"About that, I actually need a lot of money so sometimes I trick the congregation into getting it by selling fake holy water or other tools."

"Continue," urged Marisa.

"One day I got caught and all my seniors started to forbid me from doing it again."

"They are still good."

"I was forbidden but because I needed money to be sent to my poor quarters I ran away from it and was determined to be an adventurer, at least I think I can work and fool people again."

Marisa showed a troubled face while replying in a flat tone.

"Before purifying the undead you better purify yourself first."

"Ugh, are you going to get me out of the party?"

"Of course not, everyone here has a purpose as well. If you need money then you choose the right place. We intend to go to the red desert sand and I'm sure the monsters there will be worth a lot."

Shina's eyes shone brightly.

"That's amazing desu."

"But we have to be an S rank first."

"That'll be a hassle."

Elizabeth killed the last undead with ease.

"What are you talking about?"

"It's nothing."

"Then let's go back."

"Good."

"I'm sweating I want to take a shower, let's take a bath with Elizabeth."

"No, I'm showering myself."

"Don't do that, I'll rub your back."

"What is your relationship like that?"

"Whatever it is we're not like that."

"Suspicious."

By the end of the day the three had reached the mouth of the cave where the Lich was located, with slow steps they entered it and dropped the enemy easily.

"Holy Javelin's."

"Fire Bolt."

It would be nice if someone shouted the moves they put out, but Elizabeth didn't want to do it and just shot with her ice magic.

"I think everyone thinks of it that way."

This Dungeon only had five floors and when at the end they could see a Lich wearing a priest's robe with a whole body of skulls.

"That cloak, she's from the same church as me."

"You dare mess with my plan and accept the punishment."

Before he moved the ice had already enveloped his body then a slash cut off his head.

"Damn it, how could I possibly be defeated so easily. I am Lich."

"You're not too strong."

Elizabeth stepped on her head.

"Shina, can you purify this thing?"

"Of course."

"It's not you Shina."

"You know about me."

"Obviously, I've seen you several times in the holy city."

"So you were really there then why did you turn out to be like this?"

"It's because I wanted to try magic to raise people from the dead, my wife died of illness I tried to bring them to life but it ended like this."

"You're obviously cursed."

"By being able to go back there, I tried to have a body again."

Elizabeth showed an annoyed face.

"Just do Shina, we don't have to listen to her. When she thinks of taking someone's life she's not human anymore, we don't have to sympathize with her."

"I understand."

With Shina's magic her entire body turned into light and disappeared.

Elizabeth understood how someone felt when losing someone precious to her, even though it was painful, it did not mean that she had to resurrect them, especially ending up taking the lives of innocents.

Elizabeth sheathes her sword and leaves the dungeon with the others, with the death of the curse Lich gone until the village is back. To celebrate a party together at night.

"Add more Miss Elizabeth, you must drink a lot."

"I don't like alcohol very much."

"Don't hesitate, please."

Marisa and Shina had gone to bed earlier due to drinking too much.
