It was not long before the door of the room was opened by the doctor who was treating Karen's doctor. David and Michael walked up to the doctor with fear.

"Doctor, what about my wife's womb?" david asked without asking his wife.

"Gratitude is very strong so it can be saved but do not know if later if you experience bleeding again, because Mrs Karen has twice bleeding." Answer the doctor.

"Don't stress him out because it could harm his contents." The doctor explained to David.

"May I see my wife's doctor?" David asked in a cold tone regardless of what the doctor said.

"Please and for a while Mrs Karen is sleeping because of the dope effect." Answer the doctor.

"Okay doc." replied David in a cold, flat-faced tone.

David walked to the door of the treatment room and opened it until David saw his wife lying on the bed with doctor Alesandra who was standing looking at the doctor Karen.

David walked up to the bed and sat down on a chair beside the bed opposite Alesandra, who was confined only to Karen's bed.

"Sister David, may I ask one thing of you?" Alesandra asked the doctor while looking at David.

"What's that?" david asked in a cold tone

"I beg you to remove Karen's contents so Federick can give her antidote after Karen's recovery you can make it again." Answer doctor Alesandra.

'Sorry I was forced to lie because actually the content is strong just that I gave a second chance. If the answer is the same then don't blame us for leaving you for a while.' Dr. Alesandra in the heart.

"Whatever happens I will not throw away. It's my household business so, what right do you have to tell me to do that?" David asked as he stared intently at Alesandra's doctor.

"I also know and I'm sorry that I interfered. Is it just that Mr David is ready? If one day Karen gives birth to a child but her life is not helped and leaves Mr David and his child who has been born?" alesandra asked the doctor while returning a sharp look towards David because she did not feel the slightest fear.

Doctor Alesandra is very upset to see the selfish David change the call that originally the name just changed to Mr. David.

'If only if I answered Brother David chose Karen then I wouldn't have separated you.' Doctor Alesandra said in the heart.

'I had to do this so that the three of you would appreciate the feelings of the woman you love more. Only in this way do you realize your mistakes and change your nature.' Dr. Alesandra in the heart.

Doctor Alesandra just exhaled her breath slowly while closing her eyes regulating her emotions. After she felt calm, Alesandra opened her eyes and looked at David again.

"If one day it happens with Young Master's wife, never regret her decision" Alesandra said as she walked away leaving David and Karen's doctor still closing her eyes.

"I won't regret one bit" David said in a cold and stern tone.

Doctor Alesandra just silent and in his heart will do his plan even more the enemy has started to target him and doctor Karen not to mention the enemy of Federick who is eyeing the life of doctor Sandra.

The incident a few hours ago where there was a car driving at high speed almost hit the doctor Alesandra was a man who wanted his life. Doctor Alesandra deliberately did not punish the person because Alesandra's doctor had a plan of his own.

Doctor Alesandra opened the door of the treatment room and closed it again with a meeting because today there is an operating schedule.

David looked at Doctor Karen's face as pale as a cotton swab and his heart felt pain from seeing his wife sick and lying helpless but that feeling was immediately pushed aside. Slowly the doctor Karen opened her eyes and looked at her husband with a faint look.

"Honey.." call Dr. Karen soft but still heard clearly by David.

"Dear what's going on?" david asked as he gently stroked Doctor Karen's hair.

"I'm thirsty for honey." replied Dr. Karen.

"Behold dear." David Said.

David takes the glass that already has a straw and is given to Karen's doctor. Doctor Karen drank it to leave half a glass, after finishing drinking David put his glass back on the table near the bed.

"Is anyone sick?" david asked, looking at his wife's beautiful face.

"No honey just I want to." said Doctor Karen hanging up her sentence.

"Why what?" asked David curiously.

"I want to eat honey-made roasted macaroni" said Karen's doctor, closing her eyes in fear that her husband would not be willing to make her food.

"Dear, I'll make it special for you" said David, stroking his wife's hair gently.

"Thank you honey." replied the doctor Karen as she opened her eyes and smiled looking at her husband's handsome face.

