A week went by and today is Maria's check-up schedule. The doctor just arrived at Tjandra's residence. Without waiting for a long time various procedures are carried out. During that time Gibran faithfully accompanied Mary to completion.
Something has changed for Gibran. I don't know, Maria feels Gibran's aura is not what it used to be. After weeping violently in Mary's arms last week, Gibran was often found daydreaming alone. The man is also often unfocused on some things.
What's wrong with Gibran? Why has he looked a little moody lately? It was as if a fog of sadness was encircling above his head.
"The development is very good. You could have healed faster than expected." The doctor said as he tidied whatever equipment was in his bag.
"I'll excuse you then. Come on, Mrs."
Gibran only nodded briefly and let the waiter take the doctor downstairs. He turned his back, which had been leaning against the wall, and walked over to Mary, who was sitting on the long sofa of their room.
"Is anything painful?"
Maria nodded with a smile. "I've been used to it for a long time."
Gibran. "You'll get well soon." He then put his hand on Mary's stomach. "No movement yet, huh?"
"No, Koko. I told you last week."
Gibran smiled. "Forgot."
Maria has no voice anymore. He let Gibran who seemed to want to linger touch his stomach. Gibran is not the type of person who likes to talk, let alone talk to himself.
Almost never did Mary find Gibran invite their future children to talk, as some other couples often do, including in dramas or movies though.
Gibran would only be silent with an interested and curious gaze. Often Mary also found an enthusiastic look in her eyes.
Drama ...
"Shop."
"Hm?" Gibran was still focusing on the warm belly of Mary. He did not stop rubbing as if he was reluctant to take his hand from there.
"About Switzerland ..."
Gibran looked up. Her net was fixedly staring at Maria.
"Why is there something strange" he continued. "I feel like there's a memory of that country, but I also don't know more clearly what."
"What?"
"I don't know. Suddenly many foreign voices just milling about. Like ... My conversation with a guy?" Mary sounded a little doubtful.
Gibran. Then she put on a thin smile and rubbed her hand on Mary's stomach. "Maybe it's just your imagination because it's too late in the storyline."
"Then yes?"
"Don't think too much, you might faint like that time. You don't feel sorry for our son?"
What Gibran said is true. Mary should not think of unnecessary things.
Maria took a breath and smiled. He nodded in agreement with Gibran's words.
Mary's eyes puffed up as Gibran revealed his dress upward. "What do you want?"
"I want to feel your stomach."
Maria's breath was relieved. He thinks Gibran will ask for something yes. Mary's aching hand could not accept the shock, and Gibran seemed to understand it.
"It's hard, yeah." Gibran sounded muttering.
"What's hard?"
"Your stomach."
Maria looked at Gibran strangely. "What does Koko think?"
Gibran grimaced with a grin. "I think a pregnant woman's stomach will feel soft to the touch. But from the beginning of your gestational age, your stomach is hard."
Maria clucked. "If it's soft not the baby."
"Continue?"
Gibran chuckled small. He kissed Mary's navel several times. Maria let that. Gibran's face looks brighter than it did a few days ago.
"Soko still doesn't want a story?"
Gibran. It seems like Maria's question managed to make her back cloudy. Maria went awry, shouldn't she force Gibran.

Tok.
"Lake in."
A man in black suit with a distinctive emblem appeared in the doorway.
David Willis gestured the woman on his lap to get out quickly. The woman went down and left the room.
"What's wrong?" david asked the man.
Don, one of Willis' confidants who has always been relied upon in various ways, enters and stops about a few yards from David.
Looking down, the man said. "Some security devices in a number of branches were in chaos. We are still researching to find out what happened" he said.
David sipped his cigar slowly, then exhaled it until the puff of smoke spread. "Is anyone trying to break into the company?"
"Yes, Sir. Not just official companies, all of our dark business is going through the same thing."
Hearing that, David grinned. Looks like he knows who did it. "His mood he acted faster than expected" he murmured while chuckling.
"Go away. Have them hit back at the attack."
Don nodded obediently. "Good, Sir."
He also quickly went out to carry out David's orders. David laughed in his room. He leaned arrogantly back sipping the cigar in hand.
"Montser IT is demonstrating its expertise? Hahaha ..."
Elsewhere, Gibran is seen fiddling with computers. His fingers moved quickly over the keyboard. His eyes glared sharply at the screen in front, so full of ambition.
It fends off attack after attack that is counter-launched by the opposing side. His lips snorted cynically as some of them fell down before he could touch his defenses.
"You want this, don't you? I'll show you what destruction is slowly" he sighed sharply.
The shadow of the bruises Maria suffered years ago, as well as the alleged threat she received unbeknownst to her managed to make the anger of Gibran explode.
Why even if you never told me? You smile broadly every time we meet. Is a face as bright as your sun also just a trick? You tricked me with all your joy.

"That's why?" Gibran asked when he accidentally saw a blue bruise in the corner of Mary's eye.
Mary stammered touching her own temple. "Ah, this? Hehe, I accidentally hit the closet when I picked up a shirt."
Gibran stared fixedly at the girl beside him. "Seriously?"
Maria nodded convincingly. "Huum. Uh, we're going to the city library, right?"
Gibran was still quietly observing Mary who he knew was trying to divert the conversation. Before long he threw away his face while sighing faintly, then nodded and let as Maria surged pull his arm.
Gibran immediately arrested. Mary looked, "What?"
"Wear the blazer first. Your shirt seems too small."
Maria blinked, looking down at her own clothes. "Little what? It's loose, really."
Gibran spoke no more, but he quickly scooped the blazer out of Mary's hand and put it on himself.
Mary smiled at that. He just found out that Gibran has a possessive side since they dated. The man often forbade her in everything, but instead of feeling constrained Maria even felt very noticed. And again, Gibran is like this only to him.
Not infrequently he deliberately made a mistake to provoke the man's irritation. Gibran was grumpy, but he never once did anything rude to Maria. When talking, he lowered his voice more often. And according to Maria it was very polite, too.
