.

It made the doctor and nurse look to see who came while David just looked at the doctor Karen with a flat gaze.

"Mrs, where are you going?" ask the doctor kindly.

"Make porridge for my husband." Doctor Karen replied with a smile and placed the bowl of porridge on the table near the bed.

"Young Lady, she was unconscious last night and should have taken a break from Young Madam. After all in this hospital has prepared food for patients" said the doctor.

"Sorry doctor. I am healthy already. Moreover, my husband is used to love my cooking especially now my husband is sick because that's why I cook it." said Karen doctor with a smile.

"How's my husband doing, Doc?" ask Dr. Karen to switch the conversation.

"Today I can go home because my condition has improved." Answer the doctor.

"Thank God, thank you so much doctor" replied Karen with a happy smile.

The doctor returned the smile of Doctor Karen and walked out while the nurse took an injection and an infusion tube Karen used to take and left them both in the treatment room.

"You're married, so don't like the charm." David said with jealousy.

"Wide the charm that means?" ask Dr. Karen with a confused face.

"Well, you're as comfortable as a smile to that doctor if you don't spread the charm?" asked David in a cynical tone.

"Sir why always put on an ugly face? Young Master David is very handsome. Just try a little smile must be many times handsome" said doctor Karen.

"You .." said David in an annoyed tone without continuing his words.

"I'm Karen, did Young Master David forget?" Ask Karen's doctor.

"Where is the porridge I'm hungry look out if it's not good" said David with a threatening tone.

"What if it's not good to throw the porridge on my face? I won't cook anymore." said Karen in a threatening tone.

"Why now do you dare to refute hah!!! david snarled with a loud voice.

Doctor Karen exhaled slowly to regulate her emotions and then lowered her face because she was very tired.

"I'm sorry" said Karen.

"Hurry up to bribe me!" david ordered in a cold tone.

"Well" replied Karen's doctor briefly.

Doctor Karen took a bowl filled with porridge and took only a little porridge.

"Why little?" Ask David in protest.

"It's still hot Young Master David" replied Dr. Karen.

Doctor Karen patiently fed little by little the porridge into David's mouth until the porridge was exhausted. There was a little pulp left on David's lips it made Karen's doctor look for tissue but nothing and finally Karen's doctor's hand was directed to David's mouth and cleaned the remaining porridge attached to David's lips.

David closed his eyes enjoying the touch of Doctor Karen's hand until Karen's doctor pulled his hand and David opened his eyes.

"What are you doing?" asked David curiously.

"There's some leftover porridge on Young Master David's lips, see?" said Karen's doctor showed David her thumb.

Doctor Karen licked her thumb making David round his eyes perfectly because he could not believe what Karen's doctor was doing..

"What are you doing?" david asked with a surprised face.

"Licking my thumb like Young Master David saw." Reply to Doctor Karen in a relaxed tone.

"Why? You're not disgusted?" asked David curiously.

"Why disgust Young Master David is my husband." Answer doctor Karen.

"Especially I'm curious about the same taste because the name of the porridge must be the same all. Later if the porridge from the hospital comes I will try it the same taste or not especially ..." continued Karen doctor hanging sentence.

"More what? You're not afraid of me?" asked David curiously.

"Who knows today I last cooked for Young Master David. About me being scared or not? Why should I be afraid." Answer doctor Karen.

"What do you mean today was the last cooking for me? Don't tell me you're gonna run away from me. Looks like I haven't punished you yet that's why you're getting brave. Later when I come home from the hospital I'll torture you again." David said with a smile making everyone afraid to look at him.

"I can't run away so do it if it makes Young Master David feel satisfied torturing me. Moreover, it could have been when Young Master David came home suddenly while carrying my body before punishing me" said Karen doctor in a relaxed tone

"Why are you talking like that? You're not afraid for me to torture and kill you?" david asked with an expressionless face.

Doctor Karen placed a bowl of porridge that had been eaten by David on the table near her husband's bed. Doctor Karen approached his face to David's face to a distance of 5 cm.

"I know that my husband Young Master David is a psycophat where torturing and killing is a pleasure for Young Master David. If it is my destiny to die at the hands of Young Master David then I would be willing as long as I am the woman that the last master of torture." Doctor Karen replied while looking at her husband's handsome face.

"Death and life of a man in the same order as that at the Top, it could be after an hour later I've been gone for a long time to leave my husband." Call doctor Karen.

After speaking Karen's doctor kissed David's lips briefly made David surprised at the actions of Karen's doctor.

"One more as long as Young Master David knows that Young Master David is the second man to kiss my lips and see my innocent body without a thread." Doctor Karen said honestly.

David's heart skipped a beat while holding back the overflowing anger and stared intently at Karen's doctor as Karen's doctor told her the truth. His little heart did not accept it and his extreme disappointment with Karen's doctor made David hold back his explosive rage.

"Who was the first man?" david asked with a face without expression.
