It was an exciting day for Ruby and Thomas as they were able to be together for a long time. Stay home and spend time together doing fun things that they love. Until one day, there was a woman who visited their house to ask the address of Ellen, Ruby's neighbor. He is a neighbor whom Ruby considers like her own mother. The woman visits in the middle of the night, and Ruby thinks it's natural that Ellen doesn't open the door because she's asleep. How thought. The next day, the woman came back, Ruby decided to drive the woman to Ellen's house by being secretly watched by Felix. Before, when he left Ruby just disappeared, Felix had seen the woman pacing in front of the alley.

Ruby walked into Ellen's yard, but no one could see her. The woman decides to leave, while the curious Ruby stays there accompanied by Felix, as she feels that Ellen is there. And it's true, Ellen was at home but she told Ruby to leave because it was dangerous. Since then Felix invites Ruby to go temporarily and look for a house to rent. Although still a student, both have their own income where Ruby is a writer while Felix works in his father's office. After going through a long debate because Ruby felt it did not endanger her, Ruby finally gave up and decided to come with Felix to find a rental house all vacation together. They leave too late in the afternoon and overnight on the road, eventually Ruby and Felix find a place to stay one day before continuing the journey to find a rental house the next day.

From here it all started. Ruby and Felix were initially happy because the motel-like place they were visiting was a very Ruby-like place where the motel was located in a suburb with a dense forest around it. Although still close to the city but there is still a lush forest. They decided to stay there one more day, until finally there were events that rattled the relationship between Ruby and Felix, but all of that they managed to pass. And when they wanted to go back, a tree fell and covered the only road they could go through to find a rental house. Felix and Ruby talk to the motel's owner, but he seems to be deliberately blocking Ruby and Felix from leaving the place. They realize that the place is not right, and there several times Ruby and Felix quarrel until Ruby feels fed up and wants to leave immediately. He contacted Thomas and asked for help to move the fallen tree, and Thomas came with four friends who were used to taking care of such things. Moving downed trees, trimming trees on public roads was their job, so Thomas took them to the motel for a fee. Thomas talks with Ruby and Felix after not getting permission to move the tree that is blocking the path. Meanwhile, Thomas' friends are in the car. But after Thomas checks, they disappear and can not be contacted. After Thomas sent a constant message, there was finally an answer that the four friends of Thomas had gone home first. This made Thomas feel relieved. He finally helps Ruby and Felix to leave the place after hearing that the sect is targeting Ruby and Thomas as offerings on the full moon. The information they got themselves from Anne, the sister of the motel owner who was also almost a victim at a similar ritual 10 years ago. Since then, Anne has been trying to help the three students trapped in the motel.

"We don't know either" replied Ken.

"Later how do we escape? There's only one car and one Bella's motorcycle while we're in numbers," Ruby realizes that Reno came to the motel in a truck instead of a truck.
