Chapter 58 - Playing the Heart

Davin could not focus on work after finding out if he met Devina again. Davin did not expect that Devina would be back in her life.

"Geez!" Davin rubbed his face rough.

"What is this sign? Why did I.. meet Devina again when I was married to Wilona?"

Davin observes Devina who is learning about her work with Romi from her room. They look familiar and joke around with each other.

"Ck, Romi's really excited? Why is she doing it with Devina!" Davin grumbled in annoyance while clenching his hands.

One day has passed. The hours of office have arrived. Davin deliberately follows Devina's steps to return home. Davin wants to know what Devina's life is like without her.

At Devina's age, she should have had one child if she married Davin. But it turns out Devina managed to pursue her dream to university and get a pretty good job in the same company as Davin.

"Yumuuuu!" greet Devina was carefree when she arrived home.

Davin saw from a distance the figure of his mother-in-law in the past.

"You're home yet? What was your first day of work?"

"Umm, fun, Mom. His office friends are also kind and friendly."

The next day, Davin meets Devina again. It turned out that the girl was waiting for the bus in front of her alley.

Davin who saw Devina took the initiative to give her a ride. But when the car was about to stop, suddenly the motor appeared from behind him and immediately stopped right in front of Devina.

Devina is seen scanning the appearance of the biker.

"Come with me! Than you're late for waiting for the bus."

Romi laughed. "I don't have a boyfriend, Dev. Come aboard!"

With pleasure, Devina hugged Romi until he arrived at the office. While Davin, growling annoyed at the intention to approach Devina failed Romi, his best friend. But at this time, Romi is only one of Davin's men and is not a friend.

Arriving at the office, several employees had teased Devina and Romi who came together.

"Ehem!" Davin cleared his throat behind Devina who was about to enter the employee elevator.

"Sir Davin! Please, Sir!" Devina greets Davin kindly.

Devina laughed a little. Laughter that is so sweet and rarely seen by Davin after they married first.

"Yes, sir. Where are you going? It's time to go home."

Davin scratched his nape awkwardly.

"You... Who's home?"

Devina and Davin enter the same elevator. It just so happens that other employees have gone home and Devina is left who just finished completing the job.

"Are you not afraid to take the bus alone?"

Davin again lost. And when Devina got out of the elevator and said goodbye, Davin just stared at Devina's back that was getting away.
