Are You Okay?

The bright morning has arrived. The sun has risen high enough, turns out to have been at 10 am. Ruby and Thomas were surprised to see some bloodstains on Ruby's thigh.

"Dear,blood!" thomas exclaimed as he pointed towards Ruby's thigh.

"Ah, that's okay dear," Ruby replied as she winked at Thomas.

"Is anyone sick?" Thomas looks a little worried.

"It's okay, baby. Why are you so worried?" Ruby laughed at Thomas's facial expression.

"I'm sorry" Thomas hugged Ruby tightly.

Thomas out the shack. It was a very sunny day, there was no cloudy like yesterday. Ruby wakes up from the bed but is prevented by Thomas.

"No. Today I cooked. Go to sleep, baby," Thomas laid Ruby back.

Ruby obeyed her lover's words. He went back to sleep and fell asleep quickly.

I heard the sound of falling down very hard. Ruby immediately woke up and ran out of the hut to see her lover.

"Honey," Thomas ran over to Ruby.

"What was that?" Ruby was very scared.

"Eitherway. I don't know either. I saw nothing" replied Thomas.

Thomas hurried back to where he was cooking, taking all the food and cooking he had made.

"Honey, help me get some firewood and kerosene, please" Thomas said.

Ruby was simply following what Thomas said. He took all the firewood and put it outside the hut where they slept.

"We'd better not go all the way from this hut. I feel bad" Thomas said.

"Darling, I changed my mind" Ruby said suddenly. Ruby's words left Thomas a little confused.

"Change your mind, dear?" Thomas did not understand Ruby's intentions.

"Today we're talking about having to run away or stay quiet here, right? I seem to agree with you now. We better stay here for a while. Besides this place is not too bad, food supplies are also very abundant" explained Ruby.

"Yes dear. I feel like something is awkward. Let's just stay here first" Thomas said.

They had breakfast together after taking care of the things they had just moved earlier.

"We'll just put some of it in here" Thomas said as he walked out.

Looks like Thomas really doesn't want to get out of that shack. He was worried about the safety of his lover and himself for sure.

"The signal here is very difficult yes," said Ruby who tried to open her Instagram.

"Yes dear. When I called you yesterday the signal was smooth but suddenly gone. Then again" replied Thomas.

After some time fiddling with his phone, Ruby finally managed to open his instagram. A lot of DMs go into Ruby's Instagram. Thomas keeps a close eye on Ruby playing his instagram.

"What's this?" Ruby was astonished to read the article sent by Kylie.

Her best friend called her dozens of times. But Thomas advised not to reply to messages from anyone.

"Honey, don't reply. Let no one know of our whereabouts" Thomas said.

"Why? If anyone knows it's possible that the police came to our rescue" Ruby replied.

"If it turns out we're hidden here because those people want to save us?" ask Thomas.

"I don't understand but I'm not going to reply" Ruby replied, looking for a signal to open the article sent by Kylie.

"Dear already. There's no signal" said Thomas, who pityed to see Ruby circling the room looking for a signal.

Ruby gives up and prefers to sleep on Thomas's lap.

"I felt a little tired and limp," Ruby said.

"of course. I'm not surprised" Thomas replied with a mischievous smile.

"All because of you" Ruby said as she touched Thomas's nose with her index finger.

They were kidding there. Discuss a lot of things, how they go to college and their families.

"Geez, we haven't told our families yet" Ruby said.

After checking her phone there were only dozens of incoming calls from Kylie and her other friends. Ruby's family didn't contact her. But it is common for Ruby because Ruby's family is a busy person, they are rarely news and may not know Ruby was kidnapped. But it feels impossible, because Ruby's niece must have realized Ruby's disappearance.

Ruby tried to call her parents but none of them picked up Ruby's phone. He then left a message for his parents.

Thomas did the same because Thomas' parents did not contact Thomas at all. There's just a call from Albert.

"It's important we survive first" replied Thomas.

Back there was a loud sound like a large object hitting a hard object.

The surprised Ruby tried to be calmed down by Thomas.

"No dear, I'm here" said Thomas.

Thomas put Ruby to sleep who had just woken up. Ruby forced her eyes to shut. Thomas continued to rub Ruby's head to make Ruby calmer. Ruby fell asleep in Thomas' arms.

Thomas also fell asleep.

Thomas suddenly woke up from his sleep when he heard the sound of a plastic bag as if swiped with something. But he was relieved because it was just a mouse that had entered their hut.

He went out of the hut, checked the area around there. After a few minutes of walking around, there was nothing strange or suspicious that he found. Everything looks the same as the situation before.

"Honey," call Ruby who woke up when Thomas left to leave her out of the hut.

"Ah, you're awake. I checked around this hut but there was nothing strange I found" Thomas replied.

"Would we better just run away?" Ruby is considering running away.

"Why have I been thinking about that since last night" Thomas said.

Ruby went into the hut, took all the groceries and things they needed. Not forgetting their phones.

"What are you doing?" thomas asked when he saw Ruby packing things.

"Let's go" replied Ruby.

Thomas only obeyed his lover because he felt something was wrong in that place. Even though they are fed well even mobile phones until the power bank is provided for them. But still, the thing they wanted the most was to go home.

While looking for a signal Ruby tried to contact her family because she was worried. He was afraid something might happen to his family, and related to his abduction.

Several times trying to contact his family, Ruby finally desperate. He then tried to contact Kylie.

Ruby's phone call to Kylie breaks the silence in the woods.

"Hello" replied someone whose voice was different from Kylie's.

"Kylie? You there?" ask Ruby.

"Ruby quickly left," shouted someone who seemed to be in the same place as the person who picked up Ruby's phone.

Instantly the phone connection was cut off. Ruby and Thomas tried to run as fast as possible away from the hut. They are increasingly convinced that something is wrong that is happening to them. On the one hand, Thomas had also tried to contact his family but just like Ruby, there was no response from the Thomas family.

"I'm glad I'm tired" Ruby said.

"We'll just rest here" Thomas put the things he brought and took Ruby.

"What's really going on?" ask Ruby about Thomas. Although Ruby actually knew that Thomas also did not know what the answer to Ruby's question.

"I don't know. What is clear is that I love you so much" Thomas replied, hugging his girlfriend.

For a moment the atmosphere was not too tense, they were busy chatting with each other and forgetting what happened to them.

"good. Where do we go next?" now Ruby is confused because she does not know where to run.

"We'll just wander around this place. I think it's pretty safe here. There are springs too" Thomas suggested.

They were going around the place. For an hour or so they searched for clues until they finally found the path.

"Honey, this seems like a road that is often traveled," Ruby said as she pointed at the path.

"That means this place is indeed often passed by people," said Thomas.

Suddenly Ruby pulled Thomas's hand and galloped to where they had rested earlier.

In a big tree they did not know his name, they sat down. There were bushes covering the tree. Next to it was a spring and some fruit plants.

"What dear?" Thomas does not understand Ruby's behavior.

"No," replied Ruby with a pale face.

"What's? Say it!" Thomas tried to persuade.

"No dear" Ruby hugged Thomas.

"Are you okay?" now Thomas is worried about Ruby.
