Three days later Alesandra's doctor asked Karen and Sandra's doctor to see their respective partners - at first they did not want to but Alesandra's doctor gave her wise advice until they finally met their respective partners - each.
While Alesandra doctor for a while could not accompany them on the grounds of wanting to help the efforts of his parents who are abroad.

Long story short now doctor Karen has returned to the mansion owned by David and welcomed by the occupants of the mansion. Residents of the mansion said that David had never been out of his room since returning from out of town, making Karen feel guilty.
Doctor Karen walked up the stairs until at the door Karen stopped her steps and exhaled slowly.
Doctor Karen slowly opened the door of her room then went inside the room and looked at her husband with a sad look. Doctor Karen saw her husband was still asleep with his heart and his body was a bit thin.
Doctor Karen went inside her room and walked towards the bed while still looking at her husband's face that was still soundly asleep. Arriving at the doctor's bed Karen sat on the side of the bed and then clasped her husband's hand.
"I love you so much honey. But why won't honey let me out of your life? Or let me go for - forever. I'm really so tired of honey if I keep expecting honey to love me. I promise to stop loving you than my heart hurts again." Doctor Karen said without feeling her tears coming out.
"Never stop loving me and never get tired of my attitude. I'm also confused about the love and grudge I feel right now" David said, opening his eyes and sitting up and wiping out Karen's tears.
"I miss you so much and I beg you not to go again." David hugged his wife's tiny body.
"I miss you a lot too" said Karen, replying to David's embrace.
"Honey, I beg you to forget your grudges and let's start over" doctor Karen asked.
"Please teach me to forget about my grudges and I beg you to be patient if one day the other one by my side unknowingly torments you" David asked as he looked at his wife.
Doctor Karen just kept quiet while looking at her husband's handsome face. Now Karen's doctor knows that David has multiple personalities. Doctor Karen will try to change David in order to forget his grudge.
"On the one hand I am very ... very ... love you dearly and don't want my loved ones to be hurt but on the other hand when I remember the events of my childhood made me want to torture you until you expected yourself to want death." david said honestly.
The phrase David's heart makes Doctor Karen want to eliminate her revenge on David. Moreover, doctor Karen get a lot of advice from doctor Alesandra in dealing with the psycophat soul of her husband who suddenly woke up.
"Honey can I ask for two things?" ask Dr. Karen with a shy smile.

"What are you asking for?" david asked, briefly kissing his wife's lips.
"First of all, may I ask that in front of others I still call you honey?" ask Dr. Karen expectantly.
"Pffftttt.. hahahaha." David's laughter broke out.
"Aishis... Sucks I asked so seriously even laughed at sich." scolded Doctor Karen while pouting.
"Sorry baby. Yes, you can call me in front of everyone with affection" said David while kissing his wife's lips back which has become his candlestick.
"But aren't you afraid if someone else finds out we're married?" Ask David.
If Karen's doctor calls herself honey in front of everyone, all the criminals will go after her. That's why David didn't want his enemies to know that David was married to Karen's doctor.
"Why should you be afraid?" Ask Karen's doctor who knows what her husband's words mean.
"Enemies - my enemies are numerous and if any of them knew it could be your life in danger. Like that time I was hurt when an enemy attacked me and you and your two best friends saved me and Michael." David replied, Reminding the incident a few days ago.
"I don't care about my life as long as my husband is okay." Doctor Karen said in a firm tone.
""But I care because I don't want to lose you." David hugged Karen's doctor.
Doctor Karen returned David's embrace with a happy smile and not how long they let go of his embrace.
"Is honey's lover not angry?" asked Dr. Karen after a while they fell silent.
"No." David replied with a smile because he knew what his wife was saying.
"Did honey love him so much?" ask doctor Karen again with reddened eyes to hold her tears out.
"Very ... very ... and loved her very much." David replied smiling as he gently stroked Doctor Karen's hair.
"Then I don't ask for two things from you, just one" said Karen doctor with a smile but clearly her heart was very hurt.
"Why? Say the number two. What are you asking of me?" David asked curiously.

"What's that?" david asked, raising one of his eyebrows.
"Because honey already has a lover let me get out of your life. Because I don't want my heart to hurt in addition I don't want to hurt your lover" said Doctor Karen in a soft tone and not how long the tears of Doctor Karen came out.
David wiped away Karen's tears gently using her two thumbs.
"Darling, my beloved and my wife are the same person, I consider you both my lover and my wife. There is no woman other than you that I love." David said as he looked into Karen's doctor's eyes.
Doctor Karen just fell silent and looked at her husband's eyes where there were no lies in her husband's eyes.
"Now what is your second request?" ask David again.
"Before I ask for a second request, I want to ask if honey still wants to have a husband and wife relationship?" ask Dr. Karen with a red face.
