The woman saw from a distance came four cars heading towards them making the woman make a movement of salto towards the top of the tree branch. Jumping from the first tree branch to the second tree branch to the third tree branch the woman hid in the tree.
The woman took off the face-covering cloth then looked towards the middle-aged man.
"Miss Alesandra, why didn't you shoot that guy?"
It turns out that the woman is the doctor Alesandra, Alesandra's doctor who knows the novel's storyline in which doctor Sandra is in danger of making Alesandra's doctor come to her aid.
"Why does Miss want that man to be tortured and end in death?"
"Because the man was so evil as to want to kill an innocent person even to have his men torture him." Alesandra's doctor answered while remembering the true storyline

The True Story
When Sandra's doctor was unconscious, the criminals kicked her heartless doctor to the lips, mouth, head and between her thighs, bleeding fresh blood.
"Stop, check if it's alive or dead?" asked the middle-aged man in his cold tone.
"Good Lord." Answer one of them and check Dr. Sandra's pulse and breath.
"There is still breath but soon it will die because the breath is very slow" said one of them.
"Put it in the car and burn the car" the middle-aged man ordered with his cruel face.
"Okay, Great Lord." they answered in unison as they walked towards Doctor Sandra but only a few steps away.
"Don't touch my wife's body!!" Federick snapped at his long-standing demonic gaze.
His originally blue eyes turned red. Federick walks alone while his men only see what Federick does. That's because Federick asked his men to keep watch if there are enemies who attack him by being shot right on his forehead.
Federick walked while killing one by one the middle-aged men by cutting the neck like cutting a chicken. Until Federick stopped not far from the middle-aged man with his right hand still holding a very sharp folding knife towards the man.
"Basic crazy psycophath!" shouted the middle-aged man.
Federick paid no heed to the middle-aged man's words until his eyes looked at the unconscious doctor Sandra with fresh blood still coming out of her mouth, nose, nose, head and between - between her thighs.
Federick stared intently at the middle-aged and approached him but was confronted by 4 of his men who had begun to tremble because all his friends died in a terrible way.
Just like his friends where the four middle-aged men died in a terrible way where their necks almost broke.
Now the remaining middle-aged man, the middle-aged man was very surprised all his men died all in a terrible way.
"I'm sorry, I promise I won't hurt your wife." beg the middle-aged man while kneeling with a trembling body so frightened.
"No I'm sorry. I don't know if my wife is alive or not but certainly anyone who touches and hurts people I love has to die" Federick said with a devil smile.
The middle-aged man died with his head and body separated. Federick walked up to his wife and took her to the hospital. Federick was driving at such a high speed that it took less than 15 minutes for the car to reach the hospital.

But because Alesandra's doctor came automatically the story changed and doctor Sandra can be saved with the help of doctor Alesandra.
Doctor Alesandra saw the middle-aged man who desperately wanted the death of doctor Sandra drag his body by using two hands because his right leg was injured due to being shot by doctor Alesandra. Just wanted to touch the body of doctor Sandra heard a thunderous voice.
"Don't touch my wife's body!!" Federick snapped with his long-standing demonic gaze while walking towards the man.
His originally blue eyes turned red. Federick walked alone with his right hand carrying a very sharp folding knife.
"You must die." Federick said with his devilish gaze.
