"Daddy. When I was a baby. Surely all baby girls are just like me where they're taken care of, bathed and kissed Daddy." Doctor Karen explained.

David breathed with relief at the words of Doctor Karen. No matter how long someone knocked on the door and opened the door wide. A beautiful nurse came while carrying a bowl filled with porridge for the patient.

"Let me hold Sus." Say doctor Karen while holding a tray containing food and drinks.

"Okay Madam" replied the nurse as she let go of the tray.

The nurse leaves the two of them, while Karen's doctor places her on a table near the sofa.

"Why put it there?" ask David.

"You want me to eat because I'm hungry from yesterday I haven't had time to eat" said Doctor Karen in a relaxed tone.

"But before you eat, take a drink." - David.

"Oh yes. I'm sorry Young Master David, I forgot." said Karen, patting her on the forehead.

Doctor Karen walked up to David and picked up the glass that was on the table. After David drank it the doctor Karen put the glass back. Doctor Karen walked over to the couch with her food because she was hungry.

Dr. Karen ate the porridge that was still warm until it ran out and then drank the mineral water that was in the glass and left only a little.

Unbeknownst to David, Karen's doctor put something in the bowl and the glass that was used then walked up to David and sat down in a chair near the bed.

"Boy eat and drink what I'm supposed to eat." David said in a snide tone.

"And you've eaten especially not that the master does not like food from the hospital proof last night his porridge was thrown away." Doctor Karen.

"Especially if the porridge is poisonous then Young Master David survived because he was not exposed to poison." Call doctor Karen.

"Who dares to poison me." Said David who felt very confident that his hospital could not be anyone who dared to poison himself.

"Forget what I just said. I want to take a shower first because my body is very sultry" said doctor Karen while taking a paper bag on the sofa.

"What are you carrying?" asked David curiously.

"This paper bag? It's the clothes I'm gonna wear." Doctor Karen explained.

"A lot of money? Buy new clothes constantly." said David in a derogatory tone.

Doctor Karen who understood the direction of her husband's conversation that was always bad thought only sighed slowly so as not to say harsh words. Doctor Karen looked at her husband with a smile.

"The clothes I wear and also the clothes in this paper bag are the clothes of my best friend named Doctor Alesandra. If Young Master David doesn't believe me, ask him" said Karen, a doctor who doesn't want to fight.

"Why don't you buy?" david asked with a surprised face.

"It just so happened that yesterday I got paid so I could buy new clothes" replied Dr. Karen.

"That means you're a wasteful woman huh?" david asked with a cynical face.

"No. From childhood until now I love saving." Answer doctor Karen.

"Where's the money?" asked David curiously.

"I bought an apartment, a car, jewelry and the rest was in savings" replied Karen's doctor honestly.

"But why not use the money?" david asked with a confused face.

"Because all the items I bought I have given to my confidant to be given to Young Master David and have also returned the name on behalf of Young Master David." Answer doctor Karen.

"While my savings have been handed over to Young Master David's assistant named Michael's brother. That's why when I got sick in the hospital, Young Master David said that I spent Young Master David's money and I replied later I'd change it if I'd been paid." Continue to doctor Karen while holding her head that has begun to dizzy but trying to be in her custody.

"I'm sorry I took a shower" Dr. Karen continued.

'This drug turns out to contain sleeping pills make me want to sleep.' continued doctor Karen in the heart.

Doctor Karen walks towards the bathroom to clean her sticky body. Finish the bath and dress doctor Karen out of the bathroom.

Drowsiness is growing but Karen's doctor is trying to fight back so as not to yawn. Until a moment came a nurse while carrying a basin to wipe David's body.

"Let my wife do it" David said to the nurse.

"Well Young Master David" said the nurse while smiling wryly because she hoped to hold David's stocky body let alone his handsome face anyone would really like.

The nurse leaves the two of them, while Karen's doctor approaches her husband and undresses his shirt, then covers David's body.

Then continue to open David's trousers until leaving his boxer pants. To the two hearts of David and doctor Karen were beating very fast. David never let go of looking at doctor Karen while doctors concentrate so that the work is quickly completed and want to sleep because of the effect of the drug that makes him want to sleep soundly.

"Warm water I'm changing a new one, huh?" said Dr. Karen.

David just nodded his head and doctor Karen went into the bathroom to replace the new warm water. After the completion of the doctor Karen continued her work back to completion and wore special patient clothes.

"You're used to doing it, aren't you?" david asked with suspicion.

"My Daddy used to be very sick and my Mommy took care of him while I just looked at him. Mommy says that having a husband and husband again gets sick is like mommy does." Karen explained as she placed the basin under David's bed.

