Silence gripped, gripping the heart of Mary who was overwhelmed with grief.18 hours passed without certainty. Time keeps on leaving anxiety.
Mary silently watched Gibran fall asleep. His body is getting blue. Countless times Maria cried, worrying about her husband's condition somehow.
I do suck.
Many times Mary whispered it in her heart. His passivity in helping Gibran made Mary feel useless because she could only stay still without doing anything.
He wanted to do something, but didn't know where to start. While Mary herself did not know where the antidote to the poison was.
When asked, no one answered. Grandpa, Gabriel, even Nick did not tell Maria.
Have they not found who did it yet? That's not possible. Nick is Gibran's deft right-hand man and is able to pick up information in minutes. It was impossible that he had yet to find the mastermind of the deadly poison incident.
Elsewhere, Nick, Jill and Dean are trying to track down Jim. Jill who is an IT expert moves shrewdly dance her fingers on the keyboard.
There are some points that Jill found Jim had visited. Although many times trapped false signals, not Jill name if it can not break the solution.
"How's it?" ask Nick impatiently.
"Wait a minute" replied Jill.
Nick clucked loudly. Tracking this time was troublesome. Apparently Jim was so expert and nimble in avoiding them. No wonder the man was nicknamed the black shadow of David Willis, his movements were so clever that he was able to repeatedly outwit a best IT expert in the class of Jill.
Gabriel, meanwhile, stops his car in a luxury apartment building. He looked up briefly at the building above him before descending to open the door.
Gabriel confirmed his sunglasses as he entered the lobby. He walked casually towards the receptionist and asked while leaning his body on the table. "Top penthouse dweller, can I meet him?"
The receptionist smiled amiably. "Sorry, do you have an appointment?"
"No."
"I'm sorry, then, you can't meet because you didn't meet the procedure."
Gabriel was upset. He was silent for a moment, thinking, until a voice behind him pulled Gabriel's entire attention to turn around.
"What's wrong?"
The sound that sounds so elegant and classy. Gabriel stared for a moment at the beautiful woman before him.
White, tall, still fresh at his present age. Is this really Sandra Willis, the woman who gave birth to her 27 years ago?
The two looked at each other for quite a while. Sandra looked at Gabriel, poring over his figure from top to bottom until she finally cleared her throat, "You're looking for me?"
For a moment Gabriel could not answer. He looked away and threw out his faint breath. "Yes," he answered short.
They're so foreign. They're like everybody else. There are no words of greeting like children and parents. Maybe because the two were separated for so long as 25 years.
Sandra was silent for a moment then nodded small. "Okay, come."
The woman turned back towards the special elevator. Gabriel followed him into a transparent glass-covered iron box on the outermost side until he could see the land shrinking as his body rose.
The open-air elevator showcases the luxury of Sandra Willis's residence. Gabriel was not a rich new person who was astonished by such a sparkle. He followed Sandra to the center of the room.
The woman kept her bag on the sofa. "What do you want to drink?"
Sandra turned around, then raised an eyebrow looking at Gabriel.
"You know what I'm here for" Gabriel continued after a long silence.
Sandra looked at Gabriel. Long the woman was silent before the corner of her lips lifted up. Sandra walked towards the sofa and stepped herself there. His legs crossed with eyes not separated from Gabriel.
"You're wrong to look for the antidote for me."
"I didn't make poison. I'm not the one who poisoned."
Gabriel said coldly. "At least you have a desire to help. Isn't he your favorite child? You also know who did it."
"That's if it's true that you have a mother's conscience" Gabriel continued. His lips thinning sharply returned the gaze of Sandra who had not been able to smile.
A casual smile that belittles the interlocutor.
"A sister who is jealous of her brother .." said Sandra hanging. "Available to bother looking for antidote to poison. It's funny."
"It's not worth the joke. Gibran was critical of the poison. Don't you have a little bit of worry?" Gabriel has lost his sobriety.
Only this time he met someone so relaxed when his son was about to die.
"I can understand if you're being ignorant of me. But Gibran, isn't he the kid you've been so proud of? Gibran lived decades with you."
"At least I thought you could help. But apparently I was wrong. You're just a cruel woman who has no feelings for her child."
Gabriel turned to leave Sandra. Last he stared at the woman coldly until the elevator doors closed swallowing his presence.
Sandra stared at the elevator door. The sharpener looks complicated and then turns to look at the window.
Gabriel who had reached the lobby stepped wide towards his car. He pulled out a cell phone to call someone.
"Find out David Willis' whereabouts. I'm sure my guess is correct, that guy has been here since a few days ago."
The phone closed and Gabriel quickly entered the wheel and drove his car out of the apartment area.
In addition, Nick runs like an athlete jumping various terrains on the rooftop. In front of him, Jim was no less nimble to avoid. Just moments ago Jill managed to find the man's original radar in a building near the Wiranata Group. Now they are chasing jumping from one roof to another without fear.
Jim stopped as Jill and Dean confronted him from the front. The two female bodyguards took a proper shortcut when Nick chased after him himself a moment ago.
For a moment they gasped for each other before Dean who had first come forward attacked the man. Baku hit was not inevitable. Dean curls Jim's hand, but apparently the man can still escape and now fights Nick and Jill at once.
Jim was knocked down for a moment. Before a rumbling sound and strong wind greeted them until Nick who was originally holding Jim lost focus and impact on the release of Jim who had been hanging from a rope while riding a helicopter that was gradually moving away them.
"Damn!" Nick shouted in annoyance.
Not only that, suddenly the building they were building felt vibrate, and it came from the sound of an explosion on the ground floor that gradually rose upwards.
Nick, Jill and Dean put on shocked faces.
"Roon!" nick shouted before quickly jumping into the next building, just as the rooftop they were on exploded so fiercely.
Thouabarrr!!!
