In front of them was a steep cliff that everyone had always avoided, underneath it was filled with darkness even just by looking at it you would not be able to find anything without going down.

It was a gigantic abyss that was so huge that it had never seen its end nor guessed at its distance, as if this abyss had indeed split the continent.

Some appeared to attack Marisa and Shina who were at the back. Marisa uses lightning magic to make them fall while Shina with light arrows.

It was even stronger than Elizabeth had ever remembered, training did make one grow stronger.

Knowing they were difficult opponents the creatures decided to retreat, at least they understood the power gap.

Noel knelt down after sheathing back his sword.

"Is there anything you found?"

"It looks like we're on the right track" he replied as he showed the broken hairpin.

"Let's continue the journey."

Marisa proudly showed her improvement and Shina also did not want to lose to give an explanation to Elizabeth.

They were like a boy trying to attract the attention of his mother, towards Elizabeth who was in trouble Noel turned his face to hold back his laughter.

They took a break to drink water.

"Fresh water, I brought some rice to your trip?" shina.

"Make hands, I want to."

"Marisa and Elizabeth."

"Thank U."

The rice has been given salt and given nori leaves as a wrapper, it tastes good especially in it also included some processed meat and potatoes.

It is enough to fill their stomachs.

"By the way Elizabeth how about we don't find them?" ask Marisa.

"That's no problem, said Ciel we just came to check then if not found they could be considered dead and we are still paid."
