Chapter 39: The Moon Crystal

Elizabeth and Leviathan looked at each other for a while before the two sped forward. Using his punch Leviathan leaped in the middle of the fight forcing Elizabeth to retreat slightly before slashing, the blade swayed and the 'prang' was restrained by the back of Elizabeth's hand which was filled with bluish scales.

Leviathan sent another blow and it pushed Elizabeth's body.

"Against dragons need not be half-and-half."

"Let's see what you're fighting like."

A cold chill came out from Elizabeth's body, who fought relentlessly against Leviathan. Meanwhile, Venuzuela only watched from behind with a sense of admiration.

Ice gushed filled the room and it shattered with a single Leviathan punch, as she lunged forward Elizabeth grinned.

"Ice Sword Dance."

Several sword slashes were received by Leviathan, until he was thrown into the air in a tattered suit featuring his entire body covered in scales.

Blood gushed from his mouth and the tip of the sword was placed on his neck.

"I am the victor now give the crystal."

"I lost."

Elizabeth sheathed her sword back while Venuzuela jumped from behind.

"You're great Elizabeth."

Leviathan clothing was re-formed.

"Why can he do it?"

"He's just a spirit."

"In other words he was dead from the beginning."

"That's how."

"You realize it, for the sake of defeating my brother I turned myself into a moon crystal. I've been wondering why I'm still in this world even though he's been defeated I think maybe this is what it means, which is why I'm staying here and confining myself to the water tower."

"From the beginning you'll help."

"I just want to know how strong you are."

The brightly glowing Leviathan turned into a necklace with beautiful blue crystals before drifting and tied around Elizabeth's neck.

"It's so beautiful, I want it too."

The queen has many requests.

"It's over we're back."

"Ms."

Elizabeth turned into a dragon and brought Venuzuela back to the city, Elizabeth once thought maybe when she fought the dragon, she would be hypnotized but now it was nothing to be afraid of.

They would help defeat the forces of the Wisteria but before that they would have to go to the palace to make some preparations.

"Then Naya, please take care of the house."

"Give us Miss Elizabeth"

Mariabel stared at how they disappeared from behind the clouds.

"Are you not coming?"

"I don't want to involve myself in troublesome matters anyway I want to read some new novels right now."

"That must be so much fun."

"You can also stop by Naya to read the others as well."

"Then when we're done with the job here we'll accept the offer."

"Of course."

"Do you have an adult novel."

"Of course, I read some too."

"I can't wait to see it."

The wind blew past those who were flying at a moderate speed, it took quite a long time to arrive at the capital hence they could be more relaxed on the journey.

"Elizabeth, can we stop by for a second?"

"Where to?"

"At the front there is a beautiful village around which is overgrown with apple trees, I'm sure they're harvesting now."

Shina stared with a shining look.

"The apple must taste really good."

"They don't just sell the apples but make other preparations like Apple pie, apple jam, apple juice as well as apple syrup and others."

"It looks good" Noel added, followed by Marisa.

"I'd also like to try it and bring some for our trip."

Elizabeth had a troubled face.

"Just a moment."

"Yei."
