"Sister, get up." Feeling his body being shaken by someone, Ignacia's eyes opened. Two silhouettes of boys similar to him appeared right in front of the face. "So I always get up late on the first day. Brother came home last night at what time?"
Slowly Ignacia's consciousness gathered. He moved to sit down so that he could wake up immediately. Rafka and Arvin were still staring at his brother. They realized that her brother seemed to be tired the first day. They honestly didn't come for that reason. The two came to carry out the father's order to take his first daughter to lunch.
"Lunch?" ignacia para. He looked at the clock of the wall in the room, apparently he had slept long enough to miss breakfast. Now his stomach is rumbling. "You go first. I'll catch up." At first Arvin seemed reluctant to leave, wanting to observe his brother more closely. It was as if figuring out how could her brother sleep for so long. Ask Rafka who makes it then leaves.
If it's not wrong, Ignacia and Rajendra arrived home last night at midnight. Ignacia's father, who had been waiting for his son to come home, fell asleep in the living room with his wife. His second sleep was less comfortable disturbed by the sound of loud knocking from the fence of the house. As soon as Ignacia's voice awakens the two, she can rest.
"Why did you come home so late?" His father asked while yawning widely. Must have been very sleepy because I just got home from work at night. Not yet got the answer the sleepy man stepped towards the room. His body was very tired and needed a lot of sleep.
Unlike her mother, the woman clearly looked sleepy as her eyes could not open perfectly. A hug was given to welcome his daughter's arrival. "Mama gets a message from Rajendra if you guys come home a little late. She asked him because he could not be contacted. You were delivered by Rajendra?"
Forced so because it turns out his father can not go to the station. The work tonight is tiring to bring the bike when you came home last night was a bit excruciating. Ignacia nodded at her mother's last question. Despite not seeing it in person, her mother knew that Ignacia had justified her question just now.
"Mama's glad you're still on good terms. After this you have to make sure Rajendra gets home safely. You should always maintain your relationship until marriage. Soon you're old enough to have a more serious relationship."
Ignacia nodded again, returning her mother's embrace briefly. As soon as the reception ended, her mother followed her husband to the room. It's time to go to sleep. A smile appeared on the corner of Ignacia's face, happy to get a warm welcome even when she came home so late.
The long haired girl finished gathering consciousness. He got up, combed his hair a little with his hands and left the room. The living room was empty, everyone must have gathered in the kitchen. A fragrant smell greeted Ignacia's presence, her stomach increasingly thrashing to want to be fed.
"If you don't wake up, you'll sleep all day" chirped Athira who first realized her brother's whereabouts. He offered a glass of water to the newly awakened. "Other times what if you go home in the afternoon to sleep at night? Than to sleep till noon."
Just woke up already getting a scolding. Both of his parents did not demand this. Both think if Ignacia must have a secret reason if not to tell. Secretly the father glanced at his wife, and vice versa. As if I had the same thought.
Lunch is delivered in front of Ignacia. The lethargic-faced girl had to replenish the energy. He was not used to sleeping through the middle of the night, as a result now want to wake up it feels reluctant. "Let's go to bed early, Ignacia, '" her mother advised kindly.
After breakfast, Ignacia returned to the room. Intend to clean up. When the girl had just seen herself in the mirror, the phone screen on her desk lit up. A message from someone who drove Ignacia home this morning. The man asked the girl for a date tonight. There was a change of plan, he said.
Ignacia would not refuse if she met. Sleeping a little late won't make the whole vacation ruined right? If you remember, Rajendra's gaze last night seemed strange. Like there's a hunch that Ignacia doesn't understand. Will this meeting of the two tonight answer the question that comes to Ignacia's mind?
"Sister, would you like to watch a movie with me?" Athira emerged from behind a door that was not closed perfectly. "I think I want to watch a movie. If you're willing, just come to my room." Without waiting for the response of the brother, the second son of the father and mother Ignacia was breezed away.
The brother was still standing in his place, choosing to charge up and hasten the late morning ritual before coming to his sister's room. Once she was about to knock on the door, apparently the leaves were not closed perfectly until Athira could see her brother first. "just enter. I'll get the doll out."
Ignacia this time gets a big teddy bear Athira without a throw like last time. The owner of the room is still in the process of bringing his favorite laptop on the bed. This time there was also a snack, apparently Athira had prepared it right before her brother woke up.
The girl who hugged the teddy bear thought the two would watch a movie without tears. Apparently Athira brought a film that was able to make the audience cry bitterly. A film about a special needs man accused of a crime who must be imprisoned. His daughter who was still a child was trying to let her father be free and at the same time clear his name on charges of being untrue.
Rafka happens to come to Athira's room to borrow a pencil sharpener, seeing her two brothers crying in silence so snarled in. Before leaving, the boy was asked to get a tissue from the living room. The film is too sad and heartbreaking.
"Why do we watch sad movies?" ignacia held back the cries. "Why not a comedy?"
"Because the movie is good." Athira was tired of crying. Ingij was arrested but it felt impossible. Ignacia admitted the film was good, even able to relieve feelings.
Next the mother who came, need help to edit a photo in order to have better quality. The woman was as surprised and astonished as when Rafka had come earlier. You are also not asked to do anything before leaving.
The sad film is both over. The snack that usually runs out in the middle of the film is now still half left. Ignacia tried to keep eating, replacing the energy released from crying earlier. "Wanna see another movie? This time it will be more stressful. About the submarine," bargained Athira. He even showed a movie poster that the two would see next.
