163. Final Decision of the Black Joker Massacre

What do you think a punishment is worth giving to a murderer?  If it was me twelve hours ago who was asked that question, then I would have answered with the death penalty.

There is no punishment more worthy of one who takes the life of another lightly than to avenge it with death as painful as that of his victims.

Of course it must be like that then it is fair for the victims who go there with a feeling of resentment when the rest of their time in the world must be forcibly taken with injustice.

My brother Jeynal, certainly did not escape from it.  For the sake of justice towards Senior Aleka, Senior Rihana, Senior Araka, Senior Silva, Senior Riandra, Senior Tirta, Senior Dirga, and everyone who has been the victim of my brother, my brother must accept his punishment.
