David follows Karen, a doctor lying in a cage, to the doorstep of the ER.

"Sorry Young Master, please wait here" the nurse said in a polite tone.

David was silent then sat near the UGd room while staring at the door of the ER room with a raging mind. David covered his face and unwittingly David's tears came out.

It wasn't long before Michael came and sat down next to Mr. David. The two of them fell silent without anyone talking in the slightest where both of them were busy with their respective thoughts.

Suddenly there was a cage pushed by two nurses and a beautiful doctor walking with a married couple to the operating room and pass them.

"Mr and Madam just pray that the operation of the Lady's and Master's daughters goes smoothly" said the beautiful doctor.

"yes Doc. Please save our daughter." beg the middle-aged woman.

Michael who felt familiar with the woman's voice raised his face and looked at the pretty girl's face without blinking. His heart was beating very fast while the beautiful doctor knew that there was Michael who was watching him but he pretended not to know while chatting with patients.

"Doctor..my sister's doctor is aware of her coma." The words of the handsome man who arrived arrived while holding the hand of the beautiful doctor.

"Sorry For a while in the doctor's care first because the other doctor is on leave. Later after I finish the operation I will check the condition of Mr.'s sister." said the beautiful doctor in a soft tone.

"Okay doctor, I'm waiting" said the handsome man as he took off the doctor's hand and turned his back to the treatment room.

Michael stared intently at the doctor who was walking towards the operating room. Who else if not Alesandra's doctor who was looked at by Michael.

'C*l ... Why am I jealous of that guy? Though the man only held Alesandra's hand but why my heart was so angry and wanted to cut off the hand of the man who had dared to hold Alesandra's hand when every time we met, we both always fought." michael said in his heart.

After almost an hour, the doctor who examined Karen finally came out, David stood up and walked towards the doctor.

"Doctor, how's my wife doing?" ask David with concern.

"Mrs Karen and her fetus are fine, fortunately the fetus is strong and quickly brought to the hospital if not.." said the doctor hung his sentence.

"Fetus? Meanin?" david asked, surprised, and so did Michael.

"Mrs Karen's pregnant. Congratulations Young Master on becoming a father soon." The doctor replied congratulating him by patting David on the shoulder.

"Pregnant? Michael I'm going to be a father." David turned his back on Michael with a smile of happiness.

"Congratulations Young Master" said Michael happily.

"To find out the gestational age of Mrs Karen, you can check in the obstetrician section. In a moment, Miss Karen will be transferred to the treatment room." Said the doctor.

"Sorry Young Master, I just want to check the condition of other patients" said the doctor said goodbye because David was silent.

"Okay, doctor, thank you." David answered smiling happily as he extended his hand to shake hands.

The doctor and Michael are very surprised by David's change but try to act ordinary. The doctor returned David's hand and not long after the doctor left David with Michael.

No matter how long the ER door opened wide, David and Michael stared at the door and saw two nurses coming out of the ugd room while pushing the gurney where Karen was lying on the bed with eyes still closed.

"Michael, do you want to come with me to the treatment room?" ask David.

"I'm waiting here Young Master." Answer Michael.

"Why?" david asked with a surprised face.

"I want to meet with Alesandra's doctor" said Michael, who can't lie to his boss because Michael was always telling the truth.

David is sitting in the VVIP treatment room next to his wife's bed. David holds the right hand of Karen because the left hand of Doctor Karen is on the infusion.

"Dear, I'm sorry. Because - because I didn't hold myself back you and our child almost wretched." said David while stroking doctor Karen softly.

"Eugh.. Young Master David.." call doctor Karen in a soft tone while squirming her body.

"Call Honey not Young Master." David said in a annoyed tone.

"Sorry Honey." Doctor Karen said obediently.

"Darling, is anyone sick?" david asked with a worried face.

"There is no honey. Honey, I'm thirsty." Doctor Karen.

"Dear, I'll get you a drink" said David.

David stood up and picked up the drink and Karen's doctor drank the remaining half of it. David put his glass back on the table by the bed and sat down next to Karen's doctor.

"Darling, I'm sorry." said David with a sad face.

David deeply regrets his actions because it has made Karen doctor enter the hospital especially doctor Karen is pregnant who could have risked her life.

"Honey forget it. Honey what about the state of honey still nausea stomach?" ask Dr. Karen with a worried face.

"It's not nauseous anymore, dear. Honey why are you always so patient with my rude attitude?" david asked with a confused face.

"Because I love you so much with sincerity." Doctor Karen replied as she stroked David's cheek gently with a smile.

"Why do you love me sincerely and I often torture you?" David asked with a confused face.

"Because honey is my husband, so no matter what happens I'll keep loving honey until honey asks me to stop loving and also asks me to leave the honey life then I'll do." said Dr. Karen.

"Your heart is like an angel always forgiving what I've done to you" David said, holding the hand of Doctor Karen holding his cheek.

"Honey, I beg you to forget what happened." asked Dr. Karen.

"Darling, here is our son. I can't wait to see our child born" David said, stroking Karen's flat stomach.

"I mean honey, am I pregnant?" doctor Karen asked with a surprised face while holding the hand of David holding her stomach.

"Dear, you're pregnant with our child." David answered with a smile looking at his wife's beautiful face.

Doctor Karen fell silent and looked at her husband as she remembered the covenant letter. Where after the age of marriage they stepped on 3 years then they will officially separate.

David who saw the change in his wife's face made David's face turn pitch black and a pair of eye colors turned red without Karen's doctor knowing.

"Do you like to get pregnant?" david asked, looking at his wife.

"I like to be pregnant but honey." said Karen's doctor hanging up her sentence without looking at David.

"But what?... Is it because of my flesh and blood that you do not want our child? Remember Karen not once - you aborted our child because I will torture you to two of your parents!!" david snapped while pointing his hand at the neck of Doctor Karen then strangled her.

"Not that but is honey not i.. ngat de.. ngan su.rat per..jan.jian that ho....ney.... bu..at?" ask doctor Karen in a stammering tone because her neck is held firmly by David.

David was surprised and releasing his hand made Doctor Karen inhale as much as she could.
