"Hey, that's my glass." David said in a annoyed tone.

"Sorry Young Master, very sad." Answer Michael.

"Mrs Karen didn't cook the super spicy fried noodles?" michael asked, fanning his mouth with his hands.

Doctor Karen took a new glass and then filled with water to give to her husband and then filled the empty glass owned by Michael.

"Not that's why I give you 2 pieces of super spicy fried noodles. Want me to add some super spicy fried noodles? There's still a lot in the frying pan." said Karen doctor, holding a smile.

"Aish don't thank you. Young Master David, don't you feel the pungency?" michael asked because David's super spicy fried noodles had run out.

"No, it's really good." Answer David.

"Honey plus again." asked David while thrusting the plate.

"It's enough honey, it hurts so much later honey stomach pain" said doctor Karen with a soft tone.

"Hiks..hiks... Honey, I want his super spicy fried noodles hiks... hiks.." said David as he sobbed.

Michael is so shocked to see his boss crying like a child that Michael stares at his boss and then at Karen's doctor for an explanation.

"Don't you Michael, I'm just as his wife is very confused by my husband's attitude. It was so sweet because it was not made super spicy fried noodles." Doctor Karen explained.

"Hiks.. hiks... You guys are chatting instead of taking care of me. My wife is evil, I want to eat again super spicy fried noodles but not in love hyks... hyks.." said David while crying with tears that poured.

Doctor Karen who saw David crying could not bear it, made Karen doctor take an empty David plate then walked towards the kitchen to pick up super spicy fried noodles to put on David's plate.

"Honey's a super spicy fried noodle but it's the last one." said doctor Karen in a soft tone while giving a plate that already contains super spicy fried noodles then wipe away David's tears that poured by using two thumbs.

"Darling is my best wife, thank you" David said, holding the hand of doctor Karen who was holding her cheek.

Doctor Karen just smiled and then looked at Michael who was staring at master David as if not believing in the attitude of master David. Where David is a psycophath who likes to torture people without distinguishing men or women, adults or children but now David like a child.

"Michael, do you want to eat or drink something? I'm ready." asked Dr. Karen.

"I'm asking for black coffee and a little sugar." Answer Michael.

"Good." Dr. Karen answered briefly.

"Honey wants something made? ask Dr. Karen.

"I'd like to have some warm chocolate milk" David said.

"But honey does not dislike chocolate milk hang.." said doctor Karen cut because David's tears were about to come out.

"Good honey I'll make" said Karen.

Karen's doctor made her husband warm chocolate milk and black coffee for Michael.

"Sorry Young Master, is Young Master sick?" Michael asked with a confused face.

"Not really why?" David asked while putting his spoon on the plate because David had finished eating.

"Don't you like super spicy fried noodles and don't like warm chocolate milk?" asked Michael curiously.

"I don't know." said David hanging up his sentence while running because his stomach arrived - suddenly felt very nauseous as in the stirring.

David ran towards the bathroom near the kitchen and took out the one he had eaten. Doctor Karen who heard David vomit made Karen put warm chocolate milk and bitter coffee on the table.

"Honey, we're going to the hospital." Take Karen's doctor and approach her husband.

"I'm okay baby, don't get this stinky and dirty" David said as he cleaned his mouth.

After finishing David came out of the bathroom and hugged Karen.

"Leave it, my stomach now feels good when I hold you dear." said David.

"Mistress Karen has been Mr David since when?" Ask Michael.

Michael was very surprised to see David's sudden change while drinking coffee slowly because it was still hot.

"So morning I was also confused by my husband's attitude" said Karen's doctor, replying to her husband's embrace.

"But I'm happy because Mr. David now loves the Madam and forgets her grudge" Michael said.

Michael does not realize that his words would harm Karen's doctor. While the doctor Karen who listened to Michael's words shook her head with a deathly pale face. Michael was confused to see the pale face of doctor Karen until he saw the face changer David.

'Oh, why did I say that?' Michael asked in a heart that regretted his words.

Michael's words were heard clearly in David's ear and it made him remember the incident where his parents were tortured and killed in addition to himself and his parents were dumped in the river by Karen's doctor parents.

David immediately pushed Doctor Karen's body tightly it made Doctor Karen's body fall to the floor making Doctor Karen scream in pain while holding her stomach that felt very sick.

"Don't touch me. I hate you so much!" Shouted David as he looked at Doctor Karen with a murderous look.

"Honey my stomach hurts." - Doctor Karen's whimpering along with the blood coming out of between - between her two thighs without being noticed by David and Michael.

David squatted down to be on par with Karen's doctor and pulled Karen's hair to look her in the face. Michael feels guilty and wants to help Karen's doctor, but Karen's doctor gives Michael a code sign not to help him.

'I'm sorry Mistress.' Michael said inwardly with a feeling of guilt.

"Never call me honey. But call me Young Master David." David said as he looked at Doctor Karen with a murderous look.

"Good Tu.." Doctor Karen's words were cut off as her eyes closed.

Karen's head is very dizzy but tries to hold on but for a long time Doctor Karen is not strong and ends up unconscious. Michael accidentally saw the white marble floor there was a puddle in red making the marble turn red.

"Master... Signore... Mrs Karen is bleeding ", Michael said with a panicked face.

David immediately released his hand which pulled the hair of doctor Karen and then lifted the body of doctor Karen.

"Michael take me to the hospital. Hurry!!!!" shouted David.

"Good Young Master." Answer Michael.

The two handsome men ran towards the car garage, David saw the face of doctor Karen who was very pale like cotton makes David regret because it is difficult to control emotions when hearing words of revenge and words of the past. David sat in the driver's back seat while Michael sat in the driver's seat.

"Dear awake, forgive me" said David softly.

"Michael hurry!!!" shouted David.

"Well Young Master" Michael replied as he sped up his car regardless of all the vehicles honking.

"Michael, I ask in front of us never to speak out my revenge or my past for making me want to torture my wife" David said in a cold tone.

"If the word is spoken then I do not hesitate to cut your tongue." threatened David.

"Well Young Master." replied Michael obediently.

Michael is not afraid of David's threats but in his heart he is most deeply sorry because his words made Karen doctor wretched.

Ten minutes later they arrived at the hospital. Michael stops the car and goes out to open the door for David.

David holds a doctor Karen bridal style while running to the ER. The nurses who saw him immediately brought a gurney and David slowly put down the body of Doctor Karen who had begun to cool.

"Dear hold on and forgive me." David said as he looked at his wife's pale face.
