Done talking Alesandra doctor walked backwards towards the car for Michael to hear her words. Doctor Alesandra coughed - coughing and spitting out fresh blood made the criminals smile devil.
("Yell as loud as possible Mr. Michael couldn't have come on time." Said one of the criminals).
("What's your last request?" Ask one of the other criminals while pointing his gun at Alesandra's chest).

("Receive your death." Say the villain while pulling the trigger).
("Akhhhhhh!" Doctor Alesandra shouted as a bullet was fired into her chest).
The body of doctor Alesandra collapsed while Michael and David who heard the screams of doctor Alesandra was very surprised especially Michael.

Doctor Alesandra slowly closed her eyes as if resigned if she was shot dead by eight criminals who were preparing to shoot her.
Without much talk David and Michael shoot the criminals without pause making the criminals very surprised.
The four enemies are instantly shot dead by David and Michael using two pistols held by each of them. There are four more in the back of Dr. Sandra's car.
The four enemies who saw his four friends die were fatally shot in the forehead in front of them making the four enemies immediately turn their bodies and point their weapons towards David and Michael.
"Akhhhh, si*l.. hurts!" The scream of one of his friends who was shot in his right hand holding a gun made him throw his gun.
David deliberately by using his right hand shot the right hand of criminals who wanted to shoot David until his weapon was thrown while his left hand shot in the forehead of other criminals who immediately died instantly.
While Michael immediately shot two criminals at once on his forehead by using his two hands that hold his gun. David shoots back into the two legs of the criminal in order not to escape.
"You told our men to take the man to headquarters!" david ordered in a cold tone.
"Well sir." replied Michael immediately took the phone behind his suit to contact his men.
Michael who had finished contacting his men immediately turned his body then walked with a quick step towards the car to open the car door that was behind the driver.
After David entered while holding Karen's doctor, Michael closed the car door tightly. Three white cars were also arrived.
"I'm in the same bodyguard while you ride in the car of one of them while holding Alesandra." David Said.
"Good Young Master." Michael answered obediently.
Michael walked up to his men's car and said what David had said. After it was finished, Michael walked over to Alesandra's doctor to help her.
Michael held the doctor Alesandra ala bridal style then walked towards his men's car where his men opened the rear door of the driver.
Now his men drive a car at high speed as well as the only car carrying doctors Karen and David.
It didn't take them long they had already reached the hospital where they only needed fifteen minutes which should be forty minutes.
His men get out of the car and open the car door and David comes out holding Karen's doctor. David lays slowly to the gurney that has been prepared by the hospital because of the time on the way David's men contact the hospital.
Along with the arrival of Michael's car and just like David, Michael slowly put the body of doctor Alesandra to the cage.
'May you be well.' Michael said in his heart.
Two doctors who handle doctor Karen and doctor Alesandra are now in the ER room with other doctors while David and Michael are waiting at the door of the ER.
David and Michael rubbed his face and involuntarily popped out a clear liquid. The fear of loss enveloped the hearts of two handsome men. Twenty-five minutes David and Michael were still faithfully waiting for Doctor Karen and doctor Alesandra.
Not how long came the two bodyguards while carrying a loud with a face of fear because seeing the faces of David and Michael was very scary.
"Sorry Sir." Say one of the bodyguards.
"What's wrong?" Michael asked in a cold tone.
"Sorry sir, I told Miss Alesandra to give this to Mr. Michael." Answer the bodyguard while giving the bushel.
"I also brought a bushel for Young Master David because he told Mrs David." Connect the other bodyguard.
David and Michael received the bushel and then placed it next to his stool.
"Why not bring my wife and Alesandra?" David asked in a cold tone.
