Make Me

Thomas is haunted by regret and worry that is very much because Ruby does not come. By Maghrib, the ceiling had darkened even though there was still some sunlight.

"What are you doing there?" Ruby suddenly came while carrying a small bamboo basket with a rope.

"Darling!!" Thomas stood up and hugged Ruby.

"Hahaha are you crying?" Ruby laughed out loud.

Ruby told me where she was going. When he walked, he found a path that seemed to have been passed by humans often. There are even wheel tracks as well, whether motor or bicycle wheels.

"What did you bring?" Thomas opened the contents of the Ruby basket.

"I picked it up in the middle of the forest. This forest is still very beautiful, there are many plants that we can eat here," Ruby showed the vegetables she got from the middle of the forest.

"I love you" Thomas hugged Ruby very tightly.

"Me too" Ruby smiled at Thomas's behavior.

After they talked about their problem last afternoon with cold heads, they finally made up. That day for the first time after they were dating, they had a big fight. Fortunately, all of this can be resolved soon.

"I'm going to cook dinner" Ruby walked up to the hut to pick up the ingredients so she could cook. Thomas followed Ruby behind him.

"This chicken we just spend now," Ruby began to cultivate chicken meat that began not fresh anymore.

"Darling, I wasn't satisfied talking about the matter before" Thomas said.

"We'll talk later. After cooking I'll take a shower. Why is the weather so hot?" Ruby was astonished by the rapid change in weather.

"All right," Thomas helped Ruby fry the chicken. Ruby cuts tomatoes and other seasonings. They make fried chicken with sambal for dinner.

"I feel at home. Complete food is available, here is also quite comfortable. I don't feel like I'm being kidnapped hahahaha," Ruby laughed to herself. Thomas only smiled to see Ruby's behavior because actually in Thomas' heart there is still much he wanted to know about his lover. I don't know what the man who kidnapped Ruby and Thomas thought so they were given good facilities and good food. Although only a hut, the name in it there is a soft mattress and thick blankets that look from a famous brand.

Finished frying the chicken and making sambal, they ate the fried chicken with instant rice which is still very much in number.

"I take a shower first" Ruby got up from her seat and went to the hut to pick up clothes.

"Honey, wait. I'm gonna take a shower, too" Thomas followed Ruby.

As it was dark, Thomas was worried about Ruby if she went alone. Moreover, the river flow is quite heavy that night, although not as hard as this morning.

"You don't see me" Ruby was shy.

At the river they began to take off their clothes. Ruby turned her back on Thomas, and vice versa. Ruby brushed her teeth, starting to use soap and shampoo on her hair.

"Hm," Thomas suddenly hugs Ruby.

"Geez, baby" Ruby was shocked and almost fell over.

Shamefully Ruby let go of Thomas' embrace.

"I'll rinse my hair first" Ruby made an excuse.

"Do I need to help you?" Thomas offers help to rinse the rest of the shampoo in Ruby's hair.

"It's okay, I can do it myself. Finish the bath," Ruby said.

"I'm done" replied Thomas.

"Dispose of your clothes" Ruby tried to find a way to keep Thomas from seeing her.

"Not to be ashamed. I've seen it anyway" Thomas said with a laugh.

Ruby patted Thomas on the chest in embarrassment. And finally Thomas helps Ruby rinse her hair.

"Done. Let's put your clothes on," Ruby said. He tried to walk out of the water, with a little pain from stepping on the river stones, he reached the river bank. Right on a big rock they put their clothes on.

"Well," Thomas reached out to Ruby. He went up to the big rock and sat there after putting on his pants.

"No. I want to wear my clothes" Ruby refused.

"What are you doing? It's so cold here" Ruby grabbed her clothes and woke up.

"I missed you. All day you left me, " said Thomas.

Thomas's hand rubbed Ruby's head with wet hair. The touch of Thomas's hand plus the cold air made Ruby's body even more goosebumps.

Thomas misses his girlfriend so much because they rarely part for long periods of time. Thomas continued to look at Ruby which made Ruby confused.

"Wanna play the game again?" ask Thomas.

"Of course" Ruby couldn't turn down Thomas' offer.

Ruby almost shouted.

Thomas enjoyed the atmosphere where the silence of the cold night plus the gurgling of the river water and the screams of Ruby that broke the night made his mood happy. Water runs down Ruby's legs and Thomas finishes the game.

"Honey," Thomas lifted Ruby's body and carried her towards the hut.

Ruby dried her hair and wore thick clothes.

"My dear," Thomas kissed Ruby's cheek.

Ruby looked at Thomas with a spoiled look. He pushed Thomas into the bed and lay down next to him.

In his thick warm clothes, Ruby slept on Thomas's chest. Tickling Thomas' stomach with his nosy finger made Thomas so keen.

"Why don't you finish?" ask Ruby.

"You want to continue?" Thomas looked at Ruby with excitement.

"Of course, my dear," replied Ruby who felt their game stopped halfway.

Thomas and Ruby shouted while laughing loudly. They didn't care if anyone heard the commotion they were making.

About 15 minutes they were playing around until finally a loud sky rumble stopped them.

"Oh, stop it," cried Ruby.

"It's raining again huh" Thomas said as he looked at the glassless wooden window.

"Well if this keeps our escape plan going awry," Ruby enjoyed the night very much but was a little worried their escape plan would be blocked by the storm.

"Oh God. Thomas!" Ruby bit Thomas' arm.

"I'll finish the game I started" Thomas whispered to Ruby.

Ruby who understood Thomas's intentions only resigned to accept his second defeat that night.

"Well, I'm the winner" Thomas hugged Ruby tightly.

Their game ended that night.

Some time goes by in silence. Thomas and Ruby were still hugging each other, staring at each other and expressing their feelings of love.

"Honey. You worried?" Thomas laughs.

"Hahahaha let it go. Safe," replied Ruby.

"Let's make a deal" Ruby said.

"A deal about what?" Thomas was curious.

"From now on, the slightest problem that occurs between us must be communicated. We can't be quiet with each other" Ruby explained.

"alright. I agree, dear," replied Thomas, hugging Ruby tightly.

The day full of emotions that were quite draining ended that night. The game they played on that day was also enough to make them tired and fall asleep in the middle of the storm that hit again.
