161. The Protagonist Who Decides Not to Turn Away

Why did I forget those memories?  Powerless memories as one of the orphanages.  Memories of where our Mother Panti had to go around the street in the heat of the sun for a bite of our rice about the indifference of the government and the people to the fate of our orphanage.

Why did I forget those memories? The figure of a sister who always accompanied me in solitude when people ignored us, blasphemed us, and even insulted us.  The figure of a sister who is so important to me.  For protecting me, she suffered being kidnapped with me.

Why did I forget those memories?  Suffering as children who are treated like merchandise.  We are trained and prepared without regard to our wishes.  We were left hungry, in pain, in agony, and when we had the slightest outbreak, we would soon be discarded as a broken product.

Eleven years ago, why did I forget my identity without knowing that a child felt so guilty that the identity of my happiness had to be exchanged for the suffering he should have felt?  I never hated that kid, after all, it wasn't his wish that his parents traded us.

I had absolutely no idea what the child was feeling after experiencing firsthand that precognitive view.  I can only see it through the screen of his memory of my suffering because of it.  However, the me who was in that precognitive view, was clearly different from the current me.  It was all thanks to the boy.

I too, without knowing it, continued to inherit a determination that came out of nowhere in my heart, removing the bullying and neglect of the weak.  After seeing his precognitive views, I more or less understood.  It was as my upayak or arguably as my guilt on the other figure of me in that precognitive view.

However, the me here is different from the me there.  I can defend myself to defend myself.  I have so much money and power that no one dares to bully me.  I had so many sincere friends that I never felt lonely.  And I also have a family, where I share warmth.

But what is this?  Even with everything I have right now, I again fail to protect what is important to me.  Because of my abandonment, I let Dios be undermined by a guilt she shouldn't feel.  He was so desperate to save me because I could not see the danger before his eyes.

Even because of that, I had to ruin the brother I loved so dearly for the second time.  Wrapped in an unbearable heartache.  I'm so stupid.

I even caused the deaths of people who shouldn't have been involved in my problems.  It was all because of my abandonment.

The sword thrust towards Kaiser.  Andika swiftly advanced in front of Kaiser, about to swallow him with her black aura.  However, Kaiser immediately pulled Andika back.

If I don't act now, then Andika and I will definitely be killed by the sword.  Not only us, but also Brother Danial, Brother Bianca, Loki, and Fero who were also in this place will be killed instantly.  I have to do something.

“Kaiser, what is...” Said Andika who was astonished about why Kaiser actually pulled her back.

However, Andika immediately gasped at the strange shape of the eight in the two blue eyeballs belonging to Kaiser.

Instantly, beams of white light spread around Kaiser, gnawing at every water sword Lu Shou had, in the end, became a white light.  The white light files were also penetrated into the water seal artifact.  Gradually, the artifact began to crack.

“Fucking boy!  What are you doing?!”  Lu Shou was angry and then took out his spiritual weapon in the form of a water sword that had a larger size that could not be compared to the water sword created or stored in the water seal.

That weapon was thrown by Lu Shou towards Kaiser.  Kaiser tries to form a shield from the collection of light.  However, since he rarely practiced using it, he became unfamiliar with it, and, as a result, he,

“Slash!”

The sword managed to scratch Kaiser's eyes.  However, the weapon also turned into a beam of white rays, seeming to blend with the others.  But that's enough.  The power of Kaiser's white light beams no longer seemed to be wild.

“Kaiser!”  Seeing that Kaiser was injured, Bianca shouted in panic while running towards Kaiser while attacking Lu Shou with her gun.  However Lu Shou managed to fend it off using the water sword stored inside the water seal cube.

Lu Shou then counterattacked as soon as Bianca no longer hit him with bullets, but apparently Kaiser this time managed to form a shield of light to protect Bianca.  With that final attack on Bianca, the water seal artifact that had cracked it, finally broke into pieces.

Surprisingly, the giant water seal that surrounds the entire floor of the tower does not go away.  It seemed, all the moves stored in the water seal artifact that was successfully released, would not be lost, even though the water seal had been destroyed.

Perhaps when Bianca shot the water seal artifact and the water sword lost its shape, it was because the water style was formed externally by the artifact, and not the one stored by the artifact itself.

“Currently, we both lost cards to attack, Brother Lu Shou.”  Kaiser also said.

The white beam of light that surrounded Kaiser's eyes seemed to make him heal gradually.  However, Kaiser was no longer able to carry out attacks at this time.  On the other hand, neither Lu Shou's water seal artifact nor spiritual weapon had vanished.  At first glance it seems they are at a dead end point where both of their cards have been used up all.

But in that situation, Lu Shou smiled bitterly.  Seeing that, Andika and Bianca stood in front of Kaiser to prepare to protect him.

From behind Lu Shou then appeared a wheel with seven swords coiled on it.  Seventh position of the sword is not symmetrical.  However, if examined, the wheel should contain eight swords, which therefore now appear to be symmetrical.

It was likely that the last sword Lu Shou threw was part of it judging from its exact size and shape as the other seven swords.

“You think my spiritual weapon is only one, boy!  Unfortunately, I have eight.”

Saying that, with a cruel smile, Lu Shou released the other seven swords.  Kaiser also re-formed shields from a collection of beams of light that each protected him, Andika, Bianca, including Loki, Fero, and Danial who also fainted in the place.

“Death, Damn boy!”  Shouted Lu Shou furiously as he increasingly continued to attack the surroundings intensely.

But Lu Shou forgot.  Kaiser possesses another terrifying power that he is completely unaware of his mode of activation passively protecting himself, the Chain of Command.

The water droplets that had soaked the floor originally came from the pool of water vapor he had formed into a sword using his water seal ability, dipping his feet and somehow due to what misfortune, he had, the momentum of his own sword attack caused him to bounce to the point of hitting a giant water seal that he had formed himself around the entire floor of the tower.

Lu Shou was interested and almost drowned in his own nurse.  However, Kaiser immediately ran over and pulled Lu Shou's hand and pulled her out of the water seal.

However, the unexpected happened.  Lu Shou stabbed Kaiser right in the heart.  From Kaiser's mouth came blood, followed by his nose, eyes, and ears.
