"Can Young Master and soon be on his way here." Answer Michael.

David just nodded his head hoping that Doctor Karen would be okay. While in the same place just different room where doctor Alesandra pushed a cage with nurses where doctor Karen pura - pura closed her eyes.

'I want Us to go into a room unknown to others where it looks like an operating room.' Doctor Alesandra said in the heart.

"The purchase of a secret room like an operating room of two hundred and fifty points was successful."

Arriving in front of the doctor Alesandra visible bright light sign was a secret room but the bright light can only be seen by the doctor Alesandra.

Doctor Alesandra pushed the gurney towards the light until they were in a room similar to an operating room.

'Make the nurse unconscious.' said doctor Alesandra in heart.

"Suster was unconscious minus fifty-five successes."

Suddenly the nurse's body slowly began to relax like no bones to make Alesandra doctor walk closer to the nurse.

"Doctor, why is my body limp like no ber .." the nurse's speech was interrupted due to unconsciousness.

Before falling, Alesandra doctor immediately held her body and then carried her without feeling the slightest weight.

"Karen wake up." Doctor Alesandra.

Doctor Karen squirmed her body and slowly opened her eyes then looked towards the doctor Alesandra who was holding a nurse.

"Why is that the nurse?" Ask Dr. Karen with a surprised face.

"Don't know if he suddenly fainted" replied doctor Alesandra lying.

"Now get out of bed." continued doctor Alesandra diverted the conversation, especially doctor Karen still lying in bed.

"OK." replied doctor Karen briefly as she got out of bed.

Doctor Alesandra slowly put the nurse's body to the bed after the completion of the doctor Alesandra stared at the doctor Karen.

"What next?" Ask Karen's doctor.

"We're waiting for Federick's arrival to the operating room and I've asked Sandra to help Federick's company not to poison you when it's treating you like that." Answer doctor Alesandra.

"When to call Sandra? What's Sandra's relationship with Federick?" Ask doctor Karen curiously.

"Before you make porridge for your husband, I went to see Sandra to meet Federick at the company and told her that the company belonged to Federick so Sandra had to call Federick so as not to be complicated by the receptionist. Regarding their relationship, you can ask Sandra later." Answer doctor Alesandra.

The receptionist knocked on the door first after getting an answer then the receptionist opened the door of a special room wide so that doctor Sandra went inside.

Doctor Sandra looked at Federick, who was busy examining the documents that were piling up on his desk.

"Sit down" Federick said, looking at Sandra and smiling.

"OK." Sandra's doctor answered briefly while returning Federick's smile.

Doctor Sandra walked over to Federick then sat facing each other and was confined only by a table. Federick stopped his job and looked at Sandra as if asking for an explanation considering that Sandra wanted to say something important.

The understanding Doctor Sandra exhaled slowly then looked towards Federick while hoping Federick agreed with his request.

"I remember, why?" Federick asked as he raised one of his eyebrows.

"Soon Federick's best friend, Brother Michael, will contact Federick's sister to come to the hospital where someone wants to poison Young Master David but does not succeed because of food and drinks containing poison were eaten and drunk by his wife." Answer doctor Sandra.

"I begged Brother Federick to give an antidote but not mixed with poison like when we first met" continued Dr. Sandra.

"Where do you know if anyone wants to poison his wife? Why not prevent it?" Federick asked without answering Sandra's doctor's request.

"From my best friend where my best friend knows the future because that's knowing what happens next. As to why it's not prevented because my best friend can't change what's going on, that's why I'm asking Federick to not do the same thing: poison my best friend." Reply to Dr. Sandra who followed the words of Dr. Alesandra.

Federick was silent for a while but his gaze never fell off staring at Doctor Sandra.

"I'm willing to do anything as long as my best friend is okay" said Sandra, seeing Federick silent without making a sound.

"Do anything?' Requestion Federick confirm.

"Well, whatever Federick's sister asks me to do." Answer doctor Sandra.

"If I asked for your life for Me to torment? Are you ready?" Federick asked while still looking at Doctor Sandra with no expression at all.

"If it can save my best friend's life then I'm willing." Reply to Dr. Sandra without much thought.

"If I ask to have a husband and wife relationship?" Ask Federick.

Doctor Sandra was silent for a while then exhaled slowly.

"I am willing but on one condition we marry first so that doing so is not sin." Answer doctor Sandra.

"If one day I'm in poison and the person who poisoned me asks you to have a husband and wife relationship, are you also willing to do it as it is today?" Federick asked as he held back his anger and his jaw began to harden.

"If it had happened then I wouldn't have done it." Reply to Dr. Sandra without much thought.

"That means you let me die horribly from poison?" Ask Federick.

After we get married, I'll learn all kinds of poison and the antidote from my husband so that if it happens to my husband then I can check and give the antidote." Answer doctor Sandra.

A pair of eyes that were originally red were now gradually turned into pitch black as David while Sandra's doctor who saw the change was silent. But in his heart he wants to try to eliminate the psycophat Federick soul.

No matter how long Federick's phone rings, Federick picks up his phone and sees on his phone screen an incoming call from Michael. Federick showed his phone to Sandra's doctor and Sandra read the phone call.

"Thank you." Doctor Sandra.

Federick picked up his phone and started chatting after Federick had finished keeping his phone in his pocket and looked at Dr. Sandra.

"Whatever I ask, are you willing to do?" Ask Federick to make sure again.

"Yes, whatever Brother Federick asks me to do but if Brother Federick asks for a husband-and-wife relationship, we get married first." Answer doctor Sandra.

"You like me because I'm the owner of the company or because I want to help your best friend?" Federick asked as he looked at Doctor Sandra's pair of eyes.

"Regarding my honest liking I don't know yet but for sure I'm very comfortable with Sis Federick. Not because Federick's brother owns the company or not because Federick's brother is rich." Answer doctor Sandra.

"My parents always taught low self-esteem and should not be arrogant towards others other than that if you have excess fortune remember with the people below. Give them money and food so as not to starve or open a business so that his life is not difficult anymore." Call doctor Sandra.

"I came here honestly, purely to help my friend whom I consider a brother. I have two best friends, Karen and Alesandra, who happen to be in the same profession - doctors." Dr Sandra explained to Federick.

Doctor Sandra just nodded her head then the two of them walked out of the CEO's room towards the elevator. Many people say hello to Federick but Federick did not answer at all and instead walked arrogantly in contrast to doctor Sandra to reply to the greetings of employees and employees.
