Doctor Sandra got out of bed and walked to the bathroom to wash her face.

"Who knew there was a new toothbrush" said Sandra's doctor as she opened the contents of the closet in the bathroom.

"Thank God there's something new I'm going to take one and put on the man's toothpick" Sandra said as she opened the new toothbrush.

After washing his face and brushing his teeth, Dr. Sandra came out of the man's private room and walked down the stairs thinking.

'I got a stab wound on my waist today clean with no marks. Did that man give me medicine and poison? After I get home from here I'll check it out.' Dr. Sandra said in her heart.

Not how long doctor Sandra has arrived in the kitchen many servants are busy doing the daily routine.

"Good morning ladies." greet them all kindly.

"Good morning." replied Dr. Sandra with a smile.

"Can I help you, miss?" ask the butler.

"I want to cook for you." said Dr. Sandra who hung up her sentence because she did not know her name.

"I mean Miss, Young Master Federick? Sorry miss, Mr. Federick rarely has breakfast usually coffee and later in the afternoon Mr. Federick eats even a little" replied the butler explaining.

"Hm... I'll try to cook it if Mr. Federick doesn't want to eat so I can eat it and auntie can eat it." said Dr. Sandra as she walked to the refrigerator.

Federick got into the bath after 20 minutes when Federick finished his ritual and then put on a towel and came out of the bathroom. Again he smiled seeing his work clothes had been prepared by doctor Sandra.

"Honey she's gone." complained Federick while wearing her work clothes.

Just wearing a tie, Federick out of his room down the stairs while the tie is only folded and not yet tied. The smell of cooking from the kitchen smelled on his nose.

"Auntie!!!" federick shouted with a thunderous voice.

The butler walked quickly to Federick because hearing his screams in the morning made his heart beat because he was very afraid of punishment from Federick.

"Yes sir." replied the butler with a trembling body.

"Who's cooking!!" federick shouted with eyes that suddenly darkened.
