"I know how you feel but Brother David still holds a grudge so for a while we're hiding here." Doctor Alesandra.

"What Alesandra said is true it is better that we stay here for a while while thinking what we will do in the future." Call doctor Sandra.

"Here happens to be a shortage of doctors so we can divert our grief by treating the sick." Alesandra continued with a quick glance at Dr. Sandra.

Doctor Alesandra knows that Sandra's doctor now wants to avoid Federick because she is very disappointed with what Federick said a moment ago.

"What Alesandra says is right we better forget the people who hurt our feelings. As of this moment I want to forget about Brother Federick, Alesandra wants to forget Brother Michael and Karen wants to forget Brother David." Doctor Sandra.

"Not forgetting but giving them a lesson if so one should appreciate the feelings of a woman who sincerely loves him." Doctor Alesandra.

"It's so thick." Doctor Sandra.

Doctor Karen just smiled and in her heart was very happy to have two friends who were always there when she was very sad over the treatment of her husband.

"Now we rest because tomorrow we will work in a new place." Doctor Sandra said,

"okay." Doctor Alesandra and Doctor Karen answered in unison.

Doctor Sandra, doctor Alesandra and doctor Karen went into their respective rooms to rest. Doctor Karen tries to forget David and live a new life without her husband who she loves so much even though David often torments her.

In another place Federick was in the hospital to see Sandra's doctor because it had been two days his phone could not be contacted alias inactive.

Federick met a doctor he didn't know very well but Federick walked up to the doctor to ask Sandra for her whereabouts.

"Sorry, is Dr Sandra there?" federick asked with a cold tone and a flat face.

"Doctor Sandra went to a remote place to help people affected by the disaster" the doctor replied.

"Where is it?" Federick asked with a surprised face.

"There is ..." The doctor's remark is cut off by someone's arrival.

"Doctor Julia, Sandra's entourage of doctors on the way to the flood disaster had an accident." A nurse reported what had happened.

"What's? How come?" Julia asked the doctor with a surprised face and Federick.

"When passing through the sea, the ship was boarded by a group of doctors Sandra in the waves until the ship capsized." Answer the nurse.

"They're good - good rhyme?" Ask Julia's doctor.

"From the police and the surrounding community have managed to find their whereabouts, it's just that Sandra's doctor has not been found said they doctor Sandra dragged by the waves." Answer the nurse.

Federick was very surprised then left the place but only a few steps were heard a voice that made him stop his steps.

"Doctor Julia, please replace doctor Alesandra in the operating room in about an hour." Said a nurse as she walked toward Julia's doctor.

"Where is Doctor Alesandra?" Ask Julia's doctor.

"I don't know Doc either. We've tried several times to contact her but her number is off as well as Karen's doctor can't be contacted." Answer the nurse.

"Yesterday I heard they went to the beach and wanted to cross the island what don't - don't the ship they were on hit by the waves? Because the weather from yesterday to today was very bad and many ships were hit by the waves" said the other nurse.

"Three bod*h doctors already knew the bad weather was desperate to go to sea. Fortunately, Sandra's doctor's entourage was fine." Doctor Julia said as she walked toward the operating room.

'Thank God there are at least no rivals anymore.' Dr Julia said in her heart.

"That's because their love clapped one hand so the three doctors did a bod*h action" said one nurse while following the steps of doctor Julia.

"When the three of them are very beautiful and smart doctors but too many people dream of getting a handsome and rich man. After knowing the person he likes does not love him makes them end their lives in a tragic way" said the other nurse.

Along the way they vilify and insult Karen's doctor, Alesandra's doctor and Sandra's doctor without knowing that Federick is unwittingly following their steps.

'It looks like the three of you can make it as my next experimental material.' Federick said in his heart while contacting his confidants to raise the three girls.

'I can't believe they're dead, I'm going to come to David and Michael to talk about this.' Federick said in his heart as he walked toward the lobby.

Without Federick and others realizing that doctors Alesandra and the system saw and listened to their conversations made doctors Alesandra massage his forehead without dizziness.

"What did I do wrong?" Ask Alesandra's doctor while thinking.

"I've got some important news about your best friend Dr. Karen. So tell me where Sandra is?" federick asked in a cold tone.

"I'm not interested." replied doctor Alesandra as she walked away from Federick.

"It's about your best friend's dead life" Federick said in a serious tone.

Doctor Alesandra's heart skipped a beat, her move away from Federick made her stop her steps. Doctor Alesandra immediately turned her body and walked towards Federick.

"What do you mean my best friend's life and death?" ask doctor Alesandra.

"If your best friend Doctor Karen gets pregnant can make her bleed and if she gives birth then Karen's doctor will die." Answer Federick.

"How could you lie, right?" ask doctor Alesandra who does not believe in Federick's remarks.

"Why would I lie, now tell me where your best friend Sandra is?" federick repeated his words.

"Why meet my best friend?" ask doctor Alesandra to answer questions with questions.

"There's something I want to tell her." Answer Federick.

"My best friend is out of town and doesn't want to be bothered by your presence" said Dr. Alesandra.

"Why doesn't Sandra want to see me?" ask Federick.

"Remember what you told my best friend." Answer doctor Alesandra.

"As for my best friend Doctor Karen, is there a cure?" ask doctor Alesandra.

"I've made the antidote as long as your best friend Doctor Karen isn't currently pregnant." Answer Federick.

"What is the antidote to my best friend's pregnancy?" asked Alesandra's doctor with a confused face.

"Because the antidote is very influential with the fetus that can cause miscarriage in the fetus doctor Karen." Federick explained.

"What city does your best friend Sandra live in?" Ask Federick.

"Can I make another antidote if my best friend is pregnant?" ask doctor Alesandra expectantly.

Doctor Alesandra doesn't care about Federick's questions because for her doctor Alesandra has to hide where her best friend Doctor Sandra is. Moreover, he wants the man in front of him to make another antidote if his best friend named Doctor Karen turns out to be positive for pregnancy.

"Right now it's not because that's why before it's too late your best friend has to come to take the antidote" Federick replied.

"I can't call him because his phone is off, why didn't Federick's sister call David?" ask doctor Alesandra to lie.

"I've contacted David and Michael but both phones are off" Federick replied.

"What city does Sandra live in?" federick repeated his words.

"In the village xxxx live in a remote place, I beg you not to play with the feelings of my best friend because honestly my best friend loves you very much. My best friend was very hurt when he heard a very hurtful word" said doctor Alesandra.

"Which word?" federick asked with a confused face.

"Remember the time of saying something in the treatment room where my best friend Doctor Karen is sick and Brother David asked you to deliver poison to Karen's doctor. My best friend Sandra said something to you and your answer left her heart so hurt that it was my best friend to leave" replied Alesandra.

"I'm going to have a patient that I need to check on." continued Dr. Alesandra.

Federick did not answer and tried to recall the events of a few days ago.

"Did my words at the time make him hurt. I didn't talk seriously.... You stupid Federick, obviously your words make Sandra angry. I'll catch up with you baby because I feel so comfortable with you. Whatever is mine forever will be mine." Federick said.

Federick leaves the hospital to prepare himself to go to the village of xxxx.

Doctor Alesandra exhaled slowly and then disappeared from the place as well as the system.
