CHAPTER 40. UNIQUE PAINTING

“Nona Anne, the item to be auctioned next is a red diamond necklace with a heart-shaped shade that is very valuable and rare. This necklace used to belong to the queen of X kingdom who was given by her husband as a gift. The necklace was named as The Heart of Love.” Abner gave Anneke an explanation.

“How valuable is that necklace? And do you know anyone who is interested in getting that necklace?’ ask Anneke who is completely blind about antiques.

“This canyon is not only valuable but the only one in the world and worth history! The necklace was identified as the epitome of true love! Because the necklace is a symbol of love from a king to his queen.”, Abner added.

“Do you think Noah will try his luck to get the necklace? What do you know about Noah? Does he often attend events like this?” Anneke chides Abner with a lot of questions about Noah.

He attends this event just to observe Noah and try to socialize. He was actually not interested in any of the auction items.

“Yes, I am not a fan of painting but the painting looks different from the usual painting.” said the guest sitting in the left row Anneke.

“Alright ladies and gentlemen, there is a message from the painter that whoever bids this painting at the highest price will get a dinner opportunity accompanied by the painter.” heard the announcement from the host, and, all the guests were interested. There are also those who wonder who exactly the painter is in question.

“Is the painter present at this event?” ask an invited guest. “I personally want to know and know the painter!”

“Why is painting so expensive?” ask Abner.