My mom came back, still asking for help. "Why did you see the movie and cry like that? Look at how much tissue you spent on one movie." Ignacia should help her mother immediately before missing the movie that Athira is pausing. The owner also did something in the bathroom.
Being lonely, Ignacia's mother asked how the relationship between the child and her lover continued. Don't forget to ask if they'll be dating anytime soon. Ignacia had almost forgotten to ask permission to leave tonight if her mother had not asked. He said there would be a change of schedule so he would date tonight.
Ignacia will not refuse if offered. He nodded and waited for his sister to return. Faintly a voice sounded from under the puppet he was hugging. Apparently there was a call from Rajendra. Maybe Ignacia should turn on the ring mode so that the sound of the phone is more audible. Her boyfriend had contacted her four times without her knowing.
This time Rajendra wants to deliver another piece of news. Maybe they should go before dinner so they can eat together. He warned that Ignacia was wearing slightly thick clothing as weather forecasts predicted colder winds than before.
Before ending the call, Rajendra asks if Ignacia might object to tonight's plans. The schedule change happened suddenly as if he could not wait the day after tomorrow as the girl wanted. How could Ignacia mind if her bonus could meet Rajendra again.
"I'll be waiting for you at home."
"Sister, I make iced tea." Athira again brought a teapot full of iced tea with two glasses that Arvin helped bring him. Of course while hoping to get iced tea from her brother before leaving. "Because there's lemon in the fridge, so I use it too. It tastes good."
In the afternoon Ignacia assisted Athira to determine the appropriate clothes for dating. This time he wants his hair braided only one, wearing a white shirt and jeans cuff then plus a denim jacket to prevent colds. With the addition of sneakers, Ignacia is now ready to go.
In the living room, there is the father who is helping Rafka and Arvin do schoolwork. Ignacia trembled with her heart for permission to go with a friend and go home before her curfew ran out. His father nodded, the important thing is not to go home late. Careful said.
As soon as he heard the sound of the motor, Ignacia hurriedly closed the door. Running small towards the fence do not forget to bring a helmet. Someone who had arrived in front saw clearly the whereabouts of his lover from the fault of the fence. The girl came out with an expanding smile, approaching her lover without blinking. "Thank you for coming."
Rajendra opened his helmet, "Thank you for changing his date. Come on up, we'll start the journey into dinner." The motorbike engine was back on, a few seconds later both of them had gone from the girl's yard to the city center.
Ignacia asked why their goal was tonight, afraid that the clothes would not fit. Though Ignacia needs high consideration before choosing with Athira. Scales without knowing where they're going. Rajendra said that he would keep it a secret until the two arrived.
The streets tonight are quite crowded, adding time to Ignacia's togetherness with the beloved man. The girl's hands curled around the waist of someone driving, listening to a funny story before Rajendra set out to pick up Ignacia. Even if it had to be stuck, it seemed Ignacia would love this condition.
So excited to chat, Ignacia until not aware if it is now at the foot of the hill. Ignacia hurriedly took off the helmet. Seeing his reflection through Rajendra's motorcycle rearview, check if his hair is still neat. He forgot that Athira should tighten this braid to keep it neat even though he was wearing a helmet.
Rajendra watched her girl in silence. "Hows it? Does my hair look good?" Ignacia turned around, her eyes immediately looking at Rajendra's bead. There was something in the eyes of the man that Ignacia was lacking in understanding. Why is Rajendra staring so deeply at himself?
"Why? Do I look weird?" Ignacia was nervous, feeling a little insecure about her appearance. His lover shook his head, he grabbed one of Ignacia's hands to bring her into the dining room. The questions on Ignacia's head grew more and more, swirling around like a waterwheel.
Ignacia just realized something. Her lover's hands were cold. Is it because of the night wind? The two stop in the queue, Rajendra invites him to look at the menu board. "Where do you want the message? Everything looks good to me. We'll eat upstairs, make the city look."
Rajendra's eyes were diverted from the menu board to the girl beside him. The reason is now his hand is held with two hands, as if to warm up. Still with her own activities, Ignacia took off one hand and put Rajendra's hand in the pocket of the jacket she was wearing. Ignacia stared innocently at Rajendra, unaware that she was talking.
"Why?" ask the girl.
Rajendra repeated his question patiently, leaving his hand still in the pocket of the girl's jacket. Ignacia nodded her head, following Rajendra happily. When he reached the stairs, the hand held by Ignacia was taken over by the owner. Let Rajendra lead the girl and not the other way around.
There was five minutes before the second order came. Ignacia wanted to ask why Rajendra was looking at her with a different look, just curious. Make sure he doesn't ruin the date tonight. But if asked, would Rajendra answer Ignacia's questions honestly?
"Why do you keep my hand in your pocket?" Rajendra asked first. He folded his hands on the table, leaning toward Ignacia who was sitting before him. Now the gaze he gave was already different from when he first entered.
Ignacia also positioned herself like Rajendra, answering honestly that she wanted to warm her lover's hands that felt cold. Rajendra's afraid to catch a cold or whatever. Ignacia would feel guilty if her lover got sick from going out with her nights.
"Rajendra, did I make a mistake? You were looking at me differently. I'm getting a little nervous." Ignacia confessed, there might be no harm in asking. Instead of a clear answer, Rajendra grabbed Ignacia's hand. He still holds it by maintaining eye contact.
"Rajendra," call Ignacia quietly, "Why don't you answer? Did I do something wrong again?"
"I just want to look at you. Miss you. You didn't make a mistake at all."
