87. Loki's Power

Lokriatul Wijayakusuma's.  An awakened level F who had been able to keep his strength secret from Airi and all the other cultivators through the wind seal of his ancestral heritage.  The inheritance is the only one in her family.  In the Loki family itself, there was a level E and 3 level F person, but among all those people, there was a level E, It was Loki who had inherited that ancestral treasure that was not even passed down to the strength-type E-level cultivators in his family, including F-level cultivators, the son of the current family leader.

Such was the special power of Loki that he was chosen to hold the inheritance.

At first, he was also unaware of his powers and only thought that his abilities were a type of low-potential force because he was also able to manipulate the chakras from the outside through his eyes to make the object turn slightly.

With his expertise, he was asked by the government to uncover various crime cases since he was in 6th grade Elementary School.  However, in order to activate his strength, the conditions were quite complicated.

First, the person must look into his eyes.

Second, the person must have strong enough emotions directed at him whether it is positive emotions such as feelings of like, happiness, etc., as well as negative emotions such as revenge, anger, humiliation, and so on, et cetera.

And third, the person's mental state must be unstable.  The more unstable a person's mental state, the more likely the future can be seen from the person.

That was why, he had to do such an extreme to make Kaiser meet all three conditions.  But Kaiser is apparently able to control his emotions well and mentally strong enough that it is difficult to be influenced by Loki's power.  Loki is forced to provoke Kaiser even deeper to draw negative emotions from Kaiser while lowering his mental state.

Instead of positive emotions, negative emotions from a person are more easily obtained in a weak mental state.  That's why, rather than targeting Kaiser's positive emotions, it's easier to target his negative emotions.

After fighting for a long time, Kaiser's emotions opened up.  Loki was jolted with those emotions.  It is not anger, betrayal, or resentment that arises, but the desire to protect.  Yes, a positive emotion.

[What does this Young Master think?]  Loki thought to himself.

However, he had not been able to apply his abilities as Kaiser's mental state was still stable.  Therefore, before the door of emotion was closed, he immediately continued to provoke Kaiser with even sharper words.  And finally, after Kaiser listened to the remark, ‘Are you not afraid of being betrayed?’, his mental state dropped and Loki was able to slip deep into Kaiser's mind and read through the thousands of possible futures he had in mind.

But among those thousands of possibilities, not a single Kaiser thought of killing him after doing such a thing to him.  Let alone killing, no desire to hurt.  In fact, it is very natural that there will be at least one or two chances that someone will curse someone to die if hurt.  But not for Kaiser.  All his thoughts were directed towards how Loki was unharmed.

Whether Loki should laugh, whether he should cry, Loki himself did not know.  On one hand he blasphemed Kaiser for being too naive, but on the other he admired him for his innocent kindness.

No one knows the details of Loki's power other than himself.  He deliberately kept the details secret to become his weapon later.  That was the reason, he only explained as necessary to Fero.

“So that's my conclusion.  Kaiser isn't the black joker serial killer.”  Loki replied firmly to Fero.

Fero seemed silent, considering Loki's analysis carefully.  Loki glanced at Fero.  He continued saying,

“More important than that, Brother!”

“Ya?”  Spontaneous answer Fero who was thrown out of his own mind.

“Yes, that's right.  However, only traces of his encounter in Japan were recorded on camera.  No suspicious activity from them during in Indonesia other than business matters import goods.”

“Cute me.”

Loki then took his cousin to a room in his house.  The room is quite hidden on the roof so that if you only see the house at a glance, it will not be discovered if there is a hidden room on the roof.

After pulling a string of decorative lights in one of the large rooms in his house by using a long hook to reach him, a wooden ladder wrapped around a rope fell from behind the decorative lamp where the decorative lamp itself appeared to have sunk onto the roof.

Loki then climbed the stairs and signaled Fero to follow him.

There was a complicated expression behind Fero's face.  Perhaps, because he also did not expect the existence of the secret room.

It was a photo of Tirta Wahyunusa's transaction with the Kanzaki clan.  But looking different from those owned by the police who only recorded traces of their meeting at Tokyo airport, a photo belonging to Loki appears to be located inside the headquarters of the Kanzaki clan itself.

“Why can you have this photo?”  Ask Fero curiously.

Loki then once again glanced at Fero.

“Hahahaha.”  Loki laughs.

“They simply do not understand that there are ability users who can directly peek into someone's memory without having to force the target using their tongue.  Then with my eye's ability to drain the chakra, I can modify the AgCl on the film's negative to form the image I imagined.  The rest, the rest is printed into photos as usual, and become photos as you hold it.”