"When in this hospital did you ever do it?" David asked curiously.

"Means I'm the first guy?" david asked and in his heart somehow he was very happy.

"That's right." replied Dr. Karen briefly.

"Young Master David." Call Karen's doctor.

"What's wrong?" Ask David.

"If there were a poison so ferocious and Young Master David was told to choose one. Who did Young Master choose, Me or the other girl that Master loves?" Ask Dr. Karen while closing her eyes because her eyes cannot be compromised.

"Who is that girl I love?" David asked without answering Karen's doctor's question.

"Who knows as time goes by Young Master David finds a girl and Young Master David likes her. Who did Young Master David choose?" Ask Karen's doctor.

"Of course the girl I love." David answered that was contrary to his heart.

"Then Young Master David asked me to drink that extremely ferocious poison." Doctor Karen said with a smile and opened her eyes.

"It's so thick." David answered while looking at Karen.

"Hopefully Young Master David will soon find my replacement." Doctor Karen said while trying to smile.

"Generic .... Uhuk .... Uhuk ...."

Doctor Karen closed her mouth makes David want to talk but simultaneously doctor Karen cough - cough makes David not speak until in between the fingers of doctor Karen's slurping blood is pitch black.

Doctor Karen who could not resist the overwhelming drowsiness immediately collapsed and slept soundly.

That of course made David very surprised to see the doctor Karen arrived - suddenly collapsed and unconscious especially from his mouth spit out blood in pitch black.

"Karens... Karen... What's going on with you?" David asked in a panic.

David was forced to pull back the infusion hose and then get out of bed to remove the body of doctor Karen. David's eyes are perfectly rounded to see the nose and mouth bleed that does not stop coming out especially the blood is black.

David laid his wife on the bed where he had been lying while pressing the emergency button repeatedly until Alesandra's doctor came with a nurse.

Doctor Alesandra pura - pura was very surprised to see her best friend unconscious while the nurse behind her was very surprised and confused by what had happened.

"What's going on?" ask doctor Alesandra pura - pura do not know while checking the condition of doctor Karen.

"I don't know either, please check on my wife quickly" David said with a panicked face.

Doctor Alesandra checked with her best friend named Doctor Karen after a while Alesandra looked at David.

"It looks like my best friend got poisoned, what did my best friend eat?" ask doctor Alesandra pura - pura do not know.

"What is Karen Poisoning? Just eat porridge and drink." David said with a very surprised face and very afraid of what his wife said would happen.

Doctor Alesandra walked over to the table carrying two silver needles until Dr. Alesandra reached the table near the sofa. Doctor Alesandra put the first silver needle into the bowl and the second silver needle into the glass.

After a while Alesandra's doctor took the two needles that were already black then Alesandra's doctor walked towards David where a face of fear was clearly visible, afraid that doctor Karen's gone for a long time.

"It turns out my guess was right that my best friend was poisoned." Doctor Alesandra said while showing two silver needles that were partly black.

'But lying.' Dr. Alesandra in the heart.

Doctor Karen received a poisonous powder that she had been grasping with her left hand to spread to the rest of the porridge and the rest of the drink.

"Hurry and heal my wife now!!!" david snapped with a thunderous voice because he was very surprised that there were people who wanted to harm him.

"Well Young Master David." replied Doctor Alesandra.

Doctor Karen is transferred to the gurney for further examination along with the arrival of her loyal assistant named Michal who is already healthy thanks to the drug given by doctor Alesandra.

"What happened to Mrs Karen, sir? " asked Michael with a surprised face.

"Toxicity." Answer David.

"Toxicity?" Ask Michael again.

"That's fine. The poison was in the bowl that contained the porridge and glass that Karen had eaten but it was actually for me." David answered while showing the former place to eat and drink that was used by Karen's doctor.

"You call your friend to save my wife and see if it's true or poison in the bowl and glass that my wife used." David continued after not seeing Alesandra's doctor and nurse come out of the treatment room.

David does not fully trust Alesandra's doctor because Alesandra's doctor is friendly with Karen's doctor. Therefore, David asked the help of his best friend Michael to check and without David's knowledge that Alesandra's doctor had anticipated it.

"Good Young Master David. I'll call her now." said Michael without daring to deny that Alesandra's doctor could not have lied.

Michael picks up his cell phone and calls his best friend Federick to come to the hospital and explain everything so Federick can prepare his tools and antidote for Karen's doctor.

"Hows it? Can it come?" David asked hopefully for Federick to come.
