Chapter 38 - Misunderstanding Again

A week has passed since the misunderstanding between Shiena and Willy. Willy's condition is now recovering. His legs began to move even though he was still limped.

"Thank you, Re. Thanks to you I can walk again."

Renata smiles. "It's not because of me, Will. It is because of your strong desire to get back to health as usual. I love that spirit of yours, Will."

Willy smiled. It was already impatient to see Shiena immediately. Willy had heard the news that Shiena had already returned home to her parents.

Martha and Litha came together to see Willy's condition now. Martha smiled with relief because her brother was now able to walk again even though he was still helped with a cane.

"After getting out of here, Big Brother will stay in our house right?"

Martha's question made Willy worried. It had been a long time since Willy had returned to his home with Shiena. How's the house doing now?

"You just calm down. Aunty always told people to clean your house. Your house is safely under control."

Willy was very grateful to Litha. "False, Aunt. I actually want to live in my own home. But it seems like my condition is not possible to stay alone." Willy lowered his head. After everything that happened to him, Willy had to suppress his ego and take it all down.

"Tante was happy that you wanted to stay with us."

Today Shiena visited Anila who had already awakened. Shiena had also contacted Friska to come see Anila.

Shiena's friend is now one of the culinary entrepreneurs in his area. He was so busy he didn't even think about marriage.

Anila clasped Shiena's hand. "Gue's lucky to have your friend, She."

Anila shook her head. "That's enough, She. I don't want to deal with him anymore. I hope he doesn't find me here. All this time he didn't know that I had a friend in this town..."

Shiena hugged Anila. "You need nothing, you tell me yes! I will always be there for you!"

"Ehem!" The sound of someone's silence made Shiena break her embrace.

"Doctor Shandy!" Shiena was very happy to see the figure of her late brother in Doctor Shandy.

"Sorry, Miss Shiena. I checked the patient!"

Shiena nodded. Shiena watched Dr. Shandy who was checking on Anila's condition.

"His feet can be moved?"

Anila shook her head. His face flushed red because Shandy's doctor touched his leg.

Shiena could see if Anila still held some flavor to her sister. If only everything could happen again. But it's all just a dream. Or maybe Anila will achieve happiness with doctor Shandy.

"It's done!" Shandy's doctor's words made Shiena wake up.

Shiena escorted Dr. Shandy to the front of the room.

"Doctor!"

"Yes, what's wrong?"

"May I ask you something?"

"Ask what?" Shandy was confused.

"Can the doctor talk casually with us? Our... I want to be friends with a doctor..." Shiena said it shyly.

Doctor Shandy laughed. "You're so funny, Shiena."

"Of course I can. I am happy to be friends with so many people. Anyway, I don't know why I feel... I am so close to you."

"Huh?! Meanin?"

Shandy patted Shiena on the shoulder. "I feel like we've known each other for a long time. So too with... Me and Anila. There was a strange feeling that led me to Anila..."

Shiena smiled widely. Perhaps the Universe did bring them together because there was something between them. A bond that cannot be broken.

Shiena said goodbye to Anila. Shiena walked towards the hospital parking lot and looked for the whereabouts of Mang Pur who had come with her.

Shiena meets Alex.

"Sister Alex?"

"You want to go home?" ask Alex.

Shiena nodded. His eyes were still scanning looking for the figure of Mang Pur and his family car.

"Mang Pur I told you to go home!"

Alex's answer made Shiena snort. "Why?"

"Because there's already me who will anterin you go home."

Shiena clucked. This man in front of her always approached without caring about Shiena's feelings.

"Come in, She! It was so hot this afternoon!" Alex opened the car door.

Shiena was still flinching. He does not want to give hope to Alex even though his heart is actually disappointed in Willy.

"She, I'm sorry. I went to your house. But your mother said she said you went to Anila's jengukin hospital. That's why I followed you here. Earlier, the mother also said that Mang Pur should take your mother to the event. So yeah... Here we go!"

Not wanting to hear any more excuses from Alex, Shiena got straight into the car. Plus this afternoon the sun was very hot. Shiena could not linger in the sun.

Alex smiled triumphantly. Alex turned around and sat in the chair. Alex started driving the car out of the hospital.

Shiena simply kept quiet without wanting to chat with Alex. Shiena wanted Alex to know herself who had always rejected her. But it looks like Alex is quite persistent and unyielding.

Arriving at the courtyard of the house, Shiena immediately got down from the car. Shiena walked quickly inside the house.

Unfortunately, his leg suddenly suffered a cramp. Although it has been declared recovered by the doctor, but sometimes the pain often comes at the wrong time.

"She, aren't you papa?" Alex panicked because Shiena was holding her leg.

"It's okay. I'm just..."

Shiena replied, Alex immediately carried Shiena's body.

"Sister! What the hell? Get me down!" Shiena.

"Will not! You're in pain again, She. Don't have any prestige why?"

Alex keeps Shiena inside the house.

The romantic-looking scene was accidentally captured by Willy's two neutrals who came to visit Shiena. His hands clenched at the sight of his best friend so close to Shiena.

"So it's true that you'll be with Alex, She. Would you be happier if you were with him? You can even come that close to him. In the past, you were very limited to the opposite sex. Is your love for me over, She?"

With a giant step, Willy went back into Renata's car who was willing to drive him. Renata puts her feelings aside for a moment to help Willy.

"What's up, Will? How come back again?"

Willy shook his head. Renata saw a look of sadness on Willy's face.

"Maybe it's true what Yitno's father said. I must let Shiena go..."
