Chapter 17: White Dragon Virsa

After hearing Marisa's explanation, Kanade was a little sympathetic to her.

"So then, I couldn't blame him but obviously I didn't know that the dragon was doing it of his own accord or not, the obvious fact of how he had killed so many humans was indisputable, I guess it was fine to teach how to kill a dragon."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I don't think he's going to kill recklessly."

The chat was over when they finished eating the grilled yams. In order to teach Elizabeth, Kanade takes them to the northern mountain where when it reaches its peak the cold sensation is inevitable. Snow falls here but it is still in low intensity.

Only Marisa wore a warm coat to walk.

"You have ice magic because it would be better if you studied with the right teacher, we finally arrived?"

On top of the mountain they could see a Glacies-like dragon cowering to sleep, smelling a human scent he opened his eyes and saw how they had stood before him.

"It's not like she's Glacies."

Elizabeth also thought the same even if the dragon in front of her confessed that she was her mother obviously there would be no word of objection.

"All of you, that's not my daughter. Why did you take her?"

"He seems angry."

"Stop Virsa, you're misunderstanding they didn't steal your eggs. They just found her and took care of her."

"You're a black dragon."

"Um..we'll explain that you can turn into a human being and let's chat in the cave over there."

"If you say it then I don't mind."

The white dragon began to shrink and turned into a woman in a white dress with the same colored hair.

"Explain everything."

Marisa is the one who needs the warm air the most she uses magic and creates a fireball in her hand.

"Do you want to hug the Glacies?"

Glacies instinctively hugged her mother.

"Are you sure they're family?" ask Elizabeth.

"Don't worry we can recognize the smell of other dragons, this is our real instinct. In short we will not forget about the family even though we did not see it for hundreds of years."

Elizabeth thought it was possible that dragons employed by the kingdom could return to their homes, at first Elizabeth was a little angry but she also could not just ignore the matter of the person who controlled them.

Marisa looked like she was going to cry.

"Does this mean I'm gonna lose the Glacies?"

"From the beginning he was a son of a man."

"But she's my daughter."

"I'll get another animal in his place, like a rat."

"Hurr."

They then began to discuss the real topic, dragons can be defeated by dragons but that does not mean the power of dragons can not be fully owned by humans.

Instead of using dragons as mounts Elizabeth offered real magic.

"You're gonna turn into a dragon."

Hearing that Elizabeth was clearly a little surprised, she hated dragons and now had to turn into dragons.

Different from the Dragon Slayer belonging to the kingdom he would really be like that.
