the rings

With a pale face, Felix woke up from his sleep. The nightmare that he experienced felt so real, fortunately Andy who had been awake since this morning sitting on Felix's body.

"You why?" ask Andy in his small voice.

"Dream only. Where's my boyfriend?" Felix asked because he did not see Ruby beside him.

"So Bubi's sister cooked," Andy replied.

"Who is Bubi hahaha," Felix burst into laughter.

"I mean Andy it's me. Ruby becomes Bubi," Ruby comes carrying two bowls of porridge.

"Eat first" Ruby served two bowls of porridge to Andy and Felix.

"You still owe me Bubi's story" seduced Felix.

"Good, okay. I'll tell you later but not in front of her" Ruby replied as she glanced at Andy.

Andy ate his porridge voraciously then he came back to play.

"Andy takes a shower first" Ruby has prepared warm water for Andy so he wants to take a bath.

"I'll take a shower myself" Andy who had taken off his clothes ran towards the bathroom while Ruby prepared a change of clothes for Andy.

Cring.. Cring..

Ruby's house phone rang, because he was busy preparing clothes, Felix picked up the phone.

"Hello, good morning," said Felix.

"Hello, it's Kylie."

"Oh, hi. Where're you?" ask Felix.

"I have business. You can take care of Andy first, right?" Kylie's worried.

"Just calm. Andy is safe with us" Felix gave an answer that calmed Kylie down.

"Then it's old, yeah" Kylie turned off her phone.

Just walking a few steps, Ruby's home phone rang again. Felix picked up the phone again.

"Hello Ruby, I'm not leaving Amy for a few days. Please pick him up, "the person who spoke to Felix didn't give Felix a chance to say hello.

"Hello brother, this is Felix. I'll go get Amy" Felix replied.

"Oh Felix. Well thank you. Please hurry yeah," big brother Ruby sounded a little rushed. Then he hung up the phone.

"Honey, I'll pick Amy up for a second" Felix exclaimed from below. Ruby who still takes care of Andy doesn't seem to hear. Felix leaves Ruby and Andy both at home.

It was already 10 in the morning but the sun was shining dimly covered in thick cloudy clouds.

"Amy," call Felix.

Amy immediately appeared carrying two large bags and a backpack.

"A lot of your stuff" Felix helped Amy with her stuff.

"Because I'm going to stay a long time" Amy replied cheerfully.

"I picked Amy up because I'm going home for a long time. Please tell Ruby not to worry about me" Amy's mother said.

"alright. Please be careful" Felix said.

Amy's mother just smiled.

Arriving home, Andy who had finished bathing was playing with Ruby. Amy immediately joins them while Felix brings Amy's belongings to the upstairs room.

"Amy, are you staying a long night?" ask Andy.

"really. So we can play every day" Amy replied.

"Learn too" added Ruby.

"Darling, these kids are going to sleep with us" Ruby told Felix of her wishes.

"No problem. After all the mattress kits are big," Felix replied.

"You guys play first. I'm gonna have a chat with Felix," Ruby shut the door and locked it from the inside then she sat on the couch with Felix while watching the kids play.

"Yesterday when I went to talk about the script, I saw the blue sedan but I was normal. But when I drove Ava home I felt the sedan was following me. So I tested it by going to the museum and the sedan was following me" Ruby said.

"And when we went out together the sedan followed me. It means that every time I go he's got to be there" he added.

"But why?" Felix was worried.

"don't know. On the beach, he also exists. I was alone at the time and the man was there. But he didn't hurt me" Ruby said

"What's the purpose of him following you?" Felix curious.

"Kylie gave me the news. She was informed that the blue sedan belonged to Ann's husband" Ruby replied.

"That sect? Now he's spying on you?" Felix can't believe he's mixed with worry.

"Rubber. But isn't it strange that the sect leader went down straight away," Ruby invites Felix to play solve the mystery.

"Why can he come down directly just to spy on you," Felix was made even more curious.

"He's looking for a woman. That's why yesterday I said about the dead woman in front of him" Ruby gave the answer that Felix had been waiting for since yesterday.

"By the way about the blue sedan. I think I saw him when I picked up Amy" Felix said.

"I've guessed but I think he just needs information from me. So I had to figure out a way so I could convince her that the woman she was looking for had died without speaking directly to her," Ruby spoke as she played her lips.

"What if we make a drama?" bring Felix.

"I'll prepare it. I'll tell you later" Felix took his phone and was seen calling.

Meanwhile Ava contacts Ruby and asks to be picked up in front of the alley because she is afraid to go in by herself after Ruby tells her about the blue sedan. Ruby walked out of the house towards the highway. Ava accompanied by her lover was already there waiting for Ruby. And it's true that a blue sedan is parked there. This is a golden opportunity for Ruby to tell about the death of the pregnant woman.

"I'm scared because of your story" Ava said after meeting Ruby.

"What a pity that woman. She died of a miscarriage" Ruby turned her face grim.

"Huh? A miscarriage?" Ava looks surprised because Ruby only talks about the woman killed without knowing what caused the woman to die.

A man got out of the blue sedan and sat in front of his car. The old man was wearing neat clothes and a hat.

Ruby pretends not to see and deliberately doesn't tell Ava so she doesn't panic.

Something made of metal could be heard falling onto the street in the alley. A small round object rolled and stopped at Ruby's feet. A ring with a blue jewel, Ruby turned around and the man was now behind her.

"Is this ring yours, sir?" ask Ruby.

"really. Thank you for taking it for me, good girl" replied the man.

"Sama-sama," Ruby replied with her sweet smile.

Ruby and Ava walk into Ruby's house casually, Ava is unaware of the presence of the man Ruby told her about yesterday.

Ruby put her phone in her pocket,breathing was relieved because very useful information entered at a very precise time so that Ruby could directly inform the woman's death information in detail in front of the old man who always followed her.

He wondered if after this the man would still follow him?
