CHAPTER 42. THE HEART OF LOVE

The handsome man smiled faintly and nodded his head at Noah. As the host read out the winner of the painting, the man immediately stood up and left his seat. While even the annoyed Shelly could only hold herself back. He felt angry and jealous that Noah had won the painting.

And that means Noah's gonna have dinner with that woman. Then what about her? Shelly won't let any woman get close to Noah! Her obsession is that she is the only woman who will be by Noah's side forever. Anneke was in a very good mood. He managed to attract Noah's attention.

Abner began to worry about Anneke, because he thought the price of two hundred billion was too expensive for a necklace. She pulled Anneke's hand when she wanted to raise her hand. “Nona, you better not continue anymore! Two hundred billion is too expensive!”

Anneke paused for a moment and thought, ‘Why should I care if she wants to give the necklace to her cheating woman?’

‘Aihhhh I don't have to care about it! Abner said, Two hundred billion is a lot of money! Well... I won't bid anymore! But I will think of another way to repay Noah and earn a lot of money from him.’ thought Anneke.

The auction was over and followed by dinner. Shelly again feels a dilemma because it means Noah will be accompanied by Anne. Then he thought of a way to get Noah to cancel his dinner with the woman. Suddenly he held his head and grimaced in pain.

Noah looked at him and asked, “What's wrong with you?”

“Alright, but don't be long huh Noah?” said Shelly who laughed in her heart. Looks like his attempt to cancel Noah's dinner with Anne was successful.
