CHAPTER 3. TRIBULATION NEWS
Anneke ate her dinner in the hotel room. After she is dragged rudely and kicked from the restaurant, Anneke returns to the hotel and orders food. The look in his eyes was empty, the sadness and hurt from the treatment he received earlier made him squeeze his chest which was painful. Why is this sick? I would do anything for him, the man I love with all my heart.
That night Anneke could not sleep, after finishing her dinner tastefully she decided to soak. But unsuccessfully making her comfortable, she tried to close her eyes but all the words of Noah's assistant were heartbreaking. He even heard Noah's voice cursing and cursing him.
“Tell that shameless woman! Once again he appears and carries my name, I make sure his entire family is destroyed and he will feel endless suffering!”
“Levi! Tell the hotel to kick that crazy girl out of there!”
One by one Noah's words that he had heard when Levi contacted him after he arrived at the hotel again excited.
She accidentally came to the country to see Noah because she couldn't call her husband. Since they married Noah blocked his phone number and blacklisted it as well as Levi's assistant.
So it's been hard for Anneke to contact Noah for the past ten years. They were married but did not speak and had never met until now Noah did not even know Anneke's real face.
This marriage is the desire of both their grandfathers who want their two grandchildren married to strengthen the family relationship. Anneke who has loved and fallen in love with Noah for a long time did not refuse the match. Unlike Noah who refused loudly, which made him not come on their wedding day.
So that their marriage is only registered in civil records, there is no wedding party but for Anneke who already loves Noah, can accept all of that with sincerity. After all, as time goes by Noah will slowly love him. But it seems like Anneke's dreams and hopes have never been achieved.
Ten years have passed, until today to save their marriage, Anneke willingly flew to S country to meet her husband and ask him to muffle the news circulating. He did that because he did not want to hurt Noah's grandparents. During these ten years Anneke covered all of them.
Their family considers that their two grandchildren live well together and happy because they have never heard of a fight. Little do they know what's really going on, Anneke lies whenever Noah's grandmother asks for her granddaughter's whereabouts. Anneke always reasoned that Noah was busy taking care of business abroad.
Although Grandma's men are sent to find out about them, Anneke threatens to shut her mouth and deliver nothing to Noah's grandmother. Because of Noah's grandmother's deteriorating health condition and Anneke did not want if her grandmother-in-law was okay if she knew the truth.
Anneke loved Mariam, her grandmother-in-law, so much that she lied for her grandmother-in-law's happiness. Without thinking about his own happiness, was he too naive? But like Anneke, she always put other people's feelings first, especially that person is family and loved ones.

“Mistress Large....!” screeched Vinus the butler who had just entered the living room. He rushed over to Marian Arsenio who was lying on the floor. Some servants scattered to help lift the body of his master.
“Quickly take it to the room and call the doctor.” shouted Vinus frantically. He immediately picked up his employer's phone lying on the floor and his eyes were rounded when he saw the display of the phone's screen.
Someone sent a message to Mariam's cell phone containing news and photos and also a video of Noah with a woman. Not only that, there is even one photo that shows Noah in a room with his business partners and several women. Panicked Vinus immediately contacted Noah but his number could not be reached, so Vinus tried again.
After trying several times, Noah's phone was still inactive. She eventually contacted Anneke but the woman's cell phone was also inactive. Vinus was getting more panicked, he could not contact the two masters. In a panic she rushed to greet the family doctor who had just entered the house and led her towards Mariam's room.
Two days passed after the funeral of Mariam Arsenio. And during that time Anneke never appeared because he deliberately did not activate his cell phone since the incident at the restaurant.
Not only that, the disappointed Anneke decided to spend her vacation time traveling from one country to another to treat the wounds and calm down.
“Where is that crazy woman?” asked Noah with a stiffened face, looking as if he was tightening his jaw in anger.
“Until now can not be known where the whereabouts of Madam. He had checked out of the hotel that night as well and there was no name registered at any other hotel. We have also checked the passenger list on all airlines, but the name is also not there.” replied Levi.
“Contact a lawyer and ask for divorce papers immediately! Whether or not he's here, I want the divorce papers to be made as soon as possible!” noah's orders were furious.
Her grandmother loved Anneke very much but the woman did not care and did not show her face at the funeral of Mariam Arsenio so that made Noah angry.
“Good Mr.” replied Levi then rushed to Juan, the Arsenio family lawyer. After speaking for a few minutes, Levi put the phone back in his pocket.
“Mr Juan says that your divorce papers will be finished tomorrow morning Mr.”
“Seek him to finish as soon as possible! Tell him it has to be today! I can't wait until tomorrow morning!” noah said again.
He got up from his seat and stepped up the stairs to his room on the upper floor. Now the Arsenio family mansion looks quiet and somber since the departure of Mariam Arsenio. Inside the room Noah was standing by the window looking out. The flower beds in the flower garden made Noah shed tears.
It was her grandmother's flower garden, every day the old woman spent all her time taking care of the flowers she planted. Noah let out a long sigh while wiping away his tears, the only family he had left and it was all Anneke's fault.
“Where did that crazy woman go? While grandma was sick until she died the woman disappeared.”
Noah's hands clenched and his jaw hardened. As he was drifting in his daydream, there was a knock on the door of the room. “Masuk.” said.
It appeared that the butler named Vinus lowered his head in salute and entered. He gave Mariam Arsenio's cell phone which he had kept.
