"The next plan is to make Miss Karen pura - pura died so that Mr. David regret his actions."
"Why did Karen have to pretend to be dead?" Ask doctor Alesandra.
"Read her novel on page fifty."
Doctor Alesandra just nodded her head then read the page fifty to ten minutes later Alesandra's doctor had finished reading it.
"Your job is to protect Mr. David from being hurt by his enemies."
"okay." Doctor Alesandra answered briefly.
Now doctors Alesandra, doctors Karen and David are in the treatment room with the nurse. The nurse installs an infusion needle while the doctor Alesandra pura - pura check the condition of doctor Karen.
"Why is my wife not aware?" Ask David.
"Because of the influence of the rest of the dope, after a while it will be realized." Answer doctor Alesandra.
David just nodded his head and not how long the door of the treatment room opened made doctors Alesandra and David stare towards the door. They see doctors Sandra and Federick walking towards them.
"The lab results are in." Federick said as he gave the envelope to David.
"Open up" David said in a cold tone.
"OK." Federick replied briefly.
Federick and Sandra read Karen's doctor's diagnostic report but suddenly Federick's face was a bit different it made David curious.
"What's wrong?" asked David curiously.
"The poison has settled in Karen's body" Sandra's doctor explained.
"Why indeed?" asked David curiously.
"If pregnant, Lady Karen will often bleed and can endanger life to both." Federick explained.
"You look for the antidote no matter how much I'll pay for it" David said in a stern tone.
"Alright I'll find the antidote but the important thing is as long as I find the antidote lest Lady Karen get pregnant. Because the drug I'm going to make is hard enough that it could harm her fetus if Miss Karen gets pregnant" Federick explained.
"All right, I understand." said David.
Moreover, David had been able to refrain from having a husband and wife relationship. David forgot that a while ago he almost had a husband and wife relationship with doctor Karen.
"Sorry Young Master David, we'll excuse you for checking on other patients." Doctor Sandra.
"Please." David answered briefly.
Doctor Alesandra and the nurse came out of the treatment room and it was not long before Federick and doctor Sandra also said goodbye leaving David alone with doctor Karen. Now David is sitting in a chair near the bed holding the hand of doctor Karen.
"I don't know how I feel but when I hear your heartbeat stop it makes my heart so scared. Afraid you'll leave me forever. Have I started loving you?" Ask David in a soft tone.
"I feel so sure you were the one who helped me last night and your two best friends. But why help me when I hurt you so much." David said as he kissed the back of his wife's hand gently.
"On the one hand I admit my heart hurts when I hurt you but on the other hand my grudge against your parents is so great that it closes my heart to always hurt you" David continued.
Suddenly the door of the treatment room opened making David release his hand that was holding the hand of doctor Karen. David looked towards the door and saw Michael walking towards him.
"Hows it? Has it succeeded in hacking cctv?" David asks who wants revenge to the man who had dared to poison himself but who was exposed to Karen's doctor..
