"Thomas!? How do you know my house?" Ruby was so astonished.

"Ava, thanks for the help you offered. I'll continue on my own" Thomas said.

"alright. I'm leaving now. I'm waiting for some good news from you guys" Ava said, walking into the alley.

"Don't worry about it. Ava's boyfriend was waiting for her in front of the alley," said Thomas, who seemed to be able to read Ruby's mind, who was confused by who Ava would come home to remember Ava's house was quite far from his home.

Ruby's heart was racing. He was very curious about what happened because Ava had not told him much.

"Where did Ava tell you? I forgot," said Thomas.

Nervously Ruby answered Thomas's question.

"Ava says you're more interested in me than Evelyn is" Ruby replied.

"Ah yes. That's right," Thomas smiled.

"How come? I don't understand any of this. Thomas, explain it to me." Ruby said.

"Actually at the beginning of class I was interested in you. I mean, you're silent but when you answer questions you're always right. I thought you were a smart and attractive woman. Plus your pretty face. Who doesn't like it?" Thomas smiles.

"Didn't you like Evelyn?" ruby's astonishment is still not gone.

"Yes originally. I don't know why I'm more comfortable around you and actually this afternoon when I was confiding in the library I just wanted to make sure about you" Thomas replied.

"Sure what?" ask Ruby.

"My feeling" Thomas answered briefly.

Thomas's answer made Ruby's feelings increasingly jumbled between joy and confusion.

"I know you've been approached by a lot of guys, even our classmate Albert. But I also know that you have no feelings for her, just friends" Thomas said.

"Actually in class it wasn't just Albert that approached me," Ruby revealed one of her secrets again.

"Who? I think my rival in the class has fallen one turns out there is more," Thomas's facial expression implies that he is a little disappointed.

"I'm more uninterested in her," Ruby laughed out loud.

"Who is that guy? I was very curious" said Thomas.

"You'll know for yourself" Ruby kept a secret about who approached her.

They chatted for hours. There is no boredom between them but Thomas has not expressed his desire to formalize the relationship because he knows Ruby is still in a state of confusion. Especially after getting information from Ruby's closest friends, Thomas is more careful. Eventually the sun sinks, Thomas returns home from Ruby's house.

It's morning. Neighboring chickens are heard crowing in the middle of the bustle of the city. Ruby can't wait to get to campus, no matter what she feels excited about. As usual, Ruby reflected and then asked a lot of questions in his reflection in the mirror. Why am I so excited today? Is it because of Thomas?

He did not expect Thomas to return his feelings. But then he asked again. Why did almost every man she came into contact with like Evelyn? Then he laughed to himself.

Ruby's phone is vibrating. There's a message from Thomas. Ruby immediately jumped onto the bed and grabbed her phone.

"For Ruby" Thomas said in a message.

"For Thomas. What's up?" ruby asked because Thomas had never previously greeted Ruby this early. He thought there was something important Thomas wanted to say.

"It's okay. I just wanted to say hello" Thomas replied.

They chat until noon discussing various things until something that is not important they discuss.

"Thomas, it's noon. We better get ready to go to college" Ruby suggested.

"Alright I'll get ready too. I'll see you on campus, Ruby" Thomas said.

Ruby goes to class with Ava. In class, many other friends were chatting as if they were unaware of their presence. Ruby glanced at the back bench where her friends were sitting. Thomas smiled at Ruby.

Ruby glanced at Reno gesturing for him to be silent. But Reno's behavior is even more so. He nudged Thomas, who was sitting next to him, telling Thomas to sit in front with Ruby. Thomas looked timid but he wanted to sit next to Ruby.

Friends watch Thomas's reverberation.

"That's Thomas. Move ahead," seduced Reno.

Suddenly the teacher came. The lesson begins.

Second course is over. Ruby's friends went to the cafeteria downstairs. After the meal, they planned to work on the task together because the lecturers of today's course taught only briefly. Ruby and some of her friends stayed in the classroom.

"Friends let's take a photo together" Reno asked. Reno is one of Ruby's classmates who is also familiar with her.

Five children came to the front of the class and took pictures there. There's Albert, Thomas, Gina, Evelyn and Reno. Ava asked for a photo.

They started posing, Thomas was behind Evelyn.

"Here's Thomas, closer" Evelyn said.

Thomas was closer to Evelyn. Ruby who really does not like to take pictures just sit in the witness. Thomas and Evelyn are getting closer.

Ruby took her bag and went outside the classroom with teary eyes. Before opening the door he turned to Thomas and Ava. Ava rushes to pick up her bag and catches up with Ruby.

There was a loud noise of people opening the door violently, It turned out to be Thomas.

Ruby went down to the ground floor, Thomas watched from above. His face was pale, sweaty when he just came out of the room full AC.

"Thomas looked panicked" Ava said.

"That's it," replied Ruby.

"You jealous?" ask Ava.

"Some," Ruby answered briefly.

"I don't like Evelyn," Ava suddenly said something quite surprising to Ruby.

Ruby was actually very curious as to why Ava did not like Evelyn. He wanted to ask why, but felt bad for fear of making Ava uncomfortable if Ruby asked for personal problems. But without asking, Ava said it herself.

"I feel like Evelyn's an easy woman. Don't cry, listen to my story. Wanna?" ava asked while holding Ruby's hand down the stairs.

Thomas was still observing them and then entered the classroom. He runs out of class and catches up with Ruby and Ava. But when it was close to them, Thomas just followed from behind.

Ava learns that Thomas is behind them and she uncovers her intention of telling Ruby.

"Hi you guys," said a friend who called the three of them.

"See our new partner. Keep it together" Reno teases Ruby and Thomas.

"What pair? We are not a couple" replied Ruby.

Yesterday Ruby was just quietly said to be dating Thomas, it made the whole class believe that Ruby and Thomas were indeed dating. Plus Thomas' statement in front of the lecturer and his friends who said directly that they were dating. Ruby's statement made Reno shocked and her own best friend, Ava was also surprised. Thomas is panicking.

"You guys got into a fight?" Reno asks Thomas in front of Ruby and Ava.

Thomas was silent and looked at Ruby. Ruby's eyes are still glazed. Thomas understands Ruby is jealous, he also feels guilty for Ruby.

"Thomas isn't my girlfriend" Ruby said.

"You're my girlfriend" Thomas answered the words Ruby had spoken to Reno.

These two people left Ava and Reno confused. Ruby left them.

"Have you made your choice?" asked a man who was suddenly beside Ruby.