David just smiled and stood up leaving doctor Karen alone in the VVIP treatment room. Doctor Karen stared at her husband's back and disappeared behind the door.

"Honey, I'll keep our son even if the stakes are my life. Maybe with my death I can make honey hatred in my family less" said doctor Karen in a soft tone.

"Mommy's son, if Mommy doesn't you love Daddy huh? Because Daddy loves you so much and loves you so much. Mommy will record all of Mommy and Daddy's moments so you can see them when you grow up" said Karen doctor while stroking her stomach is still flat.

When Karen's doctor closed her eyes, Doctor Karen overheard her best friend's conversation with her husband until Alesandra left the treatment room.

Doctor Karen closed her eyes while waiting for her husband to cook for her.

One Hour Later

The door of the treatment room opened with David carrying a tray containing 4 cups of roasted macaroni while walking towards his wife. David saw his wife still sleeping soundly making David look at the roasted macaroni is still hot then put it on the table near his wife's bed.

The fragrant smell of roasted macaroni made Doctor Karen open her eyes and look at her husband's handsome face with a smile.

"Honey, the smell of roasted macaroni makes me hungry" said Karen.

"Dear on, may my dear love" replied David.

David takes 1 roasted macaroni and feeds doctor Karen while blowing it off as it is still hot. One spoonful after another David fed Karen's doctor until he finished one cup without rest.

David threw the cup into the trash can near the bed and then took a glass filled with mineral water. After drinking, David put the glass back.

"Darling to want more?" ask David in a soft tone.

"You're honey again." replied Karen with a smile.

David also returned to feed the doctor Karen painstakingly until it ran out and did not feel finally the doctor Karen spent 3 cups of roasted macaroni.

"This is the last roasted macaroni you ate?" pinta David with the 4th roasted macaroni.

"Honey, I'm full. Does honey eat it?" ask Dr. Karen in a soft tone.

"Don't baby, is this for you?" said David while putting the grilled macaroni back on the table near the bed.

"Honey doesn't eat?" ask Dr. Karen.

"I'm not hungry to eat it later if I'm hungry." Answer David.

Doctor Karen just nodded her head in understanding while David just smiled while stroking the stomach of doctor Karen who was still flat then pecked her stomach.

"Daddy's strong favorite son huh? Don't make Mommy tired" David said.

"Good daddy." Doctor Karen replies to the voice of a child.

David smiled at his wife's words and made Karen smile.

"Now go to sleep again to heal quickly. I will continue my work." said David as he tidied up Karen's doctor's blanket.

Doctor Karen just smiled and began to close her eyes while David sat on the sofa while continuing his office work through his laptop.

In a different place where a middle-aged man received a call from his men who reported the task ordered by the middle-aged man.

("Did you fail to run over Alesandra and Michael's doctors? Stupid idiot. Next time do not fail." said the middle-aged man with an annoyed tone).

("Okay sir." answered his men obediently).

("What about Mr David?" ask the middle-aged man).

("His wife is pregnant and bleeding twice and now Mr. David is waiting for his wife." Answer his men).

("Wait until Mr. David is gone and then kill his wife so that she feels the loss of her loved ones. I don't want the plan I've put together to fail again " said the middle-aged man without any sense of empathy).

("Well sir." said his men obediently).

The direct communication connection was turned off unilaterally by the middle-aged man then placed his phone on a table near his bed.

"Mr David and Mr. Michael prepare you to lose your loved ones just as much as I have to lose my beloved daughter" said the middle-aged man with a murderous gaze.

Suddenly his cellphone rang again making the middle-aged man see a number that he did not know because of curiosity the middle-aged man raised his phone.

("Hallo." Call the middle-aged man).

("I'd like to invite you to cooperate with me, would you be willing?" Ask a man from the city).

("Cooperation in what field?" The middle-aged man asked back).

("I will kill Mr. Michael's lover and his wife Mr. David but on one condition." Said the middle-aged man).

("What are the conditions?" Asked the middle-aged man curiously).
