Doctor Karen coughed - coughing as her eyes stared wistfully at David.

"I couldn't have killed our son honey. Whatever happens to me, this child will still be born. I love you so much honey as well as our son but does honey not forget if honey makes a letter of agreement that after 3 years honey will divorce me and marry another woman?" Ask Karen's doctor.

"Forgot that deal and I'll rip it off later. I keep your promise not to abort our son." said David, staring intently at his wife.

"I promise honey whatever happens to me I'll keep our son." Answer doctor Karen.

"I keep your promise." said David repeating his words.

"Yes honey, despite the stakes of my life, I will keep it" said Karen doctor while looking into David's eyes with a sad look.

David turned his face the other way making Doctor Karen's eyes glazed over.

'Honey believe me, if there were two choices I or our child saved then I would still choose our child" Dr. Karen said.

Doctor Karen closed her eyes so that her tears would not come out while stroking her flat stomach.

"Remember if someday there are two choices you or our child needs to save then I will still choose our child" David said, leaving Karen's doctor.

"Without honey asking I'd do the same thing and I hope that if I don't find someone better than me and love our child like his real son." doctor Karen said, opening her eyes and not feeling her tears coming out.

"Of course if that woman doesn't love my son then I won't hesitate to kill him" David said as he pushed through the door of the treatment room and left Karen alone.

"Hiks... Dear you are strong. Daddy loves you so much don't hate Daddy because Mommy doesn't like it." said Karen, sobbing.

Doctor Karen closed her eyes to forget the pain of her heart so as not to feel asleep. Unbeknownst to them, Alesandra's doctor and the system watch from the beginning until Karen sleeps soundly.

"Well Mr. David, as you wish I will take Karen away from your life until Mr. David truly regrets his actions." Said Alesandra's doctor while holding back her anger towards David.

"Miss, are you sure you're gonna take Miss Karen and Miss Sandra away from their lives?"

"Of course it's because Brother David, Brother Federick and Brother Michael have to feel what it's like to lose loved ones." Answer doctor Alesandra.

Doctor Alesandra is very upset with the three handsome men even though doctor Alesandra, doctor Karen and doctor Sandra are very sincere in love with each other. Besides being willing to sacrifice his life for the sake of his loved ones but his reply was very painful.

The system was silent and then disappeared from the treatment room as well as Alesandra's doctor.

In a different place where Michael sat waiting for Alesandra's doctor who was still in the operating room not so far from the treatment room where Karen's doctor was treated.

When the door to the doctor's care room opened Michael turned his face to the side and saw David coming out of the treatment room with a face that was difficult to guess.

David sees Michael sitting in front of the surgery door making David walk towards Michael then sit next to Michael.

"What's up, sir?" asked Michael curiously.

"I almost killed him?" Answer David.

"Why?" Michael asked with a confused face and was surprised.

David tells everything without anyone closing - cover it up while Michael faithfully listens to David's story.

"Master may I give you some advice?" michael asked a little scared that David was angry.

"What's that?" asked David curiously.

"Madam Karen is now pregnant, try to hold back the anger so as not to torture Ms. Karen because it can harm the child of the Master and Lady who are in the womb of Mrs Karen like the incident was in the dining room table." said Michael.

"If indeed the Young Master wants a child from the womb of Madam Karen do not torture again is enough that the last Young Master did. If Young Master can't help it go and leave Madam Karen alone, as it is today." Keep Michael.

"I'll try it" said David.

"It's a good thing the hospital is close but if it's far away, is Young Master ready if Lady Karen and the baby are gone for good?" Ask Michael.

David fell silent and digested all of Michael's words while rubbing his face violently and standing up.

"Thank you for the advice, I'm going to learn to be patient" David said as he walked into the VVIP treatment room where Karen was being treated.

Michael just nodded his head and saw David walking into the treatment room and not how long the operating room door was open made Michael turn his face.

Michael saw Alesandra's doctor come out and see the couple. The husband and wife had a conversation with Alesandra's doctor after she finished chatting Alesandra walked up to Michael while talking to the nurse.

"The doctor at 2 pm will have an operating schedule and at 4 hours there is a schedule of eating reports at the end of the month" said the nurse reported the schedule of Alesandra's doctor.

"So I still have 2 hours to rest" said doctor Alesandra while looking at her expensive watch.

"Oh yes sorry doc, now check on Miss Florence's patient" said the nurse.

"Hasn't it been checked by the doctor?" ask doctor Alesandra while passing Michael who is waiting for her.

"The patient's family is not willing because it wants the doctor Alesandra who checks and it looks like her brother the patient likes the doctor." Answer the nurse.

"It could be you, Sus. Such a handsome man must have had a lover." said doctor Alesandra while stopping her steps.

Doctor Alesandra did not care about Michael where Michael was on his left while Michael just looked at Doctor Alesandra with a face turned to resist jealousy.

"But from the look in his eyes, he described the handsome man as liking the doctor" the nurse said.

"Pffit... Hahahaha.funny you, Sus... Never mind, I want to check on the patient first after that I want to rest." said doctor Alesandra with a loose laugh makes Michael smile happy to see doctor Alesandra laugh off look more beautiful.

Alesandra's doctor who was noticed by Michael made Alesandra's doctor stop her steps and then turn her face towards the left side.

"Why did you come here?" Ask doctor Alesandra in a sniffle tone.

"Is this hospital yours?" asked Michael in the same tone.

"Not." Doctor Alesandra answered briefly.

"Yes already. It's up to me to donk." said Michael.

"Sorry Doc and Young Master, I'll excuse you first." said the nurse resigned who did not want to interfere.

"No, we go check on the patient" said Dr. Alesandra, who declined to speak to Michael.

"This master?" the nurse asked with a confused face.

"not important. Let's go because the atmosphere here is very hot to make me not feel at home" said doctor Alesandra with a satirical tone.

"What do you mean?" asked Michael in a annoyed tone.

"Just think to yourself, let's get the nurse out of here" said doctor Alesandra as she pulled the nurse's hand.

The nurse followed Alesandra to the treatment room leaving Michael alone.

'Si*l, usually all the crazy women to me even some who give up their bodies without me asking. But I always refused it and often I've decided**** his body if they force me to do it but this woman is just plain ordinary. Not fascinated by me, is Michael's charm gone?' michael asked himself.
